 The haw flew off of Rai's shouder and knocked Rai down next to Shizuo. Rai winced when a stick went through his shoulder. He cried out "Damn Haw" he said and pulled it out with great difficulty. The hawk sounded like it was laughing at him.

 Shizuo sighed as he geld out his arm and the hawk landing on it.
"One of these days Ryuu, you are going to poke someone's eyes out you silly bird, and why are you wearing that diguise, you are a phoenix, not some damn hawk." Shizuo looks down at Rai, softly handing Ryuu to his sister, before pulling Rai off of the ground.
"What the hell are you doing here Rai?" Scarlet lightly giggles as she reaches out to touch the bird, Ryuu leaning his head toward her to assisst her. "Oh brother, you are too hard on him, he was only curious, and it was not his fault that Ryuu led him here."

Rai looked down at the ground "I'm sorry but the miss is right, the bird led me here thinking he was helping" he said respectively since he didn't want to act improper in front of Scarlet. "If you let go I'll take my leave and never disturb you two again" he said in a whisper. He was also acting like this because since he thought that Scarlet and Shizuo were a couple it hurt him deeply. Rai didn't know why but it just did.

Shizuo lets go of Rai, taking his sisters hand to help her up for an introduction.
"Rai, this beautiful young girl is my little sister Scarlet. Scarlet, this is Rai,a new guest in our my home." "'Tis a pleasure sir. I hope my brother is not too tough on you, he can be quite the rude one.?

Rai bowed at Scarlet "Nice to meet you miss Scarlet" he said and sighed "Though I am hardly a guest" he said and looked at Shizuo then looked away not sure if he should tell scarlet that he is a slave. He looked up at Shizuo again "Do not worry for when he starts being rude I give it right back to him" he said with a smirk.

Rai laughed at his comment "yeah and you haven't?" he shot back in a joking tone. He took Scarlet's hand and lightly kissed the back of it like a gentleman should "It was a real nice pleasure speaking with you but I sense that Shizuo wanted some alone time with you" he said softly and looked at Shizuo "and I will see you later" he said with a smirk.

Rai put his hands in his pockets and looked down as he walked away. He couldn't stand watching them since it reminded him of his sister who was burned at the cross. He closed his eyes and saw the image of his entire family being hunted down by humans. When he thought he was far enough away he leaned against the wall of the house and slid down with his face in his hands and took deep shaky breaths.

Shizuo walks past Rai, stopping a few feet away before turning back around and crouching in front of him.

Rai looked up when he heard his name and saw Shizuo. He looked back down at the ground "Go back with your sister...I-I'll be fine" he whispered his voice cracking a little. He swallowed slowly as he pulled his knees up to his chest afraid that he would break down in tears again if he spoke another word.

Rai put his face in the hole that his arms made "Yeah..." he whispered his voice cracking again. He closed his eyes and felt two tear drops, one from each eye, falling. "Its all my fault she's dead" he whispered and hugged his knees tighter. He was thinking about his own sister.

Rai nodded answering his question "Its all my fault, the deaths of my whole family...." he whispered gripping onto his knees so tightly that his nails dug through his pants and caused himself to bleed "All of them, I watched burn on the wooden cross...." more bloody tears fell from his eyes.
