Steal Sylas smiled at Alida, her smile had an infectious side to it that he wasn't able to ignore. Still holding her hand he nodded to the teacher and wondered where they were supposed to be now. He had missed gym class and the game that they were all playing, and right now he really wasn't up for something that involved running from objects being thrown at him.
"If they are still in gym, do you think I would be in trouble for not wanting to play?" He looked at the floor again and scuffed one bare foot on the tiles. Hmm, why do people wear shoes? He hated them, it was a good thing no one was really looking at his feet, he may have gotten in trouble then. His dad had given him some and he tossed them somewhere. ((Sorry!)) Alida shook her head at him in answer, almost positive that the class probably wasn't going to have much more happen today anyway. But there was still some class time left. She looked over at the teacher, who was also looking at the clock consideringly. Then she shrugged, and smiled at Sylas again, before pulling him with her over to where Ritsu and Ash were still sitting, a bit out of sorts. The teacher considered. The water break was supposed to be just that. A break between games, and not too much time had been lost during the commotion. But the children were playing nicely, for the most part... she didn't want to disturb them after an already disturbing afternoon. She sighed.

Sylas looked worried as he was led over to some other children. He didn't know them, he didn't really know how to get to know people. All the time he had been around, it had been spent hideing, and the few times he had tried to get to know others, had led to him being alone and confused some time later. Even his own siblings didn't really want to get to know him, so what was he going to do near others.
Still, even with all his timidness and hesitation, he didn't want to hurt Alida by suddenly running off, and the angel knew that he would likely do just that if he refused to get to know her friends. So, with head bowed and eyes averted, he went to join the other kids.

Alida noticed Sylas' reluctance, but she wasn't going to let him get away with being a loner just because he was shy. If he made more friends, it was less likely that he'd ever be alone, and then no one could try to take him away again.
At least that was the logic in her mind. She wouldn't force him to be friends, but she would make him try at least. She smiled at him encouragingly, and then let go of his hand to kneel near Ash. She bent down to peek at the girl's face, hidden against her legs. She couldn't voice her worry, so she made it evident in her expression.

Hatori packed his things neatly back into his bag, pulling out a pill bottle and placing it in his back pocket. His bag was then sealed, and he made his way back over to the chair in which he had set Yuki, lowering down so that he was sitting on his haunches. He mentally made note of his current physical condition, watching to make sure there was no negative reaction to the drug, and that it was working.. A soft sigh left him.. Kami-sama he was tired..

Yuki whined a bit, slowly waking up after alil bit.. he glanced at hatori, quickly sitting up, blurting out the one question that plauged his mind at the moment.. "Hatori-san! I-I didn't..." he trialed off, looking at the older boy with a fear of sorts, praying he hadn't transformed.. He still felt weak, but other than that he felt alot better.. atleast he could breath.

Hatori settled back on his heels, one hand resting on the arm of the chair, the other running through dark hair.. Relief could be seen within green eyes, although just barely evident, only those that knew him too well.. He moved to a stand after the question was asked, pulling out the pill bottle, "No.. You over-exerted yourself and passed out.. I'll be back in a second, stay here." And with that, the quiet youth headed out and fetched a glass of water, and then returned to the younger Sohma's side, offering that and a pill, "Take this."

Yuki sighed in releif, watching him leave.. he glanced around the empty classroom, thoughts spinning around. Why'd he have to be so.. weak. but more importatnly why did everyone think he was so great? the rat is truely blessed
How am i blessed..? its a curse, nothing good comes of it... his eyes narrowed, glaring off at the floor. He jumped when hatori returned, smiling and taking the glass, and the pill.. doing as he said. Hatori was nice, the only one that really saw how much of a curse this was. and the only Sohma that ever tried to care about him. It made him feel better, that atleast one of them cared. Still he couldn't figure out why he'd take orders from akito.. Akito.. The boy flinched a bit, staring off at nothing. The memories still fresh in his mind, though he quickly stopped his thoughts.. he didn't want to remember it. He'd just.. pretend it hadn't happend. Lock it away.. "Arigato.. Hatori-san." he forced a smile, pretending he was fine.

