iiTetshinji-Kun Fine, I'll give it to you. But you still have no proof that Arceus can reproduce arceus is god, so it can do anything. creating a copy of it self is easy.

Even so, neither GameFreak nor Nintendo have shown evidence that it somehow does in fact have that ability

I do. But all that proves is that Lugia can reproduce; it has nothing to do with Arceus having the capability

But Arceus does not create them in an Egg. Arceus summons them

No, Arceus summoned them from Time, Space, and the Other World. Giratina was not created by Arceus, Giratina always existed in another dimension.
Sure, Arceus created Palkia and Dialga, but look, they can't reproduce either. Zapdos, Articuno, and Moltres cannot reproduce. Groudon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza cannot reproduce. Terrakion, Cobalion, Virizion, and Keldeo cannot reproduce. Registeel, Regirock, Regice, and Regigigas cannot reproduce. Zekrom, Reshiram, and Kyurem cannot reproduce. Deoxys, Celebi, and Jirachi cannot reproduce. Ho-Oh and Lugia cannot reproduce.
The Legendaries with genders cannot reproduce. Heatran cannot reproduce. Latios and Latias cannot reproduce.
Your theory makes sense. I base mine off of the game itself. The only Legendary that has the capability to reproduce is Manaphy

The only Legendary that has the capability to reproduce is Manaphy that is one of the biggest problems, there are several cannons. how do you classify the movies? i mean, they don't fit with the anime at 100%, nor with each other. and the games? makes perfect sense that legends cannot breed in them. but if you trade with someone, you can get several copies of the same legend... how were they created?

I consider the movies as separate I consider the anime as separate Movie, and anime wise, hell, sure, they can breed. Maybe it's an extremely rare event, but they can. When Ho-Oh dies, it rebirths from its death ashes.
Game wise, that's really illogical. Separate dimensions with the same Pokemon. No Pokemon's stats are the same; it makes sense.
