Getting his s**t wrecked by a bot hurt, but it didn't slow him down like the lasers did. Actually, he was pretty happy with the bruise. Reemus just wished he had someone to show it to. Look at me, look at me! I got in a fight! That's all he wanted to do. But he was still alone, and moving along steadily. He kind of wished he had put a bot in a headlock and brought it with him.
Reemus just sighed, half at the missed opportunity, half at the next hallway. Floor tiles again. He knew not to step on yellow, but any others? Reemus had no idea. He went by his gut. Toothy was blue. Maybe blue? He hopped on it.
The ceiling attacked him for it, like a mallet. Reemus barked, enraged, and fought back at its open weakness. "Don't mess with me, mate!"

Lorata was only just barely standing, each step forward now a matter of pure willpower. Austri and Flydra were down and left behind, and she needed to keep moving forward to find that bomb and save them. She needed to keep Scorpa safe so she'd have the chance to be a hero. She needed- Her leg gave out suddenly, sending her sprawling to the floor again, and it took everything in her to get back up. A hero was what they needed, but she didn't know who could help now.
Except...Her eyes cut from Scorpa and her lusus to the redblood who'd been with their group for so long now, and she remembered the way he'd blocked the lasers before them in one hallway. She might not be able to make it much further, but if she could keep him on his feet, Scorpa would have support to make it there in her place. She reached for her support trinket, limped towards him with all determination.
"Redblood," she started, grabbing for his sleeve before he got too far ahead. Without hesitation, she pressed the trinket into his arm, activating it with slide of her thumb. "Take Scorpa and go ahead. I'm counting on you to get to that bomb, so don't let me down."

Lorata heals Ephias for 10 hp! 'look after my girls while I die, please thanks'
Taking note of the pattern of the tiles, Vulpin tested each one carefully until they eventually deduced that the teal ones were actually the safest color of the bunch. Middle of the road, how fitting, Vulpin realized, smirking to themself. With long strides, they crossed the room until they reached a hole in the ceiling.
Clambering up, they frowned at the dangerous sight before them. So many traps, all ones that they would have to fight on their own. Sneaking around was always an option, but... It could only get them so far. Eventually, they had to buckle down and fight.
Amonee Brycer HP: 6/20 Damage: 12 Direction: Right
"Oh my gog, this again?" The rainbow tiles were back and Amonee whimpered at the sight of them. The last time he'd played on that dance floor, he'd been solidly barbequed. He was going to need to buy some more clothes after this with how badly his current ones were fairing. Smoothing his dress down, he made himself look presentable in case this challenge was his last.
Stepping forward timidly, he hopped onto an orange tile and screamed when the ceiling opened up. He vaguely remembered seeing a huge pillar come down to crush other trolls last time and flinched in reflex. A couple of oranges and bananas bounced off his head.
What?
Flustered and confused eyes stared upwards for half a minute before Amonee realized he probably ought to get out of the tiles and he scurried across to the other side. This place was just getting weirder and weirder!
The corridor ahead of them had an hemospectrum display of tiles. Glowing red ones, blue ones, teal, yellow, green... Claud described them as pretty and asked her if she liked them. Polair gulped and simply nodded. "It's a nice addition yes but they are most likely a distraction."
She remembered those green tiles the went through and shivered. The walked around carefully and accidentally stepped on a red tile. It began to shoot sheets of hot flames around them getting Claud burned in the process of getting the hell away. Luckily Polair had her flame retardant jumpsuit on and it still was a bit complete.
If you rolled a 3, you step on a blue tile and the ceiling above you slams down onto your head, retreating slowly back up afterwards, leaving the innards of it's mechanisms exposed.Take 4 dmg, and deal +2 dmg.
Austri dealt 4 damage. Austri is moving UP.
Everyone was falling near her. She felt her strength dissappear the moment they entered the corridor with the different colored tiles, frowning deeply as she saw Flydra hang back from exhaustion. She looked at Lorata, then looked at the tired Flydra, and while she wanted to accompany her seadweller friend so bad, she decided to stay. After all, it'd make her look better in front of both of them, right? And she felt very sore. She could use some rest.
"I'm~ Going to hang back...! With um, Flydra. She seems like could use the help~" Austri smiled at the tealblood, taking a seat next to her and offering her a hand for comfort. She had always liked Flydra, especially after destroying the stupid kid-bot for her, and she wasn't about to forget that. "Hello~ How are you holding up, Fly~?" She asked, offering her a sweet smile.
Vulpin continued to climb, as fast as their heels could carry. With a grunt, they pulled themself up another level, only to find themself surrounded by trollbots. Growling, they unsheathed their daggers and flipped them in their hands. They'd track the patterns of the meandering bots, and try to sneak by. Their results fighting robots were... Less than satisfying, after all.
Tiptoeing through, Vulpin was surprised that their plan was working out so far. It wouldn't hold out for long. Leg brushing up against a bot they thought was out of commission, they summoned the attention of all the bots in the room. With a sheepish laugh, Vulpin booked it, searching desperately for a ladder to escape to higher ground.
She wasn't going to step on the blue one again, because she didn't want to get hit in the head. The green one was nearby, and she tried that one, cradling her arm close to her. If she lost it, would she need to get a new one? Or would Angel punish her and make her live without it?
The tile slid back to reveal two big blades that started to rise, and she quickly left before it cut her bare feet open. She had enough cuts on her legs! Angel stomped angrily on the tile, damaging the inner mechanisms.
Natash dealt 5 damage to the Defense AI. She is going UP!
The green tile slid away, revealing the inner mechanisms of whatever was controlling it. It was better than the yellow tile, as she'd learned, reflexively smoothing her hair again. She'd be full of static all night. The blades were large but slow moving. Eostre slammed her fist in between them, ripping out wires and other hardware. If she could disable more things, it'd make the path safer for anyone else who came by, and also, she just really liked hitting things. "Piece of s**t AI..."she muttered. She couldn't wait until it was destroyed. Next time they should just hire trolls to do the work.
Eostre dealt 3 damage to the Defense AI She is going UP!
Plunging their knife deep into the trollbot's neck, Vulpin gave a hard kick to the robot's torso to disengage their knife from the robot's inner workings. The serrated knifes were helpful with getting their targets to bleed out, but with robots it more often than not just got the metal trapped together. Thankfully, Vulpin's lean muscle was strong enough to wrench his weapon back out.
Just in time, too. Another robot had snuck behind them, and had they not disengaged, they would have been grabbed by the approaching bot. Swinging around, Vulpin plunged a dagger deep into the robot's head, recognizing it as the core of intelligence, then skittered back into the shadows, still searching for another way up.
There it was! Freedom! Vulpin jumped for the gap in the ceiling, attempting to lift themself up over the to the next floor. Just when they thought they were free, another trollbot grabbed their heel tight, pulling them hard back down to the lower floor. "You want to go?" Vulpin antagonized, frustrated that the robots couldn't let them be. "Typical," they sneered, jumping towards the robot.
With a clean strike, they cut through the robot's arm, and then dodged to the side, anticipating the robot's pursuing attack. Moving in closer, Vulpin charged to disarm the other limb, cutting clean through and preventing the robot from challenging them further. Dusting off their hands, they moved up to the next floor.