The dragon watched as the boy complied, moving to lean his shoulder against the nearest wall slightly.. A hand lifted to brush dark bangs from his eyes in one fluid motion, a sigh almost escaping him.. Agh.. He was finally getting worn down.. Obviously not as bad as Yuki, so he had no right to complain yet. He still had energy, and he could still use it. Especially when he was needed.. No time for sleeping.. Not yet.
One of the youth's faint smiles came as the younger Sohma thanks him, and he merely gave a nod in return. He rested a hand on the boy's head, as he often did to Ayame, motioning towards the glass merely with his eyes. "You should drink all of that." His voice was soft, as it often was after the boy had an attack.. He never wanted to get anyone worked up- especially not after Ritsu came around and all. The blonde Sohma had truly taught him how to keep another person from getting upset..
And then his expression fell back to what it once was, the moment over, his hand pulling back so that he could fold his arms over his chest.

Sylas stood to the side, watching Alida as she looked at the other girl. Something seemed to be wrong, but he didn't know how to help, or if his help would be wanted. The angel just didn't know how to deal with others that way. He shifted from one foot to the next, slowly getting a tiny bit closer, his voice coming weakly and shyly from his lips now that it was directed at someone he didn't know, and didn't really -have- to speak to. "A-are you okay?"

((fwee for time lapses. o_O;; all these RPs with the time differences are getting confusing.. XD ))
The boys eyes focused on the older male... Hn. He did look truely tired. His lips tugged into a more real smile when the doctor's hand came to rest on his head. Something about any sort of physical contact, the good kind atleast, made him smile. Then again, the only physical contact he ever had was abusive or on the verge of. Hatori was never like that though. Allways kind and caring in his own way.
He nodded carefully picking up the water once more and finishing off the fluid. He paused, staring off at the wall while idly rolling the empty cup in his small hand before speakin gup once more. "Hatori-san..? Do you think... I'll ever be.. Normal?" his voice cracked "I-I mean... other than..." he trailed off letting the sentance finish itself. It wasn't right to say such things outloud anyways, about the curse. Someone might overhear..

The youth's brows arched somewhat at the question, and then his gaze wandered elsewhere, a thoughtful noise given.. Hatori was one of the few Sohma's that hadn't been somehow corrupted by the curse, or by living amongst the cursed's family.. Yes, he had grown a great deal more guilty in feeling, and rather reserved, but... He still remained kind, and often thought of others over himself.. How many of the cursed Sohma's did you know that felt that way?.. Although, in his own view, he had been somewhat corrupted as well... He had grown somewhat callous, hadn't he? Atleast, that's what he thought.
He shifted. "Well, your condition... It is physically possible to overcome it, although you will never be able to leave it completely behind... You can rid yourself enough of its effects to live a normal life, I suppose, with proper treatment and perhaps some sort of strong will to do so..." He had decided to take it that way. After all, he was a doctor. Of course he would respond about health. Besides, none of the Shi ever were 'normal' socially, or 'normal' in any other way, so he had no way to respond to those questions... And that was awkward.

He stared ahead silently for a moment more, making sure Hatori had finished. It wasn't right to interupt. Not that Hatori would beat him for it.. but it'd make him mad, wouldn't it? He gave the doctor a confident smile, his eyes narrowing a bit in hopes to hide that gap that showed his real emotions. If his eyes were like this.. people couldn't seem to tell what he was feeling. Atleast thats what he noticed. "I'll do it then." He nodded firmly "For.. Hatori-sans hard work. I'll get better." It was a child like thing, something Yuki rarely did, one of those promises. In reality.. he doubted himself. He was weak, afterall. But .. somehow, he'd do it. He looked back to the wall, allowing his expression to fade as he gave a weak cough into his fist, then a few more before he calmed down.

