Vongola, I'll be friends if you want.
As for me, not Japanese, but have lived in Osaka for a semester. An adult native Japanese male I met while I lived there said I was 'very Japanese' as well. I think that says a lot.
College acquaintances thought I had Japanese in me simply because of my unnatural interest in the culture and language. I say "unnatural" because people that are my race aren't usually learning an Eastern language. And if they are, they haven't gotten as far as I have.
