DivideByZero14 Has anyone seen Crash? I just saw Crash, and I thought it was terrific. It's kind of depressing, but it's a great movie and commentary on racism. I could spend months trying to analyze all the symbology. If you get the chance, see it. Mm...My parents keep telling me to see that. But whenever I want to watch it, they're like,"Go to bed, foo!"

This should be illegal.
JROTC Was pulled into the McDonalds today. No less than three guys had their ******** UNIFORM PANTS sagging.
Quoting my history teacher, it should be a [literal] crime to defile a uniform like that.
(And these are your officers of tomorrow! =D rolleyes )

FINALLY the day is over. x.x
We had our celebration day today. They took us bus-by-bus down to Snow Hinton park.
Half of it was basically taken over and set up for the children with countless balloons and games. There was a constant stream of "faith-rok" from the stage, too. -.-
Well, luckily for me, all was not lost. In the other side of the park, pretty much a giant field, I found a simply wonderful spot to sit. Somewhere in the corner, there's a tiny copse of old trees of mixed sorts. One of them, a split-trunk near the center, is perfect for sitting in.
I don't know why, but that one little place, despite being just 50 feet from the biggest road in the city, seemed absolutely peaceful and beautiful. For whatever reason, even the grass around it was greener than the rest of the brown-smattered landscape.
Between that, and my mp3 player, I managed to doze most of the day away... ^^;

Sounds like fun. At least you were able to just piss away the day and not have to participate in anything. I'm jealous.

The new power adapter I ordered isn't working. What a load of annoying crap D:
So now I get to go find out if there's an issue with the connection on the computer side of that frustrating as hell connection. >.<
2 research papers, 1 mini paper/portfolio writeup
Slide presentation, application and artist statement
2 pieces for studio
2 exams
I think that's it for finals!!!!11 Yay! Approximately 2-3 weeks of utter joy. Well, everything's due around early december.
I guess work load is picking up for most people though. 3nodding At least we get a month off.

I actually like this better than the other one. The pose looks much more spunky, and the little Shadow Spirit looks so cute.
Every item on my avitar is in the art....and that makes me twice as happy. It was hell trying to find an artist that would draw my avatar and do all the items. I lurked in the Commissions sub-forum for 3 straight weeks.
