Freya was totally excited about being in a new club. Ren seemed so cheerful, and she had so few friends right now. She decided that while she waited for him to respond about a possible secret handshake, she was going to sneak in one more game. So she grabbed a controller using one hand, and totally booted up the game - playing with only one hand.Was she showing off to the club owner? Maaaaybe. Freya was zooming by despite using only her thumb to keep the lever pushed to maximum, and her other fingers to steer. She was grinning ear to ear straight at Ren as she did this. The only down side to using all of the bridges and always going for the fastest run, was how little she could try to collect points. She never did seem to get too many of them, especially now that she wasn't even really looking at the game! If she managed any, they were sheer coincidence. Wait a minute.. was she.. about to do it..? Her cart coasted across the finish line in the time than Ren's challenge stated, and the score board asked for her to write her initials. She finally turned away from Ren, and stared at the board, her jaw dropping. Had she really.. just done that.. in front of Ren.. WITH ONE HAND..?!?! Tybalt was looking over his list when he came across the Scario Kart booth, just in time for Freya to win her game and gawk at the screen. "Oh hey nice! New high score?" He asked, leaning over her shoulder to see for himself and snatched up a controller for himself.
There was something he could get off the list here, but first, Tybalt needed to make it look as though he was playing the game before he went after it.

So he missed the next mushroom. But he got a banana peel! All was not lost! This game was a lot more fun than he remembered and clearly he needed to play this game on a daily basis.  Quote:

Freya's look of surprise turned to Tybalt, mouth still hung open. "I.. guess I did goods, huh?" She didn't know what this meant, and she hoped that Ren wouldn't get angry and take away her membership AFTER FIVE MINUTES NOOOO-
She quickly put the controller down and laughed nervously.

The boil knew exactly why she seemed so nervous, which just made her more nervous, because she hoped it wasn't that obvious. But it was. At least his encouragement made her worry less about whether Ren was going to take her out, or not. "Well, thanks. Good lucks with yehr game!" She watched it carefully, watching him creep along. And she kept a super serious face the entire time when she asked, "Later we plays together?"

Instead of pressing the gas button, the black dog hit the breaks. Which of course, caused his car to slam right into that obstacle. Damn it! Oh well, he still had plenty of track left to gain points.
