He was back.
Well, of course he was. He loved the deep cliffs of World's Edge, and he had yet to try this since emerging from the Shrine. And he was armed, this time...

Although she knows it is dangerous, something urges her to climb, and she finds herself eying the various paths that have laid themselves out at the base of the cliffs. They don't look particularly steady, but she finds herself moving towards them anyways.
Hesitantly, she puts some of her weight of one of the ramps. When it creaks but does not break, she decides to brave it it and steps forward.

And he had a weapon in hand, this time, to fend off the harpies. He advanced, grim and patient. Even the rock tumbling down from above did not make him want to turn back.
He would prove himself to his Goddess at last!

Across the bridge, now. It was taking longer than it had the first time through - or perhaps that was just Sarviur's added caution. Caution was good, if it was in the name of his Goddess! But what he really wanted to do was to fight.

Like with the ramps, this bridge didn't seem particularly sturdy either. Eying it warily, she took a deep breath and stepped forward.

She took two steps first to ensure that it was safe. When it didn't collapse beneath her and send her plummeting to her death...
...Then yeah, it seemed sturdy enough. Still needed to be careful though.

And fight he would. He found the flock of harpies again, screeching - they were not his Goddess', though. He swung, with the hatchet she'd bestowed upon him - and he missed. Oops.

Well, she was making decent progress at least. It could have been far worse. And no, her legs were not quivering beneath her as she made her way across this rickety bridge.

A part of her wished that she had known that this place had guards before she tried to scale it. However, since she was already up here, it was too late for regret.
