Priya blinked and she straightened up, "It is only natural for me to bow as a sign of respect. Whether you are man or woman matters not." She smiles kindly, "I believe that everyone is special in their own way. You are unique, therefore, you are special." Her smile widens cheerfully and looks over to Xavier, "I will be sure to. Thank you for being so kind."

Xavier Mercer "You're welcome." He smiles at her, nodding, then looks back at Sage. "Oh, the race as a whole isn't some special thing?" He asks, trying to not sound offensive. "Well, still, you're more special than a human like me, right?"

Priya was about to speak when, suddenly, she realized she couldn't speak. She brought a hand to her throat only to notice something wrong with the back of her hand. Some kind of hard but smooth and flat patches were present. The glistened in the light. She tried to call for help, but her voice wouldn't sound.

Xavier Mercer Xavier notices as Priya moves her hand to her throat. "Hey, is everything okay?" He notices the patches on the back of her hand, and raises an eyebrow, then looks at the other two present. "If you'll excuse us, I think we're going to need to get her home..." He bows, pays for his and Priya's drinks, then puts a hand on her shoulder to help her up.

Priya continued to attempt to speak, but to no avail. The patch on her hand seemed to be growing to her forearm. Her glamour slowly started to dissapate, revealing her tennyo form, as she began to focus on the patches of skin on her. She was led out by Xavier as her glamour disappeared altogether.
Kira sat down at her laptop. This was her first day at her new job, she hoped she wouldn't mess up. She began playing the playlist that she'd put together earlier that day.
Aries walks into The Captain's Deck and looks around. She smiles as she was excited for her first day of work. She walks back to the employee area and clocks in. She then comes out with her apron on and waits near the entrance for someone to appear so she can escort them to a table.

The fox pushed open the door to the establishment, walking in only after he took a quick glance of his surroundings. He left early in the morning and wandered the streets, desperately craving to find an escape route out of his problems. What has gotten into him as of late? What is he doing taking advantage of people? He propped himself up on the bar stool and rested his elbows on the bar counter. He'd run his hand through his long silver locks of hair, silver white ears flickering and drooping to the sides as his palm grazed over them. He couldn't navigate too well now that he had his right eye patched up and kept out of sight. It wasn't appropriate to walk around with his bruised cornea judging by how shocked Vixen seemed when she noticed his eye at first glance. The fear that showed upon her features wasn't hard to miss even if it had disappeared as quickly as it had appeared. He rolled his shoulders, feeling the slight kink within his joints. His shoulders were tensed and pain shot through his body as he seemed to have pulled his wounded arm the second time today. It felt warm and it didn't take long for him to notice that his wounds had started bleeding once more, and that it was slowly seeping through the fabric of his shirt, dyeing it a shade of crimson. He growled in frustration and turned his attention away, deciding to leave it be as he drowned himself in alcohol. He needed to get drunk, to get his mind off of Angel.
The sex felt good but in the end, he'd be washed over by the overpowering guilt that builds up within him overtime. Live in the present, they say? How do they do that if memories of the past haunts them every single night? Love? What does love feel like? The fox had long forgotten such vulnerable emotions. His golden irises were dim and dark, void of any emotions. The glimmer it once possessed disappeared altogether. His eyes were dead. He turned towards a woman with long auburn tresses that stood not too far from him, assuming she's one of the workers here. "One dirty martini. Double the shots." his baritone voice echoed as he ordered himself a drink. So early in the morning and he's already tormenting himself. His arm reeked of blood and his nose picked up on the scent almost immediately. He huffed, still paying no mind to it. At least it wasn't enough for people with normal noses to smell the scent of his blood. Let it rot, leave it be for all he cared. Before turning his gaze away, he stared at the woman for a split second longer, taking in her emerald green irises that glowed ever so slightly beneath the dim lights, smooth porcelain features and well defined facial structure. A beauty, nonetheless but for now, he'd rather drown himself in his sorrow, get a couple of drinks, knock himself out. At least then, he wouldn't feel so frustrated and pressured.
Out.Of.Crocodiles: I hope you don't mind him dropping in for a drink or two. My bby needs to get drunk orz

The young girl nods and smiles then as she walks by him she notices the blood staining his shirt. She stared for a few seconds but then went behind the counter and started mixing his drink. She hoped she could get it right as she read the book that told her how to make it. She wasnt a bartender but there was no bartender on duty at this very moment. Once it was done she handed it to him, "I'm a rookie so I hope it's alright" she says to him. She had followed the books instructions to a T.