Boss Attack
You arrive at dead end, with three doors lining the hall on either side. Only, the wall in front of you looks suspiciously different from the ones on either side. Hmm. You decide to poke around before you turn around and head back.
If you rolled a 1, you open the first door on the left, and are dogpiled by a bunch of troll-bots that pour out of small janitorial cupboard and onto you. Take 4 dmg, and 1 damage each roll after until a support power is used on you.
If you rolled a 2, you open the third door on the right, and immediately try and close it again as a swarm of robotically enhanced bees pour out. Well, it's just three of them but with their laser sights and reloading stingers, three is enough to make these bees a swarm. Take 3 dmg, and 1 damage each roll after until a support power is used on you.
If you rolled a 3, you open the second door on the left, but fail to see anything in the darkness that the room beyond contains. Stepping forward to get a better look, the door slams behind you, and something in the dark starts to viciously pinch you black and blue. Take 2 dmg, and 1 damage each roll after until a support power is used on you.
If you rolled a 4, you open the third door on the left and get hit with a giant spring-loaded mallet. Behind it however, is a power switchboard for this hall. If you turn it off, the fake wall ahead of you recedes back into the ceiling. Success! Take 4 dmg and deal +2 damage.
If you rolled a 5, you open the second door on the right and see a small cupboard, with a laser grid blocking access to the computer monitor inside, where a program is running. Wriggling your arm through a hole in the grid and bearing the burns, you can get close enough to bash on the screen until it breaks, and the fake wall ahead of you recedes back into the ceiling. Success! Take 3 dmg and deal +2 damage.
If you rolled a 6, you open the first door on the right and get hit with a water balloon - hilarious! However, it's filled with tear gas. After you get your vision back, you see a plug running from a hole in the wall to a power socket in the small cupboard behind the door, and unplug it. The fake wall ahead of you recedes back into the ceiling. Success! Take 2 dmg. flavour text here. Your attack does double damage.
HP: DEAD Military Grade Partisan Support Trinket A: 1/1
Lorata watched Ephias and Scorpa move on ahead of her and tried to follow at her pace, relieved that the last standing Siren had someone supporting her. She made it as far as the the next entryway before stopping again. This looked familiar, she knew, the three doors on each side and the dead end at the end that didn't look quite right. After everything she'd been through since, though, she couldn't quite remember how she'd gotten through the first time. There was only the vague memory of opening a door and then finding the way.
Too tired to give it much thought, she opened the first door to her right and stumbled back with a scream as the balloon that burst in her face proved to be filled with tear gas instead of water. She stumbled to the end of the room and then crumpled to the floor. This was too much. She couldn't.
Lorata will do 5 damage and move LEFT if second wind works
Snide as can be, Vulpin strode up to the next level with their sniffnode upturned in the air, like nothing in the world could hurt them. They'd quickly be proven wrong.
A trollbot charged them, colliding with Vulpin's torso and knocking the with out of them. Vulpin grimaced, coughing up a tiny bit of blood. Thank goodness no one was around to see their true color. They almost laughed at the irony. Surveying their situation, Vulpin frowned, seeing no way of getting through this crowd of trolls easily. Perhaps they needed to think less, they wondered, ducking around the crowd and trying to maneuver their way through, avoiding punches where they could.
