Continuing onwards with our walk through the past, 2008 was also a busy time overflowing with events. First came the elusive masquerade, where prince battled evil queen to attain his happily ever after (it is also the first event I've found where the banners managed to survive with time!). Lots of gorgeous Soquili came out of there, each sporting their own mask to hide themselves away. And let us not forget the hellish place where all the Dante's inferno Soquili escaped from, though I'm afraid none of them managed to make it out to this tea party. The May event was much more light-hearted, bearing plenty of colourful and gentle butterfly flutters~

Description:
Derperdander is a sad little legendary who navigates by licking the ground and remembering where it's been by taste. It can see just fine.
Legend has it that it was originally only a shadow type, but then took a nap in a fire pit and discovered that it was flammable. This legend doesn't make a whole lot of sense though, because if the flames are put out with a well placed SPLASH Derperdander dies instantly.
Derperdander's favourite food is words. It can be frequently found in libraries chewing on books or in front of people's faces opening it's mouth wide as they speak. For this reason some people have come to consider it to be a rather stupid little pest. They are correct. It survives on wild berries.

Phobias:
Derperdander is incredibly weak too, and thus desperatly afraid of SPLASH. SPLASH insta kills Derperdander. (If you were Derperdander you would have an intense fear of SPLASH as well.)

Description: Fabion is a playful pokemon that needs lots of attention. As playful as they are they are often running at full speed or completely passed out, with nothing in between.The paws of a Fabion are quite large, good for padding over snowy areas common where they are from. They are deceptively light due to their thick fur coats that they have. Their long fur is good for warmth, but it is also capable of attracting and producing static electricity. This charge can be dispelled with frequent grooming, but if a Fabion is left alone for too long it can become agitated, often with disastrous (and painful) results.
Moves: Bite: a powerful bite that can also cause their opponent to flinch
Static Shock: a weak thunder attack that's more of an annoyance than anything
Charge: uh-oh, you've angered the Fabion. It's not pleased that you've left it alone too long...
Shock it to 'em: A powerful thunder attack (side effect: The Fabion's fur loses it's static charge and lies flat, making them look rather ridiculous)
Phobias: Being left alone. For one their static can get a bit out of control, so it's hard to be around others once they've been alone too long. For another...they're really just needy tbh. LOVE THE FABION.

Teacuppera may looks sweet and innocent, but it's anything but. It has a boiling temper that is always building up steam! It also comes in a handy dandy portable size! When you throw this at your enemies, they won't be expecting well...anythign (except a splash of tea, quite literally)
Wild Teacuppera's usually travel in sets, and are usually matching (though sometimes not). They have very formal manners even in battle, and often make sounds or say their names in very haughty accents. They'll always show you up with a bit of style and tart words.
Teacuppera must under no condition be dishwashed.
Moves:
Tip Me Over and Pour Me Out-- When the teacuppera reaches it's "tipping" point, it starts hopping up and down until it's forcibly tipped over on it's enemy.
Steeped-- When reaching the appropriate boiling point, Teacuppera will throw it's brew to invoke sickness it's enemies.
Make like a Leaf-- This move is only for the most dire circumstances, you flee without any sort of dignity but you are guaranteed escape.
Stir-- Teacuppera spins it's enemies until they're too dizzy to stand. 70 percent chance of success with confusion.

The Phailizard is an elusive legendary Pokemon that tends to be found in the deepest and darkest of caves. It has a thick, scaled hide that allows it to survive in extreme temperatures and a long, luxurious mane and tail. It enjoys the company of others, especially horse-like Pokemon.
It is well known that the Phailizard marks it's territory at an average of 50 times per day, which makes it painfully obvious if you are near one. Because of the pungent odor of the Phailizard's territory, very few have been able to observe or catalog much about the Pokemon's behavior. However, those that have encountered a Phailizard have said that they're an adorable and very friendly Pokemon.
Moves:
Summon the herd!: Phailizard summons a herd of various ponies to help it in battle. Phailizard may use this move continuously to summon additional ponies (but only after a two month cooldown).
Stat Manager: Phailizard receives a large stat boost that lasts for the entirety of the fight. What stat is boosted depends on the time of day you encounter the Phailizard.
Golden Shower: The Phailizard pees on it's opponent. 25% chance of either stunning or poisoning the enemy.
Phail Ninja: The Phailizard cloaks itself in shadows and gains defense and increased regeneration . It is immune to damage while stealthed, but it also cannot attack.
Phobias:
Diapers: The Phailizard's number one enemy is the diaper and it's lesser form, the pee pad. The Phailizard prefers to pee freely and dislikes being confined. If an angry Phailizard is ever encountered, brandishing a diaper will cause it to flee.

Steeping: Holding opponent under water
Hunger: Cookies for wings and they are used as a distraction technique. The idea being wafting the smell of bakery goods before attacking.

Wispfist are known for their cloudy like fluff mane and large hand that sprouts from it. Notorious as protectors of the weak, it is not uncommon to see a Wispfist defending baby pokemon from bullies. When the bully is all scared away, they enjoy also comforting baby pokemon by cradling and rocking them to sleep.
It’s said that you should never make eye contact with a Wispfist if you are on its bad side: its eyes are said to be hypnotic, and cause its victim to get extreme anxiety. With your defenses lowered, Wispfist strikes and uses its signature strangle move.

Ghostly Touch - Ghost Type - Wispfist sneaks up on the enemy, delivering a punch that....goes through the target? What was that?! Chance to confuse enemy. 30 Damage. Physical move. 10 PP
Strangle - Fighting type. Wispfist uses its large hand to wrap around its target, strangling it with all its might. 90 Damage. Physical move. 15 PP.
Phobias:
Being left hanging. Whenever you have a hand that big, it's like totally scary and embarassing when you raise your hand for a high five and you don't get one.
Wispfist are scared of failing at being a protector. There is no worst feeling in the world than knowing you failed at what you exist to do.
