Quickly getting up, he headed out, walking briskly down the halls; one hand covering his mouth, the fingers shaking.
'Calm down.. just calm down..'
He wasn't sure why it had bothered him so much, but since it had been more of his own free will, to service like that; the Duodecim felt low; his arms wrapped round his waist, face still flushed. He couldn't believe that he'd done such a thing.
Without looking up as he headed through the holding cells; he bumped into someone by accident, and was knocked back with a startled cry.

As soon as the door shut, Crest snapped back into his awarness, anything that happened a few seconds ago, he couldn't remember. "Damn it all, it happened again." Hastily, he went to get dressed, solid black jeans, a deep red shirt and a leather jacket, shoving his feet into black socks and then black leather combat boots. "Damn!"

Standing up, all shaky still, he was roughly shoved past by the guy he'd bumped into.
"Watch it!" He snapped out, the angel flinched, eyes on the floor as he nodded, mumbling an apology.
"S-sorry.. I..sorry.."
He headed along the corridor; breath coming out a little erratically, Leon slipped into a gap between two doors; slipping down the wall, face buried in his hands.

I looked like he was about to eat his cigarette! "I swear! That damn mood, what ever it may be, is getting on my nerves when I snap like that." He slammed the door behind him and trugged to the cell's, maybe his ticked off face would scare them away. Besides, the little angel needed to be sure that he got to the childs' haven okay.

Having calmed himself, Leonis pushed off the floor, and headed past a few cells knowing that he needed to get back to the children, as he was supposed to have done. Not really wary enough as he passed close by a cell; a hand shot out, locking onto his arm, and pulled up against the bars; the slave on the other side of it gripped his neck quickly.
"A-aH!" He gasped out, breath stolen from him as he was winded against them.
"I've seen them.." the man sneered out, spitting in the direction of where his wings were hidden; the slave was the gladiator type, sold for fighting and nothing else, and hated the way the winged male got special treatment.

The siren went off, one of the slaves had gone violent, the cell's were on lock down and Crest hurried, he saw Leonis held tightly against the bars. "Surround the cell perimiter, hand me my sword and gun, this won't take long."
He approached his helpless and defensless pet. "You in the cell, do you wish to challange me? I'll give you all the weapons you want to use against me." He sheathed his sword on his back and placed his .45 in the left theigh hoister. His look was a challange, urging the man to take on the one who threw him there the first place.

Leonis could hear the siren, and the man who had him by the throat seemed equally aware. As the android approached, his rage grew, seeing the open challenge, one that in blind fury he would take, despite it being a foolish move.
"Ey, I want to challenge!" He growled out grip on the angel tightening as he pulled out the bars, still locked in.
Dark spots blurred in Leonis's vision as he choked out, rasping for air; eyes full of fear right now as the slave's other hand had firmly locked round him, only the bars between his back and the raging man.

The Gaurds rushed and pulled Leonis free from the grip, pouring oil on the hand that held him so he could slip free. "Take him to my room and have the maids tend to him." He then turned and cast dark glowing eyes at the man who had marked his precious pet.
"Our fight is below, in the battle and training fields." Then he looked at Leonis, "You can watch from behind the safety glass, see how I run things and how I end them, your choice to get cared for or cheer me on." He shruged. The floor that held the cell and his tile descended below. "Tell the guards your desicion."

Pulled free, he stumbled back a bit, into one of the guards who held him up right. As Crest turned to him, he flinched back, able to tell that the man was angry, but thankfully not with him this time.
As the maids cared to him, he turned back to the guard, whispering his response.
"Please.. Can I watch him? He was taken out to where they were, overlooked the battle field. A maid or two lingered, trying to double check, that the thick red welt round his neck in the shape of hand prints was the only injury, which it was.

The cage rose and there was the angry slave. "Pick your choice from behind you, I'll use mine." He took a belt that had several magazines of bullets and strapped it around his waist. A an array of guns and swords and weapons of arms rose from the floor. The man greedily picked his.
'I'll kil him slowly, then finish him off. I was getting antsy, time for a warm up before I leave to guard a caravan.' He smirked and threw his jacket to the side, revealing his muscles that were molded against the deep red, tight "V" neck, tank shirt. His claymore hung from the leather strap that crossed his torso and kept it from slipping.

Watching from the balcony with the guard that had held him earlier, and the maid who was still trying to fuss and coo over his neck for any injuries like a mother; the angel looked on; seeing Crest's confident expression brought him some comfort.
Despite what had recently transpired, and the man's mood swings, and having been made his pet; the Duodecim was genuinely pleased that he had jumped in to his aid. Obviously for safety reasons, but it made him feel worth something at least. However the boy visibly paled looking at the slave, the man seemed somewhat unhinged and ready to maul.
"Will.. Will C- I m-mean.. master, be okay?" He corrected himself; knowing that the guard form the holding cells with them, needed to hear him use the correct phrases when addressing the mercenary.

The slave turned, he was ready. Crest snapped his fingers and the room began to shift, turning it into a maze of stairs and doorways, dead ends, and a center battle field. A countdown begun and at the buzzer, the slave took off, winding his way through the maze.
Crest simply went to the battle field, he was ready. He rested a hand on the claymores handle, listening to the man getting closer, running into dead ends and growel in anger.

Leaning over the balcony edge, watching in fascination as the field shifted, into a large maze like structure, clearly designed for training purposes. The guard put a hand on his shoulder, shifting him back a little from the edge; for his own safety; but the raven haired angel was still worried; his stomach twisted with unease as he saw the two get closer, one clearly in the advantage.
Eyes falling on Crest, Leonis managed not to focus on what he was wearing, just enough to see his confident expression; the slave didn't stand a chance.

In one massive arch, the claymore created a wirlwind that knocked the walls down and exposed the slave. "Well, well, your in for the kill are you?" His grin grew even bigger to mock the slave. Killing him was going to be a blast.
"Any chance you can spare that bravado for me?" He sheathed his claymore, hand still resting on the handle.

As the slave charged blindly, Leonis cringed looking away briefly, knowing what was about to happen. Being a creature of the light, he was always drawn to helping and healing; so seeing the man charge blindly forward, and knowing what would happen, was difficult.
His eyes went back to Crest, the blonde hair whipping about him in the breeze; eyes glowing almost. The android did seem fearless; it reminded him of when he'd been found; but then had woken up; collared and chained to that room.
He shivered at the memory, hand trailing his collar.
