"My only regret, is that I will not see you change this world." he muttered before standing up and placing his hands in his pockets, "Well, my time is almost up. Divine stated. He was still a demon who committed horrible acts that are unforgivable, the place he will be going, will be for those like him. "Anyway, I want you to enjoy your life. Make many new friends, protect the weak and stand against the madness." Divine could see the spot where he was summoned and knew that his time there was nearly up. The closer they got, the more his legs would vanish until only his upper body remained. All the while, tears would be flowing from his eyes, Mirai would see her father cry for the first time, his human heart was now in control. "No, thank you Mirai. For giving me this opportunity to finally be the father you wanted me." Suddenly, Divine's grip on Mirai loosened, but he, himself didn't loosen it, his arms had vanished, leaving just his torso and head there. Leaning back, Divine have Mirai one last smile, before turning his back. "You've made me proud, Mirai. Even in death, know that I will be watching over you as well, forever." Turning his head around, Divine would still be smiling, "So be sure to put on an excellent show for me, okay?" With those last words, Divine body would completely vanish, leaving only his soul there. ◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊▬◊

The Nine Tailed Witch
Even if you pass away,
even if you die today
Ashlyn looked on as Mirai began to summon Divine. The body that formed over the soul was very real and it was apparent that Divine's soul was still holding an immense power. She nodded as Divine asked to have a brief moment with Mirai alone, knowing that they had some catching up to do. They walked off leaving Ashlyn alone on the edge of the valley. She watched them walk away, a brief mirage of Ashlyn's own past clouding her vision as she was lost in her own mind while the two were away. She remembered the last time her own father walked with her. He was not a normal being by any means. His fox like body was massive and it was almost human-like as he was able to walk on two feet. On sunny days he would take Ashlyn and walk her through the cherry blossom garden that grow around their pagoda like house. Ashlyn closed her eyes and let the memory take her, as she began to smell the sweet aroma of blossoms from a faraway place and time.
However before she could remember any more she heard the faint sounds of Mirai and Divine coming back. She snapped back to reality and opened her eyes as she saw Divine began to fade away once again. It was a touching good-bye and she was glad that Mirai had the opportunity to bring her father back so they could be alone for awhile. Once Divine finally vanished the young witch looked over to Ashlyn and thanked her. With a smile Ashlyn stood up from the ledge and nodded her head. "It was my pleasure," Ashlyn said genuinely. From the tips of her boots a blue flame seemed to flicker to life, beginning to travel up her feet and then her legs. "I'll leave you to your own devices now, but remember the next time we meet it might not be so friendly," she said ominously as her body was engulfed in the blue flames. She waved good-bye to Mirai as her body was masked form view. The fire roared for a brief moment, and then collapsed together in a compact sphere before popping like a balloon, giving off a gust of wind as Ashlyn had vanished completely, gone back to the realm of darkness.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas walked over a ridge, looking down to finally see Mirai sitting by herself below. He looked down at her silently for a moment before slowly making his way down until he was just behind her. He was still limping from his injury and his clothes were cut and torn. Dried blood covered multiple wounds. He hadn't gone in for healing but had gone off by himself for a bit for his own reasons. "Mirai?" He asked quietly, looking down at her still. And I just want to show them.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas winced slightly when Mirai hugged him, but breathed a sigh of relief when his wounds began to heal. "It's okay but...." he began, trailing off for a moment. "But you need to tell me these things okay? Don't keep stuff from me even if you're worried I might take it the wrong way. Because....because we have to trust each other to win." He looked down at her, putting his hands on her shoulders. "No matter what, we gotta trust each other."And I just want to show them.

Some men just want to see the world burn... Texas felt his body become fully healed. "It's okay....I'm sorry for becoming mad at you. But you won't lose me, okay? We're a team and we'll look out for each other." He gave her a hug back, hoping she would cheer up a little. And I just want to show them.
