Why do you want to be this Legendary?: I was always fond of the power that Lugia held. Also the fact that it would be cool to swim and fly.
Prove you can handle the power of a legendary! (Give a sample RP using this Pokemon):Three Celestia boats ride slowly out into the blue sea in search of powerful water pokemon. The Celestia in comand relaxes on the bow as his men keep a look out fo a whallord or a pokemon of that sort. It all seemed to be going well, for them.A tune then began to play in the distance. A light wail from under the sea begins to draw their attention, as they began to get ready to capture what ever it was. A big splash came from the water as nets flew through the air. Celestia began to drag it towards them with intent of a struggle. But instead, were awe struck by their catch. The catch was a Magickarp, that had been picked up by the tides. The commander walked over towards the men as he heard the commotion. He was going to be very upset if all that was for nothing. But before he could reach his crew, the waves picked up,rocking the boat, making all the crew fall to the right of the ship. "What was that?" He shouts as he looked around the deck. A message came on the intercom from one of the other ship "Sir, the first ship is down, I repeat the fir-" The transmission stopped there as another huge wave shook the ship. The commander looked to both sides of the ship to see their ship alone. He didn't see any pokemon near their sights ir under it. He was confused at what was happening. He walked to the edge of the boat to catch a breath from the frightening events that happened in the past few minutes. He sighed looking at the sea, to realize, two blue lights next to each other in the front area of a shadow under the water. The wail from earlier was made once again, louder and closer. The commander falls back as he yells," Abandon ship!" But before the first man could, the ship was shot up into the air by a whirlpool.

Sorry, just got on and Ive been a bit busy.. Im not sure about the Shellos thing. I'll talk to Miss_D about it and see what she says. Im afraid if we allow two starter Pokemon other people will call it unfair, and Shellos is not on our list

how about this, I posted a thread stating this issue to the other trainers and I added a poll where they can vote on how they feel. How about we let the poll run for a few days (like till wednesday [my next day off]) and then based on whether other trainers see it as fair or not will be the turn out. These few days the poll will run I will work on creating another for me to use if I get denied my shellos. sound fair?

Character Description: Lukas is a 17 year old male with jet black hair and brown eyes. He stands at roughly 5' 8'', so he's a tad bit on the short side for someone of his age. He normally wears a red, long-sleeved button-down shirt with black cargo pants. On his hands are black fingerless gloves with a red square on the back. On his feet are red and white sneakers. He carries a messenger bag with him that has everything he needs for a Pokemon adventure. His red hat with a black stripe down the middle is usually reversed, but when he gets serious or depressed, he'll pull it around so that the front of the hat will hide his eyes. Around his neck is a yin-yang necklace.

Oh man, it was finally the day. Lukas would finally get his first Pokemon and go on a journey of self-discovery as well as becoming the Pokemon champion. He had to go Professor Valerian about it, but she was a short ways away. He usually passed by her research lab when delivering the newspapers. He didn't know much about her besides the fact that she was the region's top Pokemon researcher, and that she was the one to go to for starting a Pokemon journey. He had already gotten an OK from her to come by today to get his very first Pokemon, and in his excitement, ended up staying up late to watch some old Pokemon battles he had recorded. Yes, he even had the recording of the legendary battle between the top Trainers of the Kanto region, Red and Blue, going head-to-head against each other. His father was the one that got him that though, as he was usually out on the road doing business as a salesman for Secret Base furniture.

With a groan as the sunlight hit his eyes from the blinds, he turned onto his side and stared blankly at the alarm clock sitting on his dresser. He sleepily laid back down and closed his eyes. It wasn't even a full minute when his eyes snapped open and he looked at the clock again, grabbing it with his hand this time.

It was a quarter past 10.

"Ack! I was supposed to be there over an hour ago!" he said, quickly hopping out of his bed and scurrying over to his closet to get changed out of his pajamas.

Five minutes later, after a quick kiss on his mother's cheek and grabbing some toast, the boy was racing towards the professor's research lab on his Bike, with the gear set on Mach for speed. He was hoping that the Pokemon he wanted wasn't already claimed, and that he wasn't the last one to start on his journey.
