Blinking in confusion, Zanna yawned herself and settled onto the bed with him, not even bothering to get under the covers as she got comfortable and slid off to sleep, the alcohol and lack of amusement from the other party helping.

RP Prompt

At exactly 5:02 AM, the ship seems to come to a quick stop with a jolt. Anyone too close ot the edge of a bed will probably fall out of the bed, and the jolt's enough to wake others.

Then the ship comes to a stop in the dark waters, sitting there for a short while. And then after a fifteen minute pause, as calmly as can be, a speaker outside the cabins in the hallway asks everyone to:

'Good morning, Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the captain.
Due to an unexpected collision, we're asking all to please dress in warm clothing, and place all treasured belongings in a small bag able to fit on your lap. Make your way to your assigned lifeboat, and wait for further instructions.
...and please, don't panic.'

Following that, nearly 70% of the passengers start to scream and rush around in cabins trying to pack.

The Simu are two floors above the Lifeboat deck, all assigned to lifeboat 65B.

Unless there's some stuff you MUST have, we'll mostly be going by what your character already packed in their carry bag. It'll be our choice in the end, sorry! xd

Rora wasn't quite as graceful when she was asleep, and landed onto the floor with a loud 'THUD'. The night before, she'd stripped down to her purple silky boxers and tank top... she was sharing a room with Zanna, who needed to worry about anything like that with another girl?... and collapsed into bed.

Now wriggling around on the floor in her underwear and lay there in a confused pile of near-naked Rora and blankets.

...what just happened?

Standing up, she tried to untangle herself from the blankets. Then she glanced sideways, and stared.

"What the ********?" Another few moments of staring, and then Rora decided that if she looked at that any more... she'd throw up. Ship's problems be damned, that was far worse. She grabbed at the blankets and pillows, storming out of the room towards the couch. "...I'll go sleep on the couch. Yuck. Ew. Could have asked me to LEAVE before doing that."

Rora curled up in a cacoon of blankets, turned on the TV and tried to ignore whatever she thought might be happening or happened in the room. Ew... ew... ew...

...why wasn't the TV working?

The announcement made Rora fly into a panic, and she rushed into the bedroom again without caring about what they were doing. Rora started to panic, shoving EVERYTHING into her carry bag and swearing when everything had a better idea.. like falling out of the stuffed bag.

Finally, she settled for what didn't pop out in the bag, grabbed clothes and went into the bathroom to change. Once that was done, Rora rushed towards the cabin with her bag. She was one of the paniced ones, that was for sure.

Once standing at the lifeboat, Rora stood there shaking and teeth chattering, waiting for everyone else to show up.

Sarria found her dreams suddenly interrupted by a strange sensation. Opening her eyes she frowned, it had almost felt as though something had violently shaken the mattress. She glanced around the room, the frown still on her face as she found no one else besides possibly Kami. When she noticed the time she allowed herself to fall back onto the pillow and shake her head. She had been hoping to get up at 5:30 anyway, so waking up a bit earlier wouldn't hurt any. After giving herself a few minutes to fully wake up, she sat herself up once more and let out a yawn.

Now would be the perfect time to go out on the deck of the ship and see if she could catch the sunrise, or perhaps go to the garden and mediate before things got too busy. Not wanting to waste any time she scooted herself off of the bed, fixed the covers, then headed toward the bathroom to get changed. Her plans, however, wouldn't work...

Seconds after she had emerged with her dark red outfit that was similar to the one she had grown up in, she heard the message, "Collision?" The girl repeated slowly; looking quite disconcerted at the thought. Although she liked water, being stuck out in the middle of an ocean was not anywhere near her idea of fun. Glad she had already dressed in an outfit with longer pants, she briskly walked to her suitcase to shove a few articles of clothing, pajamas and other belongings inside her carry on bag. She wasn't too concerned with most of the clothes she had brought, just the one she had grown up in...that was her favorite. The only other thing from her suitcase she bothered to take was the camera. "Probably a good thing I didn't pack too much..." She muttered to herself as she double checked to make sure she had gotten everything she wanted to take with her. The whole while she was taking deep breaths trying to remain calm. It wouldn't do her any good to panic in a situation like this. Besides, the ship had lifeboats, that meant things would be better...right? On her way out, she grabbed her coat that had been draped over a chair near the door and slipped it on.

