Archer from Fate Stay Night. His battle with Berserker was truly epic. Especially when he chanted his hougu in his final stand.

But if I was understanding this correctly, he once served under Saber in the past during Arthurian times.

Correct on who it is.

I just recently started reading the manga, so I'm not to sure on the other parts.
I will say that I'm surprised I haven't checked this series out sooner. It's extremely interesting.

Slight spoiler, a very interesting ending.

I'd rather give it than have it taken away, so I really don't mind.

Great, now I'm impatient... but the manga that I'm reading doesn't seem anywhere near an end...

That's cool as I believe time is one of the most important currencies we humans have.

Well you can always watch the anime.

It's definitely more epic with Archer's hougu chant.

I've been questioning whether or not to watch the anime, but now it would appear I'm going to need to find some time to watch it. (curiosity is killing me)

True.

You know it funny, I started a thread question a while back about why someone would like to live forever to which in that regards I wondered if one could live forever then what is the value of time then?

I guess, if you live forever, time would be as valuable as a speck of dirt probably.

I've done a bit more research on the series myself (skipping a lot of parts as to not ruin the whole thing)

Still want to watch it, just have to find/make the time.

Interestingly a lot of people counter argued that you would have all the time in the world to do as you wish. I'm not sure if those people quite get the idea of forever.

You should ask them to count to infinity. Maybe then they might get it.

I wonder what sort of side effects, living forever would have...
Not wanting to get close to anyone would probably be a must after a while.
The never ending days, torturing your psyche until you go completely insane and then after a few thousand years of that, probably getting bored and going sane once again.
