DIG DIG DIG!
This time the little foxfire did follow Sheridan across the field, though it may have run off at the last moment to dig where -it- wanted to. Seems the little guy had a nose for treats. Or maybe red candy was the only thing buried in this field, at least Sheridan was starting to think that.

Sheridan was forced to chase after the foxfire as it suddenly ran across the field again. Rather...energetic wasn't it, though he supposed it could just be because it really liked treats, this time unearthing a purple candy. Well, that answered the question of whether there were only red candies buried in the field.

OOC Post 15 + 15 + 15 + 5 = 50
You can choose an SE and tokens if you choose, depending on the tiers you want. For example..
I choose to use 15 points on 2 tokens. I have 35 points left and choose a pet from Tier one or Tier 2.
However if you choose to claim three tokens you have 25 points left, which are then void. Because you don't have enough for a mini, nor can you go above the 3 tokens per day limit.

Seeing Remi and Tybalt, Shun nodded and waved to the two quietly, then decided to just watch Mitsu as she went to play the game. For this one, he decided to sit out. Again... he was a little confused at what was fun here, but he could see his lycan's tail wagging. Digging. It must be a canine thing. But it was good to see that she seemed to be enjoying this.

Done with her digging Mitsu trotted back to Shun's side and held up the candy treats for him to see. Her little foxfire companion had done an excellent job at finding them but she wasn't sure what to do with them now. At least she seemed to be doing better, actually into the festival instead of merely pretending to be okay.

When Mitsu returned to his side, Shun's gaze softened when she seemed to be excited about getting some candy that had been dug up.
"Looks like you found a few things. Why don't you show Tybalt? Maybe you can trade them in. Or just eat them," he suggested while stepping in close to give her a quick hug.
"Did you have fun?"

For now Mitsu pocketed the candy, stepping into the hug as her reaper came closer. She nodded to having fun, cuddling into his hold feeling secure for the moment. It seemed she had relaxed some, the simplicity of just digging up things appealing to her canine nature. Even if it hadn't been her doing the digging. Or maybe she had just been happy to work with the foxfire. Either way.

DIG DIG DIG!  Nuk watched the first few people play, head cocked to one side with marginal interest as the minipets dug up the earth, nose curled a bit in a disgruntled fashion. It looked like a fun game, especially for canids, but that was just the problem -- Nuk didn't want to play with the minipet at all. He had been having a great time at this festival, mostly because so many of the booths allowed him to spend time in his other forms, something he hadn't done for quite a long time. In Pest Control, it had given him the advantage, being quadrupedal, and he'd caught the scrags no problem. It was the same in this one; he could dig on his own, and it would be far more satisfying to him.
So that's what he was gonna do. Glancing over at the neon otokoyo who looked up at him enthusiastically, the skinwalker quirked an eyebrow before shifting forms, padding over to one of the holes, dirt starting to fly everywhere. Between the two of them, they destroyed that patch of dirt.
What they found was quite unfortunate.Turn: 1/5

DIG DIG DIG! The skinwalker lifted his head as he noticed what it was they found, a look of overall irritation crossing the black wolf's expression. Perhaps he should let the Otokoyo dig after all... naw. Although the over-enthusiastic minipet didn't seem bothered by the 'surprise' they had found, he wasn't about to let the mini have all the fun. Besides, there couldn't be that many more 'surprise piles' ... could there? And he wanted to win. He was not about to let this stupid booth beat him because some stupid dog didn't pick up after himself.
At least when HE left a surprise, it was in the woods away from where other students could find it. Hey, he might have not been all that nice a guy, but at least he was courteous.
Moving on to the next pile, Nuk eyed the minipet and flicked his eyes down at it, indicating that they should dig.
And dig they did.Turn: 2/5

DIG DIG DIG! Purple candy. What was that, five point? Psh, that definitely wasn't good enough for him. Scowling again, the skinwalker kicked up a little more dirt just to relieve some of his irritation, covering the poor little glowing otokoyo in dirt. They were never going to win at this rate, and that seriously pissed him off!
This time, Nuk was far less choosy about which plot to dig in. Leaping across the field, he chose one at random, he and his partner dissolving into a digging frenzy, little irritated growls escaping the skinwalker's muzzle.Turn: 3/5

DIG DIG DIG! Well, at this point he felt pretty pathetic. He had two little purple fear candies, which were the lowest in terms of point ranking. The only thing he had to show for digging four times was a piece of poo, and hell if he was gonna pick THAT up.
Sitting down in front of a hole, Nuk made a pathetic, disappointed face as he nudged a hole with his paw, wincing a bit as his Otokoyo partner flung dirt in his direction, digging up the rest of the hole.
'Face it glow-butt, we lost' he thought, watching it dig. But since the otokoyo couldn't hear him, it kept on digging.Turn: 5/5

Glad to see that response, Shun planted a light kiss to her forehead, lingering with the hug before stepping back a bit. "That's good. Would you like to stay around here a little longer then?"She couldn't really talk to the others, but maybe she'd like to hang around her canine friends for now. Who knows, maybe she could still communicate otherwise. Kinship connection type of thing and all. He wasn't too certain. Actually... he had an idea. "Tybalt. Do you have any balls around here?" he asked the black dog. Mitsu enjoyed her balls and all. While before he thought of trying to reduce her instinctual reaction to the things, right now it seemed like something that could help her return to normal and have fun.

Oh hey, a red one. On their last dig, a little fleck of red shown through the dirt, glittering like all the world like a ruby -- a little glimmer of hope for the downtrodden Skinwalker. Lifting his head, he blinked at it once, watching the otokoyo drop it at his feet with an enthusiastic wag of his tail, and Nuk shifted back into his human form, crouched by the hole. Well, their game hadn't been a complete failure... Grinning broadly, his mood considerably brightened, he reached over to ruffle the minipet's hair a bit, scratching beneath it's ears.
"Good boy~" He rumbled, the sound gravelly in the back of his throat, amber eyes glittering.
Picking up the three candies, the skinwalker sauntered over to Tybalt, dropping them on the surface of the booth.
