"I'm not lecturing you. Laniger." Ursa implied, rather smoothly. "I'm merely pointing out the faults in my friends, and the faults they have passed on to me. I'm asking for your judgement whenst I need it most." The bear Fey stook a slight uneasy step forward, warding a bit closer to Laniger.
"No. They don't sound like friends anymore do they?"
"Users, is moreso what I would call them." Ursa admitted. "They use me, when they want me for my guidance, or Shaman skills. They couldn't care less whether they saw me or not, or payed me vist every so often."
The bear Fey's expression mutated into something pitiful, something full of rage. She exhaled deeply. Staring intently into Laniger's eyes like a hawk to its prey.

"The only one you can rely upon is yourself." he replied lowly, his own eyes reflecting her predatory hunger. How quickly she turned indeed. "No matter how the world around you decays through the ages. Even now, you're asking ME for the answers, little cub. What does your OWN mind tell you?"

Ursa's frown wobbled uneasily, and she blinked back tears which were already streaming down her cheeks. "I don't want to think for myself anymore..." She said finally, tears dripping down onto her chin. "Why can't someone think for me? Or help me? Just this once?" Her eyes darkened and reddened, and she gradually fell slightly into Laniger.
"Why won't you help me?" She asked softly before offering a kiss, leaning in closer, and parting her lips ever so slightly.

The ram flinched at the outrageous brazeness but a moment, then watched the girl's closed eyes as she all but offered herself there amid the flowers. He'd always believed what was called love was just another form of madness beyond the physical, but this Fey seemed a form of madness all her own. His golden eye burned into her with distaste.
Hungry cub.... His gaze then came to those full red lips, begging to meet his. You would devour me to give yourself strength.
He knew from his many seasons this scene to be the most insubstanial folly of the cheapest plays. But with the weight of her curves pressed against him, his body applauded it, clamored for an encore.
Madness, but only beyond the physical....
He chuckled lowly, grip leaving the greatbow in favor of those tanned shoulders, glowing bare in the sunlight.
Another thought of the Oracle he hunted, the Oracle he'd Slept for.
He pushed it away as he took what the girl gave.

Ursa shivered somewhat, welcoming the wrap of Lan's hands about her shoulders in replace of his bow. She soaked up the moment in which their lips met, her thoughts would not but bother her just now. She felt free, independant, confident, and more importantly - in love.
She'd felt lonely for so long, she'd been a prisoner of her chamber for so long. Was this the answer to her question? Was Laniger the answer to her question?
She certainly believed so, as they kissed.

"And did that truly answer your questions, girl...?" he whispered against her ear. He'd not deny the scent of her softness was far more fragrant than the blooms surrounding them. But then, bait was always sweet for the deadliest traps.

Ursa blushed heavily, trying to hide her face behind hair. "I believe so." She stuttered nervously, twiddling her fingers about her dress to calm the nerves. She accepted the scent gradually, taking it in deep gulps which more than soothed her nervewreck state.
".. Did it mean anything do you?" She asked plainly.

The predator in his golden eye was reflected in a rare smile. He nuzzled into the dark curls she tried to hide beneath.
"It means you do not belong here." he murmured.

Ursa pulled her head back a little hastily, hair still dominating most of her face. The warm feeling which flowed inside her left her extremely giddy, and overcome with happiness. She had finally experienced the emotion in which both Felix and Muris had been caught up in previously - love. And it made her feel worth something.
She tilted her head a little, before whispering back; "I don't understand..." She allowed him eye contact upon speech, waving her thick curls off, and proving red, tearful eyes.

He ran his hands down her arms; almost a cruelty to roughen such innocent softness. But there were far harsher things....he leaned in close, stalking this too-willing prey carefully nonetheless.
"You belong where your heart and head tells you....and it does not seem it is this Court." His wings fanned a slow breeze over her flushed skin. "Where does it tell you to be, girl...? In your chambers alone 'til others have a fleeting need of your skills, never a need of you....?"
He reached to brush away her fine mantle of perfumed hair, and lowered his lips close to hers once more, setting a trap of his own.
"Where...?" he repeated lowly, words his arrows.

Ursa flushed somewhat, the contrast between his rough skin, and her light, soft skin was more than obvious when they came to contact. But the rough defined masculinity to her, and she more than welcomed the contrast, the touch, the sensation leaving her breathless. No-one had ever been as so intimate as that before. The most intimacy she'd shared with anyone was probably a hug with her Guardian. But she welcomed it. Her shell was finally breaking, and she welcomed it.
Her temples fell into a state of creases, and she shuddered. "My heart, I belong with you now Laniger. My head is with you, and as is my stide. Where-ever you may go, where I will follow."
She repeated; "with you..." Before responding to him with a short, brief kiss.

Her own words trapped him, now....between pity and laughter. He brushed his fingertips over those foolish beautiful lips to still them.
"We've only but met for a few moments, girl....not even a blink of your dark eyes in the years you may live." he husked.
The blind wishing for light, he thought as he slowly released her from his embrace to take back the bow he trusted far more. His revulsion had burned away from the ache of her touch, but most of all from her pleading to know what her superficial Court had never taught her. He turned to stride for the garden's edge and the freedom beyond.
"But follow me....and find if that is truly where your heart lies."
He would teach her if she had the courage....
He flashed a razor smile Ursa could not see.
And they would teach the other fools, with no healer to close their every scratch.

Ursa returned a feeble smile, "I've only met you for a few moments - that is true." She nodded confidently, "but something tells me... Inside me, that it may be a wise decision to follow you. To be with you, when others do not want me." She shook her head lightly, before traipsing a little behind Laniger.
"I will.." She muttered quietly, hair fluttering off behind her as she took a stride after him.

The elder smiled faintly, but did not slow his pace. "It is far from here, girl. But I shall see to it you keep up."

"Certainly." She kept right aside him, keeping up with the immense pace in which the elder set. "Just grant me this--" she went on to ask. "Where are you leading me?" She couldn't help but be slightly wary of this ambitious step in which Laniger was leading.
The Ursa inside her still spoke out a little too much.
And she couldn't help it.