He shifted his gaze away, his lips curved into a frown as past night's events was put on replay within his mind. He needed his alcohol. He needed to drown his thoughts out and just experience the feeling of pure ecstacy, the feeling of being lightheaded as if he were drifting in mid-air. He noticed her stare however, and it frustrates him. Do not stare, he wouldn say, but he chose to remain silent at the moment. His tails swayed impatiently behind him, slowly getting frustrated with the stares he had been receiving. Is it so strange to have blood stain one's clothes? There are so many bloodshed around the world yet they chose to stare at this little pool of blood gathering on his sleeve. He growled in annoyance, his cuspids protruding ever so slightly underneath his lips. He took notice of the waitress who went behind the counter and mixed up his drink. It wasn't hard to tell she wasn't very used to mixing drinks. Where is the bartender? Off for a break? Perhaps he came at the wrong time? But this place was a lot less noisy then Neon Lights and offers a wider variety of drinks compared to the Shimmering Starfish.
It was only after his drink arrived that his spirits had lifted ever so slightly. He gazed at her. A rookie, she says. He took the glass into his hand and downed it in one go. His features cringed ever so slightly at the slow burn down his throat, double shots of vodka was a little unbearable at the moment. His eyebrows furrowed into knots but it felt good. The burn was painful but it felt so good. Or maybe he's just a masochist addicted to pain. That's right, he had been feeling pain throughout the many centuries, hasn't he? Being used as a tool, tossed away once they were done using him. That was the life he was accustomed to. Even now, he was being used, wasn't he? Angel forcing him into marriage but even so, the fox found himself strangely attached to the man. He couldn't escape his grasp and now he had the fox dancing around his little finger. He heaved a sigh, a nerve popping upon his forehead. It was then, he remembered he has yet to give her a comment on the drink she made. Should he? It didn't seem necessary but the fox felt like saying it nonetheless. "Tastes a little off. But it'll suffice." he stated, straightforward and bluntly. He never sugarcoated his words whenever he gave comments on foods and drinks that were served. He didn't like beating around the bush. "Mind making me another, love?" he asked, slapping a twenty dollar bill on the counter with tips included. This time however, his features had softened noticeably though his smile was not at al present.
Out.Of.Crocodiles: That's alright! No worries! ;v ;

She nods and makes another for him. Still making it the way she had before like the book had said. She places the drink in front of him and takes the money and puts the money for the drink in the cash register. She smiles the whole time to keep up appearances and says nothing about his wounds, she didnt want to make him mad. He already seemed frustrated for her stare. This is why she did not stare anymore.

He fiddled with the empty glass, the sweet after taste still lingering upon his tongue. The man heaved a sigh and set the glass down by the counter as he lowered his head and rested it upon his hand that was balled into a fist. His phone would buzz for a couple of times but he didn't bother checking. It may be from work. After all, he hasn't been showing up lately and he hasn't turned in his medical leave yet. If this keeps up, it would be no surprise if he were to get himself fired from Bookworm's. Then again, it wasn't as if he enjoyed working as a sale's associate. He only ever enjoyed the many variety of books he'd get to read when there weren't any customers around. He wondered if the girl he met the other day's still there, if she'd ever drop by again. He hope she would. She was cute and she proved herself to be a pleasant company. However, there was one thing Crevan wanted to be sure of, which was her race, what exactly she was. She had a familiar scent to her, one he couldn't quite place his finger on but above all, what piqued his interest most was the face she had the scent that reassembled those of a kitsune.
"Thank you." he stated, taking the newly received glass of martini. This time, however, he'd take small sips, savouring the taste before he swallowed the liquid. The burn didn't feel so bad as it did the first time around. He could feel his body loosen up ever so slightly and the pain in his arm had faded, at least enough for him not to feel anything for the time being. He'd look at the woman, this time, slowly taking in her features. Auburn coloured hair, emerald gaze that glowed beneath the dim artificial lights. "Sorry." he apologized for his behaviour earlier. His frustrations had gotten the best of him and he knew it wasn't right to take it out on innocent bystanders. He could tell from her tense smile that she was affected by the glare he sent her way earlier on. "..for earlier, I mean. I didn't mean to.. glare at you." he finished his sentence, taking another sip from his drink.
He brushed his stray silver locks backwards, revealing the face he kept hidden underneath. His nails would get caught in his eye patch every now and then when he messed with his long fringe. Perhaps it was time for him to get a haircut. It had been bothering him lately, after all. "I'm curious." he paused. "Just what might your name be, love? I go by Crevan. It is an utmost pleasure to be served by a beauty such as you." with that, he'd take her hand and plant a soft kiss upon her knuckles.
