"Okay, okay!! I get it!" Roch said, laughing as he was beat on. "Sheesh, you were askin for that, though! Or did you forget it was styrofoam?" He grinned at her, blocking the hits with his forearms. "You're gonna break your weapon, then where will you be?" he teased her. "The abomination thing will take over your BRAIN or something!" Which, he admitted silently, wouldn't take much work... or do much good.

Malodore was cheered at the embrace, and then faintly confused by Riley quickly pulling away - but the situation had been stressful, and it was most understandable that she would want to take out her emotions in a more physical manner.
The plague doctor stayed where it was for a few minutes, poking and prodding its abused musculature and tendons into ceasing their complaints. But a cry made it lift its head-
"Is there a doctor in the house?!"
Malodore rose to its feet a bit slower than usual, but it had had enough time to tame the worst of the repercussions of its exertion. It couldn't quite tell where the call had come from. "I am experienced in some medical matters?" it called out, turning its head around to try and figure out who had spoken and what the problem was.

Levi got one good hit in but it wasn't a strong one. She'd tried to focus on a flat smack to get the full surface of the pan against the bag. Looking over, she spotted Demi give the other bag a few good rounds. Time to really hit it then.
That was just an aiming hit. Yep. She'd get in a good walloping too. The tatzel leaped slightly and drew her giant frying pan above her head. She brought it down on the bag in hopes this would be an excellent start to a good bag whoopin'.
Instead, she hit air. Giant frying pans... apparently, they required careful aiming.

xxxxxDanny stopped hitting Roch after a while, not because she grew tired, but because she believed he had earned a just beating. When Roch started laughing she joined in too. "Well if my AMAZING bat breaks, at least it will be on you!" Regardless of what she said, she still stopped whacking him. Somewhere deep down she really didn't want to break the pink bat. She'd grown attached to it, in such a short time too.
xxxxx"Abomination? Where?" she said, as she spun around look for some sort of creepy crawler to whack? Confused, she tilted her head and said, "Roch, I don't see any abomination." Was he making fun of her again? Danny couldn't really tell. Maybe he was referring to the beanbag? Why is he so mean! Danny thought to herself.
xxxxxxHer thoughts were interrupted though when the tall lanky plague doctor .... ghoul ... thing? answered her question from earlier. Embarassed and flustered, she yelled, "N-no, but th-thank you. Stupid Roch," she shoved him, as if to further insult him. Then, she continued, saying, "Was just playing a stupid trick on me!" She didn't really know what to say after that. Awkwardly, she finished saying, "Ahh ... thank you though?" How embarrassing.
xxxxxTurning back to Roch, she said, "Well, let's take down this beanbag ... thingy, yeah?" she struck a heroic pose to show her seriousness. If there were things to knock down, she wanted to knock them down.

Malodore looked bemused, but nodded at the fire-tipped ghoul that had apparently called for a doctor the first time. Fair enough. It should probably do its practice with the beanbags itself now, at least, before the blue bunny girl got irritated at it for not following Her Plan.
Whatever Plan that was, at least. Given that thus far it involved skirts, frills, and styrofoam, it probably wasn't a very good Plan...
Still. Best not to anger the bunnies. Malodore stretched, then settled and picked up its 'weapon' from where it had fallen earlier; its skull-wand-thing was stuck into its belt for safekeeping. The plague doctor padded up to the other beanbag and eyed it before bringing the weapon forward to strike!
... The styrofoam snapped in half at the force of the impact, and Malodore was left with a toppled beanbag and the ribboned hilt of the 'weapon' in its claws.
"Ah."

"Altessa it iss then!" Ys called after the goblin as she took off to test her mettle. She prepared for her own turn by watching the others at work. An ethereal banshee seemed to do well, if she was any judge of how this worked. She wasn't totally sure what species everyone else was, but a few of them certainly seemed good at this and she hoped she would measure up as well.
While eavesdropping on the conversations of the others, she tried, but did not quite succeed in hiding her grin at seeing the boils in miniskirts. The ghouls were cute, but the boils tickled her humor. This whole thing had turned out to be pretty amusing, and she found that she was learning more than she had expected about anatomy this early on in her enrollment, what with all the form-fitting magical girl outfits going around. Educational, that's what it was!
"Not too ssshabby, Altesssa!" she called encouragement as she took up her weapon for her own turn. With a flourish, she twirled the trident and took off, ribbons flying, the tines of the trident aimed at one of the beanbag abominations.

