"Well then, let's go." he said, scratching the back of his head slightly. He almost turned to go ahead of her before coming to a stop, looking back at her. "IIIIIIIIIII'll follow you. I have no idea where I'm going."

Karuta couldn't help a laugh and kissed him lightly on the cheek. "Come on then." She took off running towards the Hinterlands, disappearing through the Easter Door and heading into the Halloween Door to Halloween Town. Of course, she didn't stop running until she was just outside of Oogie's Manor.

Ryou made a face before slinking into shadows, only to appear next to her, the same look on his face. "I hate running long distances. So I cheated." he said, looking up at the manor. "Didn't know it was THIS big..."

Karuta rolled her eyes, the same grin on her face. "Well at least I won't nag you for cheating 'cause I do it all the time~" she pointed out. Then she looked over the manor before trotting up to the front door. She looked around for a moment before walking off to the left. There, she tapped around on the wall a bit before moving a section of the wall. Behind it was a secret passage. "Look like this one is still here... Let's check the others," Karuta said to Ryou before heading into the passage.

"Point taken..." he said, following her closely, watching around them. As she inspected the first passage, he looked over his shoulder, thinking he saw movement, but just shook his head, and kept following her. "How many of these do you have...?" he asked, keeping pace.

"I have a maze that leads around this entire manor. I can get to any room in this place, but honestly, I don't like visiting some of these rooms. They creep me out, that d**n Oogie..." She shook her head to clear it as she led the way around through the passages. The passageway was big enough for them to walk around standing straight up, but was only a few feet wide. "Now if you were referring to how many passages I have elsewhere... um... Let's just say I have too many to count..." Karuta glanced back at him with a small smirk before looking forward again.

Ryou raised an eyebrow peeking back over his shoulder again. The place made him feel like he was being watched. Shrugging it off he followed Karuta closely, within arms reach. "So you're teasing me now huh...?" he said quietly, returning the smirk.

Karuta giggled softly and kept the smirk. "Who knows. Maybe, maybe not~" She continued around the passages until she finally got tired of the closed area. She ran her fingers along the walls as they walked and suddenly paused when she felt a difference. Finding a crack in the wall, she pried open the wall and stepped out of a small exit/entrance to the normal halls of the manor.

Ryou looked around before following her through the opening, actually feeling like a little kid for once, going on some grand adventure.

Karuta glanced back at Ryou, smiling at the look in his eyes. "You were here before and helped me, yet you seemed so emotionless then. Right now, you look like a little kid on a new playground~" she teased.

"Was it something like this?" he teased, putting on an emotionless face, which he held for a brief second before laughing.

Karuta continued running on silent feet. She considered taking another passage way to confuse Ryou, but she thought that it might be mean. Hm... Well, Karuta can be mean. She hooked around a hallway corner into another hallway, but slipped into a passageway and disappeared from sight before Ryou turned down the hall.

As Ryou rounded the corner, he stopped for a moment before walking forward a few steps stopping next to the passageway. For a moment he did nothing, then quickly, he reached in grabbing her hand, grinning.
