He'd be standing out amongst the edge of the Lake of Darkness looking out upon its murky waters. The sky was clear above not a single cloud in the sky as the sun shone down upon the land, however, it's light would be blocked and covered by the density of the branches and brush from the Forest of Shadows that surrounded the Lake. It wasn't that the water was polluted or anything, it was just an essence of the darkness that shrouded the Shadow Region of which he called home. He takes a step out placing his foot upon the surface as the water breaks back before lashing forward to latch onto the bottom of his boot as he looks down upon the water as it solidifies under his foot as he places more of his weight onto it not sinking down into the dark waters. He smirks slightly as the water is reacting to his dark aura as he anticipated it would instead of normally swallowing a person whole devouring them down into the toxic liquids.
Placing his other foot out onto the water now he starts to walk forward his cloak reacting to the darkness around himself as it comes to life moving down and out along the surface of the water. He brushes his cloak back from around the front of his body raising his hand up as he looks down to it and over it as he spreads his fingers out before clenching them down into a fist, repeating the process a few times. Only on the last few times bits of dark energy start to pop out of his hand forming a small sphere before he crushes it down with his fist. His eyes shift from his hand out to a small grouping of trees as he points his hand out towards it releasing a small blast of dark energy out towards it as it creates a mighty explosion that rocks the dark region as the brush is blown back revealing now a path towards the Dark Castle as he smirks slightly.
However, his fun wasn't quite over yet as he had disturbed the residents of the forest as some dark wolves come out of the remaining brush their fur matted and pitch black their eyes gleaming red. He looks towards them as they start to run towards the edge of the lake leaping out with powerful legs as they outstretch their razor sharp claws and open their mouths revealing powerful sets of jaws and fangs. He brings his hand back some as he tilts his head to the side some his eyes crimson eyes starting to gleam slightly as he turns his hand up extending his index finger along as the waters around him react now to his bidding. A lone spike shoots up out of the water impaling the wild beast before him as he walks over towards it, the wolf still alive as it struggles amongst the spike. He moves his finger down, the spike dropping as the beast is set free to fall down upon the waters as they give way to the wild animal as it sinks down into the tar like waters as it's slowly devoured by the lake.
The other wolves are not too pleased with this as they leap into action together as a pack looking to take down their lone prey as he doesn't even raise his finger this time as more spikes shoot up out of the water striking down the wolves as they're all impaled multiple times. He walks through the small forest of spikes he's created as he steps out on the other side of the lake where he had made his earlier path leaving his wake of destruction behind him. As he heads into the forest the spikes he had made before fall as the water returns to normal the bodies of the wolves all being consumed as he brings the hood of his cloak up over his head. "The darkness is stronger in this land allowing me a more fuller range of my abilities with it, however, it will not yield the results I need." He turns his head looking back off towards the horizon at the shining sun amongst the Mountains of Light upon which the Light Castle sits. "If one is to grow stronger... They must overcome their weaknesses." He turns as he starts to head off now towards the new region in the far distance.

(Sorry for being away for so long, I think I have everything situated here now so the webpages shouldn't be that big of a deal anymore, I know I missed a lot so just gonna start fresh :3)
Alestial's light silver hair flew gently in the snowy breeze as she walked across the frozen lands of where the ice castle stood, she enjoyed her solitude, especially when the weather was so lovely. As she continued her stroll she began to hum a little tune to herself, it seemed that this academy was doing well so far and that soon a tournament would be held, she was actually excited to what new talent a tournament would bring.
She looked up into the sky as she stopped and began to get lost in her own mind, as much as she enjoyed her solitude and the cold breeze that brushed against her, she still felt a hint of loneliness. She had her friends with the other Gods but she still felt like something was missing in her life and she really couldn't pin point what it was.
She sighed gently to herself as she continued to take her little stroll, hopefully a nice walk in this frozen land could clear her mind, after all a cool head things better than a hot one.
With his wrist now in Sky-dron's hand he's pulled forward being thrown slightly off-balance by this sudden shift as his midsection is opened up to attack. He smirks as Sky's fist draws closer but Sky-dron did forget though that he still has one free hand which he uses to catch Sky-dron's fist as he uses his now off-balance forward motion to bring his feet up and forward tucking his knees in before bringing the one foot down between Sky-dron's legs and bringing the other upwards towards Sky-dron's abdomen as he falls backwards his a** hitting the ground first as he rolls back with it extending out his shin as he pushes Sky-dron back through the air in a rolling throw twisting his other hand at the elbow to give it enough torque to pull free of Sky-dron's grip will letting go with his other hand to effectively launch Sky-dron back through the air.
Rolling back still he pushes himself up off of the ground spinning in the air to land on his feet once more now while facing the direction where he had thrown Sky-dron as he takes off now in a dead sprint. Leaping up into the air he takes his right fist back as he bends his knee once more looking to come down on top of Sky-dron and connect with a very powerful punch with enough kinetic force to knock a crater into the Arena floor with either a hit or a miss.
(It's all fair now, but while I may treasure my cloak I will still use it in defense of myself or even in offense. Sorry this took so long to respond with, for that I am ashamed but with the long hours at work with the shifts that I have to pull and then having very few days off in-between it's gotten to the point of where my body is getting exhausted and I have almost no energy left to really pull off a good post. If I'm going to post I want it to at least be at best if not semi-best. Not to mention also having the responsibilities of leading and running the Academy on top of creating posts for role-play. sweatdrop )

