I'm still unsure of the First Ability. Since Reiryoku and Reishi can't be seen until the person disperses it and converts it into a solid base. Also it states that Reiryoku can be sensed by feeling, not sight. However, it would be possible, for your Character to be able to see a person's body heat, using infer-scanning. It's just when sensing Reiryoku, the stronger the Level the more disorientation it causes to those with lower level Reiryoku. So your option would be to change your Character's sight into a different form, or you'll have to edit it in a way that someone with greater Reiryoku Level's would be able to not only blind your Character when they flux their Reiryoku but it would cause Headaches, Disorientation, and Seizure like effects. Whuch is why I suggest making it so he can see someones Body Heat, which is pretty much the same without the nasty backlash.
Also, note that your Character's Fire Manipulation is limited to his own created Flames. He wouldn't be able to control Fire created from others or by other means. That would just be a little much, since Fire itself is very powerful and element.
As for the Black Flame. It is still over powering. Their has to be a way to extinguish the Flame, even if it's not by normal means. Like say if your Character loses focus, the Flames would vanish. To be able to create a Flame that not only eats other Flames, and can't be Extinguished, and can be Controlled at Will, and Can Spread at Will, and so on is just a little much. Also you need to add a Post Limit. Like it can only be used [ 2 ] Times per Battle and Lasts for an average of [ 3 ] Posts.
Lastly, for the Last Ability, it again needs to be dialed down a little. No Flames that reach the sky from the earth. And no power of the sun, even half. Flames can be hot, but we are not going Supernova in the First Release. So just that part out.
After that you should be good to go.

Life View: I was born into a world where my friends and family were killed because of their powers, but I refuse to let this world take me, too. As a child, Damien was naturally talented and gifted in using his powers. In fact, many would hope that he would grow up to become an powerful warrior, that would some day help lead the Quincies back to their former glory. Hearing the stories about the his race's history and its fight against the Shinigami, Damien would grow to have an unshakable belief that one day he would be able to help his fellow Quincy, gain their former glory, or at least, that was what he used to think.
It was exactly ten years ago, when Damien pretty much lost everyone and everything that he loved. One night, while he and his family were eating dinner, there would be a sudden shake, as the sky grew blacker, the sounds of swords and screaming would echo through out Damien's house. Telling him to stay inside, his parents would go out and see what was happening, it was in that very moment that his life changed. As his parents went outside, they were pierced in their abdomen by multiple swords and then left to die there. As Damien saw this, he would immediately rush outside only to be confronted with an even more gruesome scene. Everyone in the town and everything there, had been slaughtered, and set ablaze. Not even having time to grieve for his parents, Damien would flee from the town and take refuge in an old worn down shack on the outskirts.
After about two hours, Damien would emerge from the shack and see that everything was gone, burned to the ground and that he was all that was left. He would let out an loud earth-shattering scream, full of pain, anger, sorrow, and despair. Having lost everything, Damien would go unconscious and fall into a deep, deep sleep. During which, his heart was engulfed by the darkness that he felt. After about two days, Damien would wake up in an eerie and strange place, later he would find out that it was an abandoned Quincy Hideout. Having come to, Damien was greeted by an man who would tell him about what happened and that he had made graves for all of those that were destroyed, hearing this Damien would cry once more, as the man would then leave Damien to fend on his own. Wanting to avenge his family and everyone else in the town, Damien dedicated his life to seeking vengeance for them, and so began his decent into darkness.
During this time, Damien had seemingly, it was unknown where Damien was or what he did during the five years that he was absent, but from what many have heard, it was said that he went on rampage and destroyed countless villages, in his path for vengeance. After each place he destroyed, Damien would grow closer and closer to the darkness, he even had began to forget his parents death. Eventually, Damien would find refuge in the home of a nice family whose daughter, Serah, he fell in love with. The two eventually expressed their feelings for each other, and ended up dating. On the night in which he was going to propose to her, Damien, would come across a gruesome scene. The woman he loved and her family were brutally slaughtered by an unknown assailant, years after this incident, Damien would come to realize that Serah and her parents were Quincies like him and his parents, so it was thought that the same people who killed his family and friends were the same ones who killed Serah and her family, which only led Damien even closer to darkness.
