"There is nothing more badass than being yourself." Caitlin had reached the goals. Remy and Romy were diving for steals left and right. She had managed to dodge them fast enough to get to the goals. She reared her arm back and through it with all the power she could muster. Caitlin waited to see if she actually made it.

Remy watched as Caitlin shot, also seeing Cameron's almost-hit of Romulus. She whistled loud, the high pitch hurting her ears. "If you are trying for Beater, I want you on the left half of the pitch. Everyone else, stay over here on the right." she said loudly. She hovered the targets, using a few spells, she made them zoom around at the speed of the chasers. She was really going to test them, since she wanted the very best this year. She looked around, after gently patting Sun on the head, and flew along to the middle of the pitch.

That was probably a good idea, moving away from any potential haphazard beaters. He sighed, then took in a deep breath of air. Like he would let a bludger hit mess with his chances of getting onto the team. He saw a bludger coming at him, and braced himself for a bat-to-bludger impact, as he aimed for the fast-moving targets.

When he heard a loud whistle, he turned his head to see Remy and did as she said. The boy drifted over to the left side of the pitch; however, he almost lost his balance. Clearly, most of his power came from his wand, not his flying skills. When the targets moved around quite quickly, a nauseous feeling filled his stomach. How am I supposed to hit them now? he wondered, letting out a groan. He swung at the next bludger as hard as he could. Lives: [1] [2] [3]

Sun was so close! But not close enough, as the bludger soared right past one of the targets. If he aimed a tiny centimeter to the left, he would've made it. Taking every chance he had, Sun aimed another oncoming bludger towards the target he had just missed and swung his bat as hard as he could.

It was closer this time, but it still missed. Well, at least he was getting closer rather than missing the targets by a landslide. Keeping an eye on the same target again, he held his breath as he whacked another bludger towards the target.

Jayden walked on to the pitch, his broom in his hand. This was a custom made, sleek broom that wasn't even in stores yet. That was a benefit of having a pro Quidditch player as a brother. His brother is sponsored by Firebolt; so in reality, Jayden had his own Firebolt 2: Attack, a Firebolt 2 made specifically to fit the needs of an aspiring chaser. He called down Remy, who was in for a pleasant surprise.

She was reaching as far off her broom as possible, making the slight off balance motion of the ball shooting past her knock her sideways. She gasped and clung to the broom with her legs and one hand as the broom flipped upside down. "Bloody Hell." She growled. She let go with her legs and used the well toned muscles of her arms to pull herself up onto the broom right side up again. When she was not in peril of falling she slid her broom sideways to hover around the middle post again.

Remy looked around, sighing lightly when Sun hit himself... again. She clapped when Caitlin scored, and shouted words of encouragement at Elli. She looked over to see Jayden strut onto the pitch, a shiny new... new FIREBOLT THREE over his arm. Her eyes went wide, but she remembered he needed to talk to her. She flew down, landing beside him. "Hey Jayden. Is everything alright? I-I've been trying them out..." she said, her gold eyes watching him beseechingly. She admired the broom, without outright stating that fact. She blinked, then smiled a brace-less smile at her captain.