As the two neared each other Sky-dron would shift his body slightly, moving just enough to the side to allow him to pass by Thanatos's side opposite the drawn back fist. As he did so, he would allow his hand to trail behind him until he was able to take hold of what remained of Thanatos's precious cloak. At that moment he would cease his forward motion, dropping completely to the ground and essentially yanking backwards on Thanatos's shirt collar... the effect of which would effectively halt Thanatos's own forward motion and bring him back to ground where Sky-dron would direct him to meet the ground flat on his back, releasing his hold as he did so.
Standing over the now prone Darkness user, Sky-dron would look down at him with a smirk. "Well I'd say that you're sufficiently warmed up... Time for you to get back your duties of greeting students and such." He grinned, stepping back slightly. "Besides... don't you have an event to plan?" With that he turned and began walking away from Thanatos towards the arena entrance. As he did so, he would toss something over his shoulder back at Thanatos, which would float easily through the air before hovering above him as if waiting for him to take hold of it, revealing it to be a small blue ball of sorts. With a final wave over his shoulder, Sky-dron would fade out and vanish from the arena.
Yet what was this small blue orb that he had left? For all intents and purposes, it appeared to be a simple ball that served no discernible purpose. Was it a trophy of sorts... declaring Thanatos's 'victory' in the warm up spar? Thanatos would have his answer shortly, for in the instant he would grasp it with his hand the blue orb would 'explode' in a cloud of thick blue dust... which would essentially leave the darkness user looking rather blue in the face. One last parting 'gift' from the light user.

He's yanked out of the sky by his collar in an unexpected turn of events as he's slammed down onto the ground landing quite harshly on the Arena floor as his impact creates a small crater. He looks up towards Sky-dron from his downed position his eyes narrowing only slightly as one could tell he was a bit agitated but strangely also relaxed as if he allowed himself to be pulled down.
Hearing Sky's words he raises himself up to a sitting position as he looks off towards the other side of the Arena set underneath the stone giant holding it afloat in the air by the might of the chains cast down. "If I didn't have the event to take care with yourself included in it and my other duties to the Academy and to my respective tribe then we would still be sparring. Alas... I do agree though. It was a good bit of a warm up at least."
He turns as he comes to his feet looking towards the blue orb that Sky-dron had left for him in his absence. Leaning over he picks it up letting it float above his hand. He had known Sky-dron for many years and if there was one thing he had learned from their many encounters it was that was always more to these things than what he makes it out to be. His intuition would prove to be right as the sudden burst of blue ink sprays out in all directions giving him little time to dodge as the shadows come up in a quick fury shielding most of his body from the inky substance. As the wall of darkness lowers, he looks down to his now blue hand. Closing it down into a fist his eyes start to gleam that crimson glow as the dye starts to bubble in his hand as the darkness ignites like a fire burning it away as he watches it slowly succumb to the darkness. Waving his hand through the air the darkness is extinguished as it spreads out wrapping over his body forming his new cloak that looks just like the old one as he turns to exit the Arena himself. "Always the practical joker..."

