Once Morta had grown quiet, and sullen, Grayson returned her as well, afterwards clipping the ball back to his belt. The brief excitement of the day now settled down the teen gave himself a moment to collect himself, an act that involved breathing in deeply and cracking his neck, before he started forward once again, this time able to leave the alley without any delay. Grayson stuffed his hands into the pocket of his hoodie as he walked, doing his best to locate the Pokecenter as quickly--or as quickly as he could manage. Thankfully he was able to find the red-topped building in a timely manner and after entering he quietly returned Styx before handing her, and a good portion of his team, over to Nurse Joy.

Grayson sunk down into a chair, taking a load off while he waited for his pokemon to be returned. Almost immediately Tartarus dislodge itself from the teen's shoulder, scuttling down to his lap before it hopped down onto the ground and skittered underneath the male's chair. Grayson watched it all with a shrug, not minding too much what the Ghoizard did just so long as it knew to return to him before he left. With Tartarus gone that just left Magikit, who was currently scanning the lobby they sat in with vested interest. He was a curious thing but that was to be expected, after all he was nothing more than an infant, and from what Grayson remembered Magikit were naturally curious creatures.

Grayson allowed a few minutes of silence to pass before he shifted himself in his chair, sitting up and straightening his back out-- he'd heard somewhere that sitting properly in a chair, amongst other things, helped to prevent a hunchback. Of course... this wasn't nearly as comfortable as slouching, but he could stand it, at least for a short time. "I finally thought of a name for you," he spoke casually, breaking the silence of the lobby and instantly gaining Magikit's attention, "kit?" Grayson nodded and then hummed in confirmation. "Yeah. What do you think of 'Aita'? Could always shorten it too, if you wanted." Magikit tipped his head from side to side, considering the name, before he gave a soft nod; Aita sounded like a fine name to him!

With Aita's name figured out Grayson found himself, mentally, at ease... for all of two seconds. He'd given one of his newest member a name, but now he had other, more pressing, matters to attend to, like what he was going to do with Charon, for instance. He'd only caught him a few hours ago, and it certainly hadn't been with his consent, which meant he'd have to build some sort of trust with the Litwick... that or beat him into submission; both took quite a bit of effort, so neither option was entirely too pleasing to the teen. There was also the fact that he'd just added yet another pokemon to his ever-growing team, the Gourgeist that Charon had taken down. Grayson didn't know its personality type, or if it'd prove to be a nuisance like Charon, but... the pokemon was strong, he'd been able to sense that. Time would tell if that would factor into if the pokemon was worth keeping around.

"Here you go, sir. Your pokemon are all healed up!" Grayson looked up at Joy's call, acknowledging her words before he pushed himself up to his feet. With a nod of thanks he collected the four orbs and, one by one, added them back to his belt, before he turned to leave. He'd made it halfway there when Tartarus reappeared, scuttling out from the shadows and then darting forward to clear the distance between itself and Grayson, attaching itself firmly to the teen's pants leg. He stopped in his tracks, giving Tartarus the chance to climb its way back up to his shoulder, and then once the Ghoizard had situated itself continued his exit out of the Pokecenter.

Grayson blinked languidly in the late afternoon sun as he exited the Pokecenter, using his left hand to cup over his eyes in an attempt to shield his eyes. He needed to hurry things along, now that he had a deadline, but at the same time he needed to focus on training his team, as monotone as that was it was crucial to his task, and just in general. That being said, Grayson was in no mood to start searching out for a few wild pokemon to set his team against, which meant that he'd need to find yet another trainer to battle against... again. As much, inward, complaining the teen did it didn't take long for him to locate such a person, a young boy around his age, who introduced himself as Kevin.