Having lost everything he ever loved and cared about, Damien, would then be approached by the same man that had helped him all those years ago. Noticing the cross that the man bared, Damien would deduce that this man was also a Quincy. Seeing the state that Damien was in, the man would offer him a chance at revenge and power. Something in which, Damien accepted, without hesitating. Through a rigorous and life threatening training process, the man would bestow upon Damien, great power and would change him into the man he is today. Having completed his training, Damien would seek the people responsible for the pain in his life, knowing this, the man would tell Damien who the people were. He would tell him that the Shinigami or Soul Reapers were the ones who slaughtered the people he loved. Remembering the old stories that the people in his town would tell about how the Shinigami were responsible to almost eradicating his entire race, a deep and unforgettable hatred towards the Shinigami would grow in his heart. Knowing that he alone would not be able to fend off against the Shinigami, Damien would then hear tales of a group of really powerful Quincies, whose goals are to wipe out the shinigami, seeing this as his only chance to avenge his parents, lover and friends, Damien decided to join up with them.
Having found the location of the group of Quincy, later he would find out the name was Stern Ritter, Damien would approach its leader and ask to join the group. With the leader's acceptance, Damien would finally be allowed to join the Stern Ritter. Over the years, Damien would become a trusted member of the Stern Ritter, even the Leader has shown to trust him more than the rest, maybe it is because of their close ages, or maybe he sees something in Damien that he does not see in others, no matter the reason, the leader knows that Damien will give his life to him if he should ask.

In all the years, Damien's true weapon is one of few that is actually a sword, which is somewhat rare and odd for a Quincy to posses. In his mind, having a sword as his true weapon, means that he would be using something that the shinigami used to kill his family, which disgusts him. Because of this, Damien dislikes his his true weapon in the presence of his comrades and so rarely uses it unless it is necessary, but this is not the only form it can take. There is another form that it has called Wahr Verzweiflung (True Despair), which changes the shape of the sword into two sub machine guns psitols, which he uses. In order to change forms, it will take Damien one post to gather the required Reishi in order to do so. True Weapon Ability:
Göttlich Angriff (Divine Assault): Damien, whole using the initial form, which is his longsword, will hold out his sword at his opponent and make a circular motion with it. As he does, the blade will absorb the reishi from around it and form a ball of dense energy. Damien will then fire the ball at his opponent, if it should make contact with said opponent or target, it will result in a miniature explosion, which would cause extensive damage to his opponent or target and his or her surroundings.
Hölle Schuss (Hell Shot): While still in the sword form, Damien will gather reishi around its blade and then make a thrusting motion, causing the energy that he had gathered to be fired off in the forms of miniature javelin like energy beams. This javelins are made of dense energy so if they should make contact the target would be pierced and burned at the same time. Depending on the amount of thrusts that Damien does, that will be the amount of energy javelins fired.
Gottes (Judgement): Presumably, Damien's strongest attack in his sword form. The move starts out with him, absorbing an extensive amount of reishi, which he will then coat his sword blade with. After which, Damien will position his sword so that it is above his head, then with out any signs, he will thrust it down, resulting in him releasing all of the energy in one sweep. The resulting energy will be released in the form of one powerful and huge arrow, that, is it should make contact, will result in a massive explosion that will sure to cause fatal damage to anything it hits.
Strafe (Punishment): This technique is only accessible in Wahr Verzweiflung Form, his dual sub machine gun pistols. Damien will use his gins to fire off a powerful barrage of reishi bullets simultaneously that, he can determine the size and quantity of the bullets at will. He is also able to change the direction of this attack during firing, making it extremely difficult to avoid. [Does not require recharging]
Heilig Schuss (Holy Shot): Damien will hold both of his pistols out at his target and release two separate beams of energy. As the beams are released they will then merge into one massive and powerful beam that will then hit the target resulting in an huge explosion. [Can be used again after four posts have passed.]

