Kutai waited for everyone to gather before setting off further down the left side of the mountain in a trot, hoping everyone can keep up. "Let's move!" he said with authority.
Moirrana trotted after her father rapidly, catching up to him and running at his side with ease.

MM cuddled next to Feuga to help keep her warm.
Balin moved to where his father had been and took over guard duty.

Fenrir quickly followed after Kutai, hoping they would return successfully.

Kutai picked up the pace when all four of them were together, to better cover ground. "We're going up!" he called back as he began to scale the mountain with many leaps and bounds.
Moirrana breathed in deeply and began to follow her father's footsteps, though she had a little trouble. She wasn't accustomed to her father's sporadic movements.

Fenrir scrabbled up after them frowning, he hadn't expected mountain climbing. but still he followed soundlessly, determind to keep up. Fuega would not respect him if he couldn't handle a task as simple as this.

Kuma followed quickly as possible. "Do you think this would be a good idea for little kits running around?"
Bryson edged in to Fuega's dwelling, "How is she?"
Balin looked at him, "Well. Tired. But well"

He went up only a little ways until he found another path for everyone to run upon. The path itself began to climb higher for some ways. This seemed promising. "Alright, this is looking good! Let's keep going!" he called once more and picked up the pace again.
Moirrana picked up the pace enough to where she was beginning to pass Kutai, but barely. "Meet ya at the top!" she said, grinning.

Fenrir frowned and looked to Kuma " im a little worried about that myself. Perhaps it will level out... but it is pretty high..."
Alice wandered into the cave with the others and looked around " i thought there were more in here, have they gone somewhere?" she asked tilting her head

Balin nodded to his sister, "Four have gone to search for a larger cave system since the family is getting bigger."
MM shushed at them when she noted Fuega's ear twtich.
Keeping up Kuma followed as close as he could. He wasn't as physically fit as his father or sister. Instead of training he spent his time tending to the younger zunes.

Kutai slowed the pace a bit when he looked back to see a few of them falling behind. He fell back enough to be next to his son and Fenrir. "Worry not about the height. It just means we'll have one more thing to worry about. But it's a trade-off seeing as our home would be hidden within the range." he said between breaths.
Moirrana was well ahead of the group now. She took it upon herself to be a scout of sorts, in case danger lurked a corner. She was quick on her feet enough to be able to avoid such things. All looks clear up ahead so far. she projected to Kutai

Fenrir shook his head, ears flopping a bit " i'm not so much worried about the height as i am kits falling off"
Alice lowered her voice so as not to disturb Fuega " well i guess that makes sense, we are growing an awful lot."
nearby in the woods a black portal opened and a lone figure wrapped in a cloak stepped out. she held a basket with three small zunes nestled safely inside. following the directions given to her by the mother of the zunes, she arrived at the clearing. From the shelter of the trees she examined the area, once she was sure no one was around to see her, she hurried to the mouth of the cave and dropped the basket. then, retracing her steps she fled back into the woods and stepped through another portal, she would return again and retrieve help when it was safe.

Kuma breathed heavily, small embers curling from his mouth, "How are up do you plan to go?"
Hearing a noise Balin quickly turned to look at the entrance of the cave. "What was...." he softly whispered and got up with out any other word and walked to the front. Blinking down at the basket he looked around to see if he could locate the one that had left it. When there was none to be found the red male picked up the basket and went back to the matriarch's dwelling, "Um..." he mumbled past the handle, "I think we have a problem."
At the word problem Fuega opened an eye, "What kind of problem..." Easing her self up she gazed down into the basket.
"Geegee... you shouldn't be moving." MM squeaked.

Kutai looked at his son and smiled. "As far as it takes to keep us safe. I think I remember seeing the outline of a cave up ahead years ago when I was out hunting one day. It's worth checking out. If we find nothing then we will go back down."
Moirrana got to the top of the incline and stopped when she saw a clear and level area, with a cave not much farther back. it was massive! "I think we have something!"
Kutai grinned. "Told you."

Fenrir picked up his pace a bit, eager to see what Morriana had found.
Alice blinked in surprise " Balin, are those... zunes? where did you get them?" she asked, approaching and sniffing them cautiously. she didn't recognize the scent, but it was somehow familiar.

Balin watched Feuga as she sniffed at then look to Marri-mac. "You ok grandma? I found them at the front of the cave. Some one left them there..."
"It seems our dear Marri has siblings now. I know the scent of Kiun from any where." picking up the kits she set them next to her.
MM could only stare.