Once the pleasantries were out of the way the two males moved to a more spacious area for their battle, which just so happened to be an uninhabited plot of land almost smack dab in the middle of the city. Looking around, Grayson couldn't help but to wonder if this sort of area was created specifically for trainers to have impromptu battles; though that didn't truly matter, in the end it met the male's needs, providing him with a spot in where he could battle as he liked without the fear of having a crowd of people disrupt him. He focused back on the task at hand, then blinked in surprise when he found that Kevin had already sent forth his first pokemon, eager to start obviously. Not keen to make his opponent wait Grayson gave some thought before he sent out Styx, the Frillish fully revitalized from her trip at the Pokecenter.

As the blizzard died away Grayson turned his head up to the sky, only to wrinkle his nose as a few snow flurries landed on his cheeks and immediately melted, leaving behind a wet spot on his face. Drying his cheeks with the sleeve of his jacket he couldn't help but to commend himself for deciding to give Styx Blizzard. Of course it wasn't as if he'd done anything extraordinary, trainers taught their teams powerful moves all the time, he just couldn't help but to be pleased with just how useful it was already proving to be, especially in this battle alone. As a high-pitched cry of pain sounded out Grayson returned to the battle, though scrunched up his face when he felt more snowflakes fall onto him; Styx had taken out yet another one of Kevin's pokemon.

Frillish seemed to really like her new move, at least from what Grayson could tell, considering how she was using it consecutively. Of course, he had no qualms against it, besides the fact that he had to continue to brush snow from off his shoulders, since it was made this battle all the quicker. After the third pokemon went down he began to think about switching Styx out with another one of his team, as much as he liked the thought of his main pokemon getting stronger he couldn't just ignore the others. Especially Morta, she needed to get stronger.

It was when Kevin sent out his next pokemon, a Stunky, that Grayson decided to switch Styx for Morta. It seemed like the appropriate pokemon for her, and a slow grin began to tug pull at his lips at the thought. It was gone before it could truly settle on his face, however, and without even needing to utter a command Styx retreated back to the sidelines. Kevin raised an eyebrow, unsure whether to take this as a sign of weakness or reluctance to continue battling, but before he could protest Grayson sent out Morta, the Gengar clearly as surprised as Kevin was.

Once Morta had proven her efficiency Grayson returned her, absently throwing the pokeball up in the air afterwards as he turned to look at Aita. "You think you can handle the rest of this?" he asked the Magikit, who gave a mewl and then dropped down from Grayson's shoulder. This time he managed to hang in the air just long enough to land onto the ground, which was an improvement considering the last few tries nearly had him dive-bombing onto the ground. Aita brushed himself off, giving extra care to his cape, then waddled forward.

Grayson pulled his other hand from out of his hoodie pocket to cross his arms loosely over his chest, simply waiting for Aita to finish off the last of Kevin's pokemon. As unfortunately long as this battle had been he was, relatively, pleased with the end results, none of his team had been injured during the duration of the battle, which meant he didn't need to waste time healing them afterwards. Once Aita finished up Kevin's Gulpin, sending the pudgy beanbag of a pokemon to its trainer's feet, Grayson stepped forward and scooped into his arms, much to the Magikit's pleasure.

Grayson yawned before he looked down at Aita, blinking as the kitten rubbed his face against the front of his hoodie. He raised an eyebrow, thinking a moment, before suddenly pulling Aita away from him and holding him at arm's length. "It's about time you start get a hand of this levitation, don't you think?" Aita stared up at his trainer with wide eyes, and although he didn't understand what a rhetorical question was he knew that this wasn't something to question, and certainly not something to deny. With a sigh Aita gave a nod and then looked off to the side, clearly not looking forward to this sort of practice.

Grayson thought a moment, trying to decide how to start Aita's training, before he placed him down on the ground. Even if he didn't fully get a hang of this whole levitation business, the least he could do was strengthen his legs. Now that he thought about it, the only walking Aita had really done was when he went to and fro from battles, everywhere else the Magikit had traveled by Grayson. "Come on, don't get lost now," Grayson warned as he started walking, Aita giving an almost disappointed mewl as he toddled along. Walking... he didn't like it, it wasn't as fast or as comfortable as hitching a ride on his trainer's shoulder.
