"Zat is no problem! Planning a wedding is a team effort!", Phineas said as he laid the clipboard on his desk. "Vou said zat vou were going to find zee dresses vourself, yes? Zee wedding dresses, zee bridesmaid dresses? Do vou have an idea of where to buy zem, or shall I do some looking?"

"Zere's a department specifically for zee bride's dresses, known as zee 'Gown Galleria'. It would be good to search for one zere.", said Phineas. "And if zere's any jewelry zat catches zee eye, vou can find it at zee jewelry department, zee 'Glamour Room', as we call it. If vou really want to feel like a princess, as vou've said, zere's a jeweled tiara zat's at least worth looking at. ... Zough it may bee a leetle too expensive."

"As for zee bridesmaids, vou can find some good ones as zee 'Dress City'. If zere's anything zere that isn't parfait, zere's always more dress departments."

"Now I wonder, mademoiselle, your fiancée... Does he have any idea what he's going to wear on zee wedding? What about his best man, or zee ring bearer? It may be worth talking with him. Zere's some mens' departments if vou want to find anything for him."

"I see", he said, "Zis has already been planned. Bravo!"

"Now, if vou would, I would like to see vou again on a later date. Zee next too days are too beesy for me, but I can meet with vou on Friday or Saturday. Which one sounds more convenient, and a what time?"

Phineas nodded his head as he wrote the date. "Oui! Saturday at 10 works fine! Now, before you go, would you like to write down the number of your fiancée, so I may give him a call in zee future?"

"So I suppose zat's eet for now!", said Phineas, "Merci for sharing zee time! Be seeing you another day!"

"Au revoir, but please don't forget to taste zee cakes to see if vou like them!"

Stacy's phone didn't pick up. She must've had it turned off at work again. Better to call later.

[I was actually gonna have her respond, but then I remembered that she turns her phone off at work. That one time when she forgot was for comic effect.]

[Oh. I guess we're moving on then? How about we check what's up with Stacy and Maddy before we get to our theatre night? Let's give Samantha some time to prepare.]

Stacy parked her car. Before her was "Groovy Town", a party store in her local area. The building was rather small, and their front sign was green and full of peace signs. As she walked toward the front door, she began to wonder if coming in here again was actually a good idea.

Groovy Town was by no means a place to find good party stuff. Most of everything here was made of a cheap novelty plastic that smelled weird. Decorations here were rather standard, and they never really had enough variety to satisfy most customers. Stacy has had her history of bad Halloween costumes she bought from here. But if she were to go somewhere else, where would she go? This was the only party store in town, and they had dollar store prices. She often wondered if this is why they stayed in business for so long, because they cornered this town's market on party supplies.

She went inside, and began to look around. Nothing caught her eye right away, so Stacy was strolling along the aisles. She dialed Madeleine's number to give her a call. "Hey, Maddy. I'm at the party store now. Lemme see if I can find anything good here."

[Don't worry. Stacy's the only one uncomfortable. I find it hilarious.]
[But let's hope this dirty language doesn't get us in trouble. This is still Gaia after all.]

"Ehh...Let's just go with some lipstick and magazines. Sound good? ... And please no dirty ones. Maybe get some celebrity magazines, or news tabloids."

In her head, she began reciting the list Maddy gave her in her head. The first thing she needed to get was balloons. The first balloons in the aisle were these ones called "Pop Tiger". From the tiny, clear box they were stored in, Stacy saw that they looked rather flimsy. She would have to find a better kind. Right next to them were another brand called "Helios". They looked even worse than the last ones.

Past the "FLAARP" brand whoopee cushions, and the fake vomit, Stacy found more balloons. These kind were called, "Inflatitors" Weird name, but these ones actually seemed more durable than the others, and wouldn't just pop right away. She took a picture of them with her phone camera, and sent it to Maddy.

As she awaited a response, she tried out a nearby noisemaker. It worked the first time she blew into it. But the other times, it made no noise at all.