After weeks of meditative training; Shinta's eyelids raised, and the water of the falls crashed down upon him. He dived forward into the pool of water before him. He swam back to land, and climbed onto the earth. In an instant, a cloud of steam would burst from his body. All of the water cloaking his body evaporated, and was carried as vapor in the wind. He grabbed his clothes, and began getting dressed. He wore black slacks, a white v-neck t-shirt, and flip-flops. His eyes closed as he inhaled, he tilted his head back, and then lowered it forward as he exhaled. His eyes opened; now returned to their original azure hue. A grin then curved across his lips. "It's time," he whispered quietly to himself. The day of the tournament had arrived. The blood running through his veins boiled in excitement. Both of his hands clenched into fists. His entire figure then exploded into a cloud of dark matter the dispersed in the breeze.

A young looking girl wondered through the edge of the dark forest alone. Her long black hair flowing behind her as she looked over at the so called Elemental Academy she was invited to. She sighed as she walked over to the lake of darkness then sat against a tree near the water's edge. She wasn't sure if attending the Academy was a good idea at all since she was not really a social creature. She would still need to think a few things over before would make herself known to the others attendees.
The young lady would not be alone upon this dark lake though the surrounding presence of the forest itself would lend a hand in aid of concealing his own. He watches from high above hidden amongst the shadows of the high branches in the trees. His eyes follow her as she moves along the shoreline of the lake knowing of the hidden dangers that lay within its murky waters. Tali looked upon the figure standing before her with mild surprise. It seemed this person had the same elemental power she had, though she wasn't sure how powerful he was with it. She heard this question then spoke " I'm used to being in forests alone, though this one I quite like, and as for the dangers that lurk here I've honestly dealt with worse" she said to him. She then tilts her head to the side "Though I'm not sure I can take you quite that seriously seeing as you have that big blue smudge on your face" She told him with a straight face.
He raises an eyebrow as she mentions the smudge upon his face. His eyes narrow slightly as he brings his hand up turning his palm facing towards his face as suddenly darkness bursts up around that hand mimicking flames. As he lowers his hand not only did the flames themselves disperse into the air but so did the remnants of the blue ink Sky-dron had attacked him with earlier. "One should always be weary of one's surroundings. You speak as if you've grown up in this sort of environment all of your life... These forests..." He looks her over from head to toe as he starts to walk around her in a circle. "While your words may carry some truth to them... I'm not fully convinced." He stands before her once more as he looks towards her eyes seeing as she is unshaken by his presence, not something that he's used to seeing.

Tali watches as he burns off the smudge on his face. It was nothing new to her as she had seen this sort of thing before. She then saw him circling her and looking at her in a judgmental way. "I've grown up in a harsher environment, to be honest and decided that forests were a better fit for me" She starting to not like his judging her on living out in the forest seeing as he was half convinced she could not take care of herself out here. Though she was never one to seek anyone else's approval in her choices in life.
He looks to her as if she's trying to stand up to him which only causes him to snicker some. He wasn't really looking for fear but more of a test to see how she was handling herself in this sort of environment. "Well well... Perhaps one day you'll do me the pleasure of sharing that story with me. Until then allow me to not be so rude and introduce myself. I am Lord Thanatos and this is my dark forest that you find yourself in." He takes a bit of a small bow as then raises back up looking to her. "But something tells me you didn't just show up in my forest to relax and get away. There's something more there to it."

She raised an eyebrow then slipped a hand into her long coat and pulled out an envelope and held it up to him "Well Thanatos, My name is Tali and you invited me here to your Academy" She told him. "Though, I haven't decided whether to accept or declined your invitation" She told him. She then thought for a moment, maybe either talking or sparring with him will help her make up her mind.
Alestial sighed softly to herself as she stood in her frozen paradise on her own, but she was starting to feel a bit lonely, oh how she wished the students were more active in this academy. She looks around not seeing a single soul anywhere, maybe it was time to make a few changes, she'd have to talk to the others first, but something had to be done.
She giggled to herself as she starts heading for the entrance to her lands,
"Seems I should meet up with Thanatos and Skydron soon, they're probably having better luck then I am when it comes to students."
She hummed to herself a sweet melody as she decided to walk instead of just appear near her friends.
