"No, she's not injured. I ran a skan and everything checks out. The only abnormal reading would indicate that the woman has been awake for more then several hours past the normal human operating hours. There are traces of caffine in her system," Keme knew what she said would probably raise questions about how human she was herself
Hoerwick shifted uneasily, "Yes, verry good now come back."

After hearing Keme, Jessica thought that something was off, but she disregarded the feeling and giggled at it instead. "Hehehe, you sounded like a robot, Keme. 'normal human operating hours' ? Either that or a really technical doctor..." Jessica looked at Hoerwick and said, "Did she get scanning the equipment from you? That could come in handy..." Noticing Hoerwick's uneasiness, she stared at him, asking questions with her eyes, "Is everything okay?"

((Opps, that shpould be J'aime le francais. And I should draw a short cartoon of Keme's reaction to being called a robot xd Think Al Elric when he was called a walking trash can))
Hoerwick looked away from Jessica, "In a way she did get them from me."
"Robot?" Keme said aloud so Jessica, Hoerwick and Aila couldn't hear her. Keme sighed looking down, "I'm not a robot. Robots hardly have any personalities least all the ones I've ment to date. I'm tecnically a zombie cyborg... heh atleast I don't eat brains." Keme couldn't imagine herself tearing people apart like other experiments did. The one thing that had always bothered her was that the improving humans project was closely related to the project experiment she herself had come from. "I should let things like that bother me, after all it isn't important now." Keme turned and looked at the unmoving form of the sleeping woman. There was something about her Keme thought didn' fit her possible job of hunting down experiments.
"Hoerwick, what should we do about the woman?" Keme's voice could once again be heard through the device the docter held.

((Sorry I haven't been around in a while. I've been busy. You know, school and stuff.))
Aila's mouth opened. Her mind seemed to be racing, and yet, at the same time, it seemed too numb to think. Zombie? Cyborg? And no one had been hurt? What was happening?
She began to panic. After all, if it weren't for zombies - or whatever those things had been - some of her family might still be alive.

@ lioness: I don't think we could hear Keme talking about herself.))
Jessica tilted her head to the side, perplexed by what Hoerwick meant by 'in a way.' Responding to Keme's question, she said "Well, we don't want to get on the military's bad side, but if you think she's going to turn into a problem..." Jessica's voice faded, she didn't want to hold anyone hostage, even if they had been spying on them. "... Should we... kidnap her?"

((No, they weren't suppose to hear that part blaugh though its true. Keme is a zombie cyborg xd ))
"Some of us will always be on the military's bad side. Taking hostage the woman could have tow effects. One being they might go searching for her. The other effects being they might just declare her dead and not bother to search." Keme scanned the surrounding ruins of the once great city. The wind had picked up howling and erie sound like wind going through a windpipe made of broken glass and concret.

"Hmmm..." Jessica sighed. "What do you guys think?" She looked to each of her companions. "I want to know what's going on, but I don't want to cause any more trouble than what we may already have." She gazed towards the broken city and shuddered as a cold breeze swept by.

"She's in danger out there though bringing her here could endanger us." Hoerwick decided to let the two women with him make the choice. It was the erie sound that sent a chill down his spine.
Keme was about to responde when she heard several near-by gunshots and a scream of pure terror before everthing went quiet. Keme drew the borrowed hand gun from the resting spot of her old weapon. Something was on the prowl...
Her radar systems alerted her right before the creature was apon her. It had jet black skin as hard as rock that acted like plate armor, no eyes, no teeth were visable in it's mouth and it brought with it the smell of decay and a powerful acid. She aimed and fired at the creature's head. The thing shrieked at her before taking the bullet dropping dead to the ground.
**Warning Multiple Targets Detected**
The message broadcasted across Keme's "sight" (she sees differently then normal people) and Hoerwick's device.
"Keme! What's happening?" Hoerwick felt a deep sinking feeling mixed with a feeling of fear. Even from where the group was the shrieking, high pitched and bone chilling, could be clearly heard as it was carried on the cold wind that blew
Keme didn't have much time to react as a second creature came barreling at her. Taking aim again Keme's sensors picked up a third creature flanking her but it was too late. The third one was on top of her striking a powerful blow to the child's head knocking her straight into the ruined nearby wall. There the creature untucked a second pair of limbs and used the pointed ends to pin Keme to the wall