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Kazuyori's Story doesn't differ much from that of most shinigami. Memory of his life before the Soul Society has completely evaded him. As with any other who's died and come to this dimension, when he awoke he was nervous and confused. Being alone in a foreign place with no friends and no one to guide him through this seemingly timeless place. After months in this place he'd figured out how it all worked. The rukongai housed most of the souls of the realm, the working class in a sense. It is also divided by districts, the higher the number, the worse off the district. Luckily for for Kazuyori he wasn't too far in based off of how close he was to the city. The natives had taken to calling it the Seireitei, its where the shinigami were. He saw them from time to time, patrolling the rukon district, keeping peace as it were. He took it upon himself to question a few of the residents in his district about them. He gathered that one needed to possess spiritual energy to become a shinigami and gain access to the Seireitei city. He also learned that shinigami were balance keeper's between the human realm, the society, and a realm of evil beings called Hueco Mundo. He knew at that point that this is what he was destined to do, there was only one major set back though. Kazuyori still lacked the spiritual energy required to become a Shinigami.
Over the course of several more months Kazuyori's situation begin to turn for the worse. For one he was still without a home, and he had also began to develop an almost insatiable appetite. This lead him to turn to a lifestyle of thievery, something he never thought he would be forced to do. He was stealing to survive, but stealing nonetheless; and at an alarming rate. He was developing a reputation and residents of the district had taken it upon themselves to inform the shinigami. It wasn't long before they were on his trail. Kazuyori stood no chance against them. He tried to run but they gave chase, they were faster than anything he'd ever seen. They seemed to appear from nowhere before him, and they much stronger than him; knocking him to his knee's effortlessly.
"Why have you been stealing and terrorizing the resident's of this district? Speak!" One of the shinigami's barked at him. The mans tone was serious. The air around him seemed to become heavy, and made it hard for Kazuyori to breathe. " I-i- Had to.. otherwise i'd starve to death.." Kazuyori answered sheepishly. The man's brow raised at attention to what he said. "Is that so?" he responded, his tone seemed a bit curious. He knelt beside Kazuyori and extended his hand toward him. It lit up a with a pure blue energy. "Spiritual energy" Kazuyori was sure of it. "That's right, and I believe..." the shinigami responded as he touched Kazuyori's shoulder; at that moment Kazyori's entire body became shrouded in an ambient white energy. "I thought so." Kaz looked on in disbelief at what was happening to him. "You're coming with us.." The man said sternly as he again rose to his feet. Kazuyori's aura begin to dim and fade as the man broke contact with him. "Where?" He responded. "To the seireitei.. you have a decent amount of reiryoku inside of you. We're gonna teach you how to use it."
He was taken to the seireitei at once, and placed into the shinigami academy; and from that point, his story still being written.

When in Shikai Ohikaze is not in a material form. When being summoned Kazuyori will hold the Katana flat out in his hand as if offering it up. When the incantation is spoken the blade will then dissolve and be replacedby a swirling wind that covers, or shrouds his body. The wind is clearly visible, and is often mistaken for reiatsu, and is pale blue in color.
The wind moves freely about him in no distinct direction. When he fights it acts as a buffer, surrounding his hands and feet just as each attack lands to add a substantial amount of extra damage. Its weakness is proper defense. While the wind can be mustered to bolster against attacks, a strong enough attack will penetrate but deal considerably less damage; forcing the user to dodge a lot when faced with considerably tougher opponents.
Shikai Ability: -Ohikaze's natural ability is to buff and enhance Kazuyori's natural skill. It excels his speed and enhances the strength is his attacks by adding extra wind force to each blow.
- Murioshi: A projectile base attack which is comprised of shear wind force. It is released from Kazuyori's hands in the form of a ball of swirling wind that cant travel up to 20 meter's, and pack's enough strength to puncture solid stone.
