Waving, he would smile at them all, "Good-luck everyone. I will be rooting for your victory and safe return." Soji said as he pretty told them that he would not be fighting, which is the opposite of what he had just stated earlier. Walking over towards Shira, Soji would sit down beside her, "Yo, Shira-chan, it has been a long time. You do not look so well. Have you been eating enough? Or maybe you are feeling a little love sick?" he said jokingly as he tapped her face, "Has Atticus finally made his move?" he asked.

Shira looked over at him, "Yeah... a gaping hole in your side tends to do that to you..." she stated with a joking tone. She rubbed the her head then after he tapped it "No, it is most likely getting to the point where I should stop getting my hopes up with that... I might as well just keep the friendship I have with him instead of wrecking it." she said to him, rubbing her shoulder where she was stabbed. Kind of an off question considering our predicament right now... at least it is better than sitting around knowing I can't go out there to help. she thought.

Soji told her as he would slouch back in the chair and stare up at the ceiling, "Give it time, Shira-chan. I'm pretty sure he will come to understand his own feelings very well." Soji said. Sitting back up, he would then look around, "Speaking of which, where is Atticus anyway? I thought he of all people would be here beside?" Soji asked her.

Soji then drunk some of it. "If so, then you must focus on healing your injuries using your shinigami powers." Soji said. "I am pretty sure that if you go to fight, you will find Atticus there, somewhere. I, unlike the rest of you, am not a fighter, or I should say that I have given up fighting, so I will be pretty much useless."

Shira stared at him for a moment before glancing down at her hands "I don't know if they will work though... right now my energy feels pretty much drained. I don't know if I can help much either since my weapon blood seems to be gone and I am sure hand to hand combat won't do much against demons like that." she said as she gripped her hands tightly.

That is when we show our true strength and soul." Soji told her as he would stand up and look down at her, "As long as your heart and soul are strong, you will never truly be powerless. Remember these words, Shira-chan." he said as he stretched and yawned, "If the time comes, will you be willing to go out and fight no matter the state you are in?" he asked as it seems like Soji was talking as though he was about to die or something.

Make me proud enough to have called you my student." Soji said as he would stop at the doorway, "It has been nice talking to you, Shira-chan. Please give Atticus my regards when you see him. Also, tell him that I said he should not go around and leave his partner all alone."

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Turning back to look at Shira, Soji would smile and wave, "I don't think I will need these anymore. So, i want you to have them, kind of like a gift from your favorite professor." he would say as for the first time since he had met Shira, Soji would remove his shades, revealing his piercing and ominous yellow-colored eyes, "Those are precious so take good care of them." Soji then smiled once more and bowed, "Farewell Shira-chan." with those last words, he would leave the room and make his way out of the barrier. From what he has said and done, it is quite obvious that Soji was going to go and battle Divine, but from the tone of his voice, he seemed to not have had any thoughts about winning or even surviving.