Jessica's eyes widened and immediately she turned her head towards the sound of the shrieking beasts. She cursed under her breath and looked back towards Hoerwick and Aila before darting away towards the city. She unsheathed her small poisoned dagger and held it tightly.
Still running, Jessica could see the tops of crumbling buildings in the distance, and the snarls and cries of the beasts had become louder; she was close. She turned her head to look behind her, thinking, did anyone else come? She turned back only to be knocked off of her feet by one of the creatures. She yelled out in surprise and by reflex kicked it off of her and into the trunk of a tree. Then with a quick movement Jessica ran the poisoned blade into and across the beasts neck and it fell to the ground.
Looking around she saw another of the beasts lying motionless on the floor. She shouted "Keme!" and moved in that direction. She stopped dead in her tracks, panting, as she gazed in fear and disbelief up at her friend pinned to the wall.
((Meep! She's definitely scared now. crying ))

((Me sorry please don't cry! *hands toy polar bear* Gena Bear will cheer you up 4laugh I want her back though gonk I need her to sleep sweatdrop ))
Hoerwick tried to follow Jessica, calling out to her to slow down but she had left Aila and himself in the dust.... literally!
Keme and the monster both looked at the source of the noise seeing Jessica. The creature howled in anger, another one of it's kin had fallen at the hands of these rival creatures. Keme moved quicker this time, the "Protect life" programing kicking in, placing her foot on the monster's chest where the pointed limbs had covered previously. She kicked out with all her force knocking the destracted creature across the clearing making it land a few feet off. "Jessica! Get out of her! It's not going to stay down for long!"
As soon as keme finished, the creature was up and ready to kill all three girls including the woman that had remained motionless, if she was even alive.

Finding herself suddenly woken up by all the noise, Sarah looked up to find one of those creatures looking like it was ready to kill her and anyone else. What was going on? What happened? Why was she on the ground and surrounded by all these... things? Wasn't she supposed to be... oh, s**t, she thought, she'd been discovered. No use thinking about that now, Sarah, you need to save your a** from this thing.
Pretending to still be asleep to somehow create the illusion that she was harmless, she slowly reached down into her boot to pull out her small handgun and knife. Then, without a moment's hesitation, she held herself up with her arm and aimed with her assassin-like marksmanship and took a shot directly at the creature's head, hoping her drowsyness didn't affect her aim. Adrenaline was pumping through her now, and she didn't feel tired any longer. She readied herself for another shot, just in case, as she pulled herself up, realizing that even though she wasn't tired, her body hadn't yet adjusted to waking up, as she slightly stumbled to stand.

((My bad. Misread. Scratch my last post.))
Aila's instinct told her to run - run like the wind. Her conscience told her to stay. Confused, she sank back down into her corner which she had left in an attempt to run. She wimpered, trying to make herself as small as possible, knowing that the right thing to do might be to go and fight, but unwilling to reveal herself.

((-huggles the Bear- *sniffle* Okay, I think I'm better. BTW, everyone, I contacted Kin and she posted in the OOC thread.))
The bullet from Sarah's gun grazed the side of the beasts head, leaving a deep gash. Jessica could see the yellowed jawbone through the wound, violet blood was flung onto the floor as the beast shook with rage. It shreiked in agony and lunged towards Sarah. Jessica dashed to stop it, and flung her knife into the creature's back, but to no avail. It didn't even slow down.

Aila whimpered again. Slowly, she got back to her feet and walked to the door.
She hesitated for a moment and pulled out a knife. She flung herself at a monster advancing on the only woman she didn't recognize.

Keme dashed and slide, catching hold onto one of the creature's hind legs. She pulled tripping the monster, once again showing strength and speed far surpassing that of a normal eight year old child.