Malodore had to spend a few moments putting its 'weapon' back together, using its own claws and some of the ribbon to awkwardly puncture the styrofoam and stitch the thing back together. It was now a Frankenweapon.
That was an improvement, at least.
Unfortunately, the repairs did not prove adequate; when the plague doctor swung the 'weapon' again, it fell apart mid-swing, leaving Malodore with a stump in its claws once more. Ah well. At least its first strike had been satisfactory.

Ulmuka watched the various attacks on the beanbags, giggling especially when the purple haired reaper boil feigned a serious injury from a styrofoam weapon. He really was just waiting his turn to try and attack.
The strix was not used to this human form but didn't find it hard to strike out at the practice dummy with his 'magical' sword. The ribbons flew in the breeze as the monster struck the beanbag with a loud bird-like screech!

Her first attempt was a failure all right, but Ys took it in stride, rounding about for another go at the beanbag abominations. Their warped, lumpy faces mocked her as she sized up her target again. The trident had not fared too well during the first bout and she noticed this just before she took off on her second try. She looked around, unsure whether to plunge ahead or do... something else. Taking a cue from the plague doctor, repairs seemed in order.
She scampered back over to the supplies and twined some greenish string around the battered areas of the cardboard tube trident, binding it back together as best as she could. The result was pretty haphazard, like some mad creature had been at work on both a budget and a time limit. Maybe that wasn't so far off. Satisfied with her work for the moment, she spun around and took off on her second attempt. Tilting at beanbags? Bring it.
((Dude. What were the chances of rolling 5,3 twice? o.0))

Carefully, and with great calculation, Cat observed as everyone attacked the training dummies with their wide array of makeshift weapons. There were some solid-looking weapons, some admittedly flimsy ones, an some...er...
It was best not to say.
When it seemed he had properly gotten the gist of what was expected of them, he approached one of the targets cautiously to take his turn.
Good gracious he was self conscious, constantly pausing to try again to tug his ribbons into an acceptable position. Something about that changing room seemed to have made whatever Aislin did to him horribly permanent, and with a resigned sigh he stepped up to take his shot.
At the risk of embarrassing himself further, Cat twirled the ribbon on the end of his whip like a gymnast, before snapping it at the dummy with a flick of the wrist.

Muka, pleased with his successful swing, tried to get a little fancy. He spun with his lightweight sword and attempted a flashy spinning slice towards the the other target.
His styrofoam sword bounced harmlessly off of the dummy but it had been a solid hit. Of course spinning around with a large set of wings was not really convenient when there were other people also trying to hit the target. He almost stumbled at the end when a strong breeze caught his feathers and ruffled his skirt.
He simply hopped back and let the others try, letting out another bizarre giggle.

Willow sat and watched others attack, and watched muka as he began to slash at the beanbag with the Styrofoam sword. It was pretty impressive, she giggled and clapped for Muka.
"Good Job." She said with a smile.

Damien was very pleased with how well the strike was placed on the little beanbag training dummy. He was sure that if it had the ability to feel pain, it would have little beanbag pellet tears streaming out by now. "Ha! you cannot deny that my squeaky toys have rendered you helpless!" he cried out joyfully before punching the air and letting the skirt sway and lift itself up into a position dangerously close to a panty shot.
He was rather impressed by the cat Boil that looked like an unfurled bathroom tissue dyed blackish purple and his abilities with a ribbon much like his own form. "Nice whipping there ribbon boil!" he barked out happily with a swish of his tail before charging in on another beanbag, hoping to knock the stuffing out if this time.
"Heel foe, or face my squeaky toy wrath!"

((rerolling with permission because I'm a complete idiot who saw a 2 where there was a 1.))
As bad as the luck was on this weapon of choice, Riley figured it couldn't hurt to keep trying. Maybe she'd break the damn thing, this time. The cannon cat went flying, and connected with nothing but air.