Trying to look on the brightside of things, which wasn't easy, she kept telling herself that she had planned to go on the deck anyway. Finding that that really wasn't helping she silenced her thoughts and speedily walked down the halls, doing her best to try and avoid crashing into another passenger. The screams rung in her ears and she used her free hand to try and plug one of them. That did very little to muffle the noise and by the time she got to the lifeboat she was cringing.

"Aurora!" She called out, sounding relieved to see a fellow Simu. As carefully as she could, Sarria boarded the lifeboat and set her suitcase down and folded her arms for warmth. "Have they told people up here more about what's going on? And are you all right?"

A small disgruntled sound came from the red head upon being so rudely woken up by a sudden jolt. His eyes remained closed as he mumbled incoheriently again, flexing his fingers as he brought it to his face to cover it. During the night his fingers finally let go of the bottle and it it had toppled over - thankfully almost empty- and then rolled to the floor with the added jolt. He came to a realization there was some added weight to his other side but really thought nothing of it. He had finally gotten some damn sleep in who knows how long and now something so rudely had woken him up. bastards.

But that voice and what it said. That kind of woke him up. His eyes opened slightly, "huh?" Ura asked groggly. At the moment he couldn't place the voice, he knew he knew the female but... it escaped him. He took in a deep breath and opened his eyes a bit more to open completely wide. The teen's body shot back like a bullet and hit the headboard with a loud crack. His heart raced as did his breathing. He stared long and hard at Zanna, his brain going a mile a minute at trying to grasp the situation, or... at least it really wasn't. ********. Why was she in a bed with him? Or why was he in one with her? Why were they on one together? He looked down quickly, some relief coming over him.... okayokay, his clothing was still on. What he had worn last night, everything was still there just not as tidy as it was. But still there meaning, nothing could have happened. RIGHT?

But his breathing still didn't calm down nor his racing heart. Sure, hopefully nothing happened. But Zanna... she could get very violent. Ura scooted his body further back, needing to run away.. very veryvery fast. It didn't occur to him at the moment that beds had edges and he fell right off. "owcrap!"

Sim had been dreaming a most realistic dream, but was rudely awakened as he felt a sudden impact on his side. His orange eyes opened in the dark, realizing he had fallen off the bed.

'How embarrassing!' he thought to himself, getting up in time to hear the announcement. He turned to the other bed and saw it was empty, perhaps his roommate hadn't arrived from dinner? With the captain's instruction of dressing warm Sim took out his flannel long johns, and the toe-socks and changed into them. He closed his eyes and envisioned the red to change into black, so at least it would keep him warmer. When his mind registered the part about packing one's treasured posessions, Sim was having a mental fit about the rest of his clothing.

'Mother will skin me off my fabulous clothing and put me on another budget if I lose anything!' he mentally wailed. Grateful for being alone, Sim took a deep breath and threw open the drawers where he had placed his clothing. 'I'm going to be out like a log after this...' he sighed, grasping hold of as many of his clothes as possible. He closed his eyes, murmuring to himself to concentrate, envision, and hope for the best.

Needles of pain shot out from his hands and Sim couldn't stop himself from screaming out his agony. His knees buckled and sweat poured from his forehead as he struggled to raise his head to the clothes. He gave a sigh of triumph as all the clothes he had touched had shrunk down to the size of toy dolls. However, not all of the outfits shrank, his spandex shorts, swim trunks and shoes didn't seem affected, and he didn't feel he had enough time to attempt again.

He grabbed whatever had shrunk, stuffed them in his carry-on bag and was about to leave when he remembered "My feather boa!!!" he gasped, rushing back to grab the feathery accessory and wrapped it around his neck. All the while Sim had noted how 70% of the passengers were panic-stricken and it was the perfect opportunity to cement his fool ruse.

