Vulcan's shades slid down on his nose to reveal his golden eyes once more, his grin grew and his claw dissappeared in a bright white flash as his arm lit up with a carbon limb up to his elbow, though it couldn't be seen his left leg had also been covered. He brought his left arm (the one now covered in carbon) powerfully around in a swing to slam it into the scythe putting his full force into it, his hand was open. It would smash through the armor with ease, and tear through his flesh like nothing- Except in the moment of the blade meeting his flesh before it had even reach bone something changed in him. Some gene deep inside had awakened suddenly his bones were heavier, which would surely slow him later on, but now he was standing still taking the full force of a scythe strike, his bones didn't just get heavier, but more durable than titanium. He didn't know that yet, but once his brain caught up to all that had happened he realized his hand was gripping the blade of the scythe and blood poured from an open wound, she had cut to his bone, but no deeper. The bone had stopped it dead, not a scratch.

I also decided this would probably be enough to awaken my talent, I'm one rank slower now. But my bones, super duper durable))
Carbon limb- one definitely destroyed lawl. The other on my left leg
Rank: D-rank
Description: The user is able to manipulate the carbon in their body moving it to a designated limb. Though it would only go from elbow down, or knee down depending on which limbs they choose.. The arm or leg will turn a black color and be able to withstand D-rank and below attacks Anything above will shatter the armor revealing the skin below. For each level the limb can maintain the carbon limb a little longer. Don't misunderstand this skill. It isn't just for defense. The punches from this can deal great blunt force damage. One punch may feel like you were hit by a sledge hammer.

Emma remained impassive, but she was certainly surprised her scythe didn't go as deep as it should have, Vulcan certainly sparked an interest in her, like how did he stop that. "You...impress me." Emma said, not knowing what he'd just done, since she made her cut with the widest part of her scythe he could grab the blade all the way unless he had super long fingers so she dislodged it from him. "Tell me, why did you use your hand to block that?" She wanted to know what made him so sure he could have defended against that in the first place.

Vulcan Fullbuster ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vulcan's gaze shifted from his damaged hand to her, he then gripped his hand tightly and punched out to the side sending off much of the blood that had gathered there. But soon more would replace it and begin dripping in a fast pace from his hand onto the now red sand. "Because I'd rather lose a limb than admit defeat." his entire life he had been called a monster, and thrown into combat by his older brother. Taught that survival meant smashing through any obstacle that stood in his way, no matter how terrible the odds were. And that was what he intended to do. "Who will break first... You, or me? Let's find out!"Hahahahahahahahhahaha! I'm gonna make you bleed.

"You've piqued my interests it seems..." Emma said, resting her scythe on her shoulder again in preparation for Vulcan to attack her, she tensed up again so she could snap in to a good position should she need to and examined his moves like she'd been doing all along. There was no way she was planning on losing this battle, not for anything. She didn't know how many more times her body could take expending so much energy, it was draining to just think about it.

Vulcan Fullbuster ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vulcan took a step forward, and felt a difference in his weight, his body seemed to weigh more. He assumed his bones had became significantly denser in the past minute or so, and this would take some getting used to. But despite being slower he now had an incredible advantage. He moved forward, first slowly, then to a normal walking pace. He could see she had no intention of backing down, and she should know he didn't either. He wasn't going to rush her, because she was worthy of a real fight. He was going to wait for her to make a mistake, one would be all that he'd need. "Who will break first... You, or me? Let's find out!"Hahahahahahahahhahaha! I'm gonna make you bleed.

Emma didn't appear to move very far from her spot, she just moved far back enough to keep Vulcan coming toward her. She assumed that he would continue to follow, which was Emma's only plan really, make him tire himself out, either naturally or by draining his own ki. Emma actually considered using Degrade, but he was far too focused on moving forward for that to actually work, she had to throw him off his guard first.

Vulcan Fullbuster ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vulcan noticed how she moved back, was she going to try to keep distance between them by moving backward? Interesting. She outmatched him in speed, which meant this was a decent tactic. So he quickly moved in a half circle so that as he moved toward her she'd be moving toward the ocean. He decided he'd try to drive her back into it, he figured this left her with either facing him now, or being drove into the sea. "Who will break first... You, or me? Let's find out!"Hahahahahahahahhahaha! I'm gonna make you bleed.

Emma continued moving away from him, he was planning on moving her straight toward the ocean? It wouldn't be much help, but she'd play along for now. Besides, she could hit him while he was still doing this so she was actually forced to move on like he did. Dead eyes constantly scanned Vulcan, Emma wanted to know what that was all about. She figured she wasn't the onyl one with a special strength, but his made it hard on her, she couldn't do any serious damage with such a weak scythe.

Vulcan noticed the way her eyes studied him, this suggested she was thinking deeply. He figured she was planning something. But since she moved back for now he pressed on picking up his pace. He was slower, but if he could get in close he could, and would end this fight swiftly.

Emma picked up the pace a little speeding her along toward the water as she waited for Vulcan. "What are you doing?" She asked curiously, he should have known by now having slow movements against her would gain him nothing. "What are you planning..." She had to be on guard for all kinds of tricks he might pull.