The male's expression remained blank as he looked onto the boy's attempted show of confidence, although he wasn't so easily tricked by false emotions... After all, he was friends with Shigure. And although that moron acted happy and idiotic, he was always hiding something very serious... And no one knew that as much as Hatori. Atleast, that's what the dragon thought. Maybe someone did. It wasn't right to just guess like that, after all.. He attempted to look like he bought it after a moment or so, which wasn't really so hard, since he rarely changed expressions and that was what most of the Sohma's probably knew by now. A small nod, and then his eyes slipped to a close, and he allowed himself to simply think for now... And then he spoke once more, "I believe you could." There were so many things the rat didn't notice about himself- he was a lot stronger than he thought... Or perhaps Hatori simply noticed more than everyone else. Who knew? He would eventually have to get back to his office, or even school, wouldn't he? How terrible. He would much rather stay here.

Ritsu eventually got up, still full of nervous energy from the excitement of the day. He wandered around the gym for a bit, avoiding the area with the bully like the plague, and eventually eying the door.
He wanted to go see how Yuki was doing, but... he was sure his prescence wouldn't be welcomed. Why would he be? He was Ritsu, the freak, the crazy one, the crossdresser.
Ritsu sighed, and continued walking, but somehow he continued to drift towards the door, eventually finding himself standing in front of it staring at it. He heard some snickers from kids behind him, wondering why he was staring at the door, and he ducked his head, blushing hotly. He felt the sudden need to turn around and apologize profusely for his stupidity... but he'd been trying not to do that anymore...
He thought of the person the least like himself... the first person to come to mind was Ayame-san, but Ritsu couldn't even imagine trying to act like him... and the next person was Kyou. Kyou never backed down from anything, and Ritsu had never seen him shout apologies to the world...
So he pushed open the gym doors, without asking permission, as he imagined Kyou wouldn't, and his heart beating very fast, made his way down the hallway. He faltered after few steps, feeling guilty, but he pushed onward, arms wrapped around his middle, eyes darting about. It was bvious he wasn't supposed to be out here, but somehow, he wasn't seen...
And he eventually made it to the room where Hatori had taken Yuki. He stood and stared at that door, as well, wondering again why he felt the need to inflict himself on the poor Yuki... and poor Hatori. He hung his head, and just stood there, trying to work up the courage to either go back, or knock on the door.

The boy held back shock for a moment... He.. really beleived he could? For some reason that tiny fact hurt more than anything, someone believing in him was just kind of.. shocking. You sound like Ritsu... he sighed, turning to attempt to slip to his weak legs wobbling a moment before managing to steady himself. "We.. Should leave then shouldn't we?" he suddenlly froze, all thoughts focusing on one thing. "You won't take me to the main house, right?" the boy seemed desperate.. he'd finally made it out. He couldn't go back. Never. Please don't make me...
The sound of knuckles cracking could be heard behind the boy.. who was apparently fighting with himself about some stupid door. "OI." The young girl shouted, rather rudely. She'd been in this school awhile... this kid was new. Ofcourse... she'd been a good student until recently. She'd changed recently. Her hair was unkept, her shirt's sleeves were ripped off and instead of normal shoes she had on a pair of hiking boots, caked in mud. A cocky grin could be seen on her face only hiding her real feelings. Her face was slightly bruised, a bit of dried blood on the corner of her mouth as well as scratches on her knees and arms. I hate this. I hate my parents. I hate this kid, I hate everyone! her mind seemed to scream at her, causing her fist to slam into the wall. I hate myself... She tried to drown out the voices in her head by yelling a this odd looking.. boy.. it was a boy right? "What are you doing out here?!" she shouted again, disregarding the fact she herself wasn't supposed to be here either. Poor girl didn't know what she was getting herself into.
Yuki's attention was brought by the shouting, causing him to half-way forget his panic about the main house.
((yay its uo! XD))