He sped down the hall, screaming at the top of his lungs "We're all doomed!! Doomed!!! Repent all ye sinners while ye may!! Out watery judgement is upon us!" he wailed as he sped past the designated lifeboats on purpose. He had gone a good ten steps away before he halted, turned around and headed to where his fellow Simu's were, still yelling out his self-proclaimed prophecy of doom.

Aurora paced up and down, clutching to her bag tightly like it was some sort of lifeline. When she saw Sarria, she gave her a weak if shaky smile, unable to bring herself to get into the lifeboat yet. That would mean stopping and sitting down, and Aurora wasn't really feeling like sitting down and stopping.

"N...no, nothing and y...yes, of of course I'm fine. C...can't you tell?" She jumped as Sim raced past screeching, but at the time, Rora could only tremble more at the 'watery' and 'doomed' parts. Stupid watery and doomed! "I'm just .... um...I forgot my dress! And... it's all up there still, I don't want to loose it all!"

Aurora took a few steps in the direction of the cabin, turned around and came straight back again. As she spoke, some words went a bit odd or were stuttered, "Um... maybe... I saw Ura and Zanna in bed toegetrher and Zanna was un her underwear, so I don't want to go there again. So clothes will have to sufferrrr. ...I'll sit down now."

She sat down next to Sarria, shoving the bag underneath the bench and clung to the finger with the ring as if Rora was sure it was about to fall off.

Zanna gave a groggy groan when she was jostled awake by the boat stopping, eyes only jolting awake when she felt someone scrambling around next to her.

Maybe it was Elijah!

No such luck was to be had by Zanna, and she was greeted by bright red hair suddenly disappearing behind the bed, followed by a thump and a painful cry. Her first instinct was to immediately reach over her and grab her spear before quickly maneuvering to where Ura had fallen, the spear end immediately being pushed up against his neck as her foot came down on his chest to hold him there.

And then the pain in her head started.

"What the ******** where you doing?!" The teen snarled, eyes flashing black as she glared down at him, adding a bit more pressure to his chest with her foot for emphasis. Another growl came out when the announcement came out on the speaker systems, her headache responding to the added noise.

And so... She took it out on Ura. "YOU! Why were you in my bed?! Why the ********?!" More snarling enused as she pressed the head of her spear tighter against his neck.

Announcement and boat sinking be damned, she had business to handle first.

Okay well this sucked. Ura bearly heard the annoucement as his heart pounded in his ears from Zanna's reaction and the lovely pointy spear at his neck. So, the ship was going to sink and he was going to die not by that but by having his head lobbed off. Peachy. His insanly huge eyes stared from her face and down the length of the spear pole.

"I..... dun... knooow...." He wheezed between taking in bits of oxygen. Oh, he might have gone on but he figured breathing would be more important than explaining... but in this case, maybe not. "jus wooke... up like that...." That part in nearly a whisper as his breathing labor. Damn she was either more insanly strong than he imagined or he was just really weak, probably both.

Sarria listened to Aurora for a moment and was glad that she could at least talk, even if she did stutter nervously. Learning about the dress, she shook her head some, "I don't think you really need to go get a simple dress. Your life is far more important an--" The girl stopped in mid-sentence as her brown eyes followed Sim. "How...very strange." She thought to herself as she listened to what he was saying and tried not to let her nerves take over. At a time like this that wouldn't be good. She needed to keep calm, but still...watery doom...

A relieved look soon reappeared on her face as she saw Aurora turn back and was glad that she had chosen to come in the lifeboat rather than go after a dress. Afterall--Now it was her thoughts that were interrupted upon hearing about Zanna and Ura. "...W...what?" She seemed quite confused by that at first, followed by her scrunching up her face and blinking several more times. "Actually, nevermind. I don't want to hea--just nevermind." She set her carry-on bag in her lap as she watched Aurora take a seat. Freeing one of her hands from holding onto her bag, she used the other to pat her friend on the back in an attempt to comfort her, "Try not to worry. I'm sure the cruiseship workers know what they're doing. They'll do their best to keep everyone safe.

Narrowing her eyes, she listened as she heard screaming of a familiar voice going up and down the hall and growled again at Ura's insufficient explanation. Then the announcement rang over the speaker again, and decided that her beating the ******** out of Ura would have to wait.

The longer he lived, the more pain she could dispose upon him.

Though just to prove her point, she nicked her spear along his neck before returning it upright and to her side. "You're lucky the ship is sinking..." The teen sneered before quickly moving to throw her usual attire on, shoving the rest of her clothes in her carry on (aside from her formal dress). Making her way into the bathroom, she made sure to collect every single freebie that had been given out, along with a few towels, shoving them into her bag before partaking of the toilet itself.

By the time she came out, her hair was up and she was fully awake despite her painful headache. Gathering up all of her weapons, she strapped her knife and throwing knives to her hip and let respectively before strapping her quiver and bow onto her back and slipping on her only pair of shoes, her flip flops.

"I'll deal with you later..." Sneering once more, Zanna turned to leave, seeing a glimmer of silver out of the corner of her eye, and without thinking, she grabbed up Rora's spear to take to her.

Maybe she'd just keep it with the mood she was in.

Gripping her spear, the teen finally left the room and headed to the appropriate deck, nearly running into Sim in the meantime. <******** aye with all the noise, and she was TIRED of being nice and tolerable, so she shifted her spear to her left hand and stuck her arm out just as he was passing by screaming, hopefully close-lining the redheaded teen.

Ura shivered, curling into a small ball as she went about her room and could only repeat the action and Zanna sneered and left. Holy s**t. One hand finally pressed against the nick she had given him and pulled back, trying to judge the blood flow. It wasn't that bad, she had cut him enough to draw a little sliver but not enough to cause any real harm. Damn, why did she have to be leniant? He curled further into his ball against the bed, finding this a now better option. Oh how content he was with just staying there. He could go down with the ship, it seemed a better option than having to face Zanna. Yes, cowardly, but a better way to die!

Rora barely heard anyone after a few minutes of quietly panicking. And then it struck her, just as she heard the word 'Ronin'.

Ronin wasn't here AND her sword wasn't there either! And Rora remembered the threat quite clearly... if she lost that sword, she'd loose one of her breasts and be taught the bow and arrow.

...there were TWO good reasons to return to the cabin!

"I'll be back!" Rora stood up, and raced off towards the cabins. She knocked on Ronin's door hard, calling, "Ronin? Come out, we're going to the boats, I'll be in my room!" and raced into her room. It took her a few moments of throwing things and growling to decide that it wasn't there...

And then she saw Ura curled up in the other room. Did his new girlfriend leave him?

As much as that would be a nice thing to see, Ura sinking with the boat, Aurora wasn't really keen on letting someone die. So she went over to him, kicked him in the side and said, "If you don't get your a** down to the boat, I'll tell everyone what I know." then hurried out again to find the kid.

...he was out by now, right?

Realizing how scary she might be to a kid, Aurora stopped and tried to calm down. All good... all safe...

...and then she raced to the minibar and started stuffing everything inside into a plastic bag. They might need it!

With a loud sound Ronin's body landed on the floor as the boat stopped. Damnit, hadn't he been all there in the glade with the others ?...Must have been some kind of dream. For a single second the darkness scared the young boy and he moved over to switch the light on. Phew...

He rubbed his head and glanced at the empty bed on the other side of the room. Ura hadn't come back and somehow Ronin didn't care about this at all. Perhaps he could switch rooms with one of the princesses...
The young boy grinned to himself as he looked at the alarm clock standing on the small table together with dagger. Oh, how could he have slept without it ?

And just as he grabbed it the loudspeakers were making an annoucement.
You couldn't imagine Ronin's expression in that moment : He was grinning broadly ! Finally something was happening and he could save all the beautiful girls and be a most honoured hero. Indeed, it would be quite bad to save them all at once, perhaps Sim or Ura could help.

But where should he start and where were the lifeboats ?

As he heard Aurora's voice his face became serious again and he opened the door. She had left again...So he sighed and got all of his luggage and stumbled heavily loaded into her room. Ronin was very calm. "I've come to rescue you, Princess Rora."
