Maia noticed her orca was a little slower than some, but she simply gave it a few stroke of encouragement to keep it moving, thinking maybe it was getting tired. They reached the island which was bigger than what they had seen before, but not incredibly. She gave a orca a pat and a soft thank you before running over to the first BMCer she saw, which happened to be Scylla, but before she reached her their was this noise that made her stop.

Their were penguins coming toward them, colorful rainbow penguins, much like everything else in the land. It was a very odd sight to see, but not unpleasant. They were going to a cavern with happy calls sliding down and Maia had to admit, it looked like a lot of fun. We're the penguins calling to them, huh? It seemed they wanted them to follow. Oh how fun.

Maia looked to see Scylla slide down she frowned. "Hey Scylla, wait up," she called running over. She slipped, falling onto her butt and then she was sliding down the ground after her teammate, a excited yelp echo off the walls.

Fayalite can safely say one thing, these orca's at least knew how to travel in STYLE! her sense of competitiveness revealing itself once it was clear her orca was faster than Moonstones. She felt bad sure, but she knew moonstone could take care of herself and hopefully they could laugh about this later. The Lieutenent was not the only one whom seemed to somehow get on one of the faster Orcas, Waving towards Zinkenite and Tanzanite... holding back the urge to stick her tongue out at Hypnos and Chronos.

The one thing that Fayalite noticed? The speed of these was AWESOME... but... unlike her car? She had no brakes. So when it came to the thought of stopping... apparently her orange orca had not liked her at ALL kicking its sides earlier. So what did it do? Rather than gently set the negaverser down... it FLUNG her off its back. Landing with a rather non graceful thud, the pink eyed girl looked less than pleased. "YEAH AND YOUR MOTHER RIGHT BACK AT YOU." She shook a fist at the thing before it left.

That was... until she looked up and saw MORE creatures. "You know something is SERIOUSLY wrong with this place. Its like... Rainbow bright....lisa frank... robot unicorns... care bears... and anything else WTF worthy... tossed into one s**t storm." I mean hell, she was looking at RAINBOW penguins! She was suddenly surprised they did not... idk. All have matching Ipods with each.

Oh they wanted her to follow? She felt this feeling in the pit of her gutt... looking towards the hole in the ice. Others had started already and DAMN if she was going to be left behind! So scooting towards the entrance... she rather shamlessly launched herself down the ice path.. on her stomach.

Steering was better this way... right? .....

Maybe

-The boost from the orca had been a nice reprieve for Sailor Juno. Her heavy huffing and puffing had settled, not all the way but certainly closer, to a normal pace. Her body was still ripping and rearing to go however and as soon as her feet hit ice she began to run once more, looking for the next bridge and island. What she found instead was equally rainbow penguins. Going in for a closer look, as she'd never actually seen one in real life anyway, she followed as they waddled their way towards a cave, and as they dove in, she dove too, on her belly just like they did.-

"Yahoooooooooo!" -Her squealing shout of triumph echo'd through the walls as she slipped quickly into the cave. This was most definately going into the list of best dreams ever.-

-Sailor Polaris reached the large island a little behind the large group and did not have to look very hard for the way to go. Already others were jumping and sliding into the unknown behind the chattery pengiuns, so Polaris simply took her place in line. As soon as she had enough space too she jumped, sliding on her bottom damn near daintily. She had to try her best to refrain from attempting to slow herself down with her boots as she slid faster and faster.-

Hugbell blinked after the Ocra ride, "Ohh Penguins! Come on, lets see where they want to go!" She called at Sinon and Sheldon giggled as she watched them. They were sliding into the cavern, she tugged down her hood to hold Barnaby. As she headed towards the penguins to follow them. She jumped and slid on her back.

"Weeeehhhh~!" She giggled as she slid down, the ice into the cavern watching the walls as they went past. Full of ice, it was almost like a Giant Slide.

Castille rode the whale for a while, watching everyone else either keep up or lose speed. Her whale seemed to be one of the faster ones, and she arrived at the island with no trouble. And there were....penguins?

She gasped and grinned when she saw the horde of rainbow penguins coming toward them. She wanted to reach out and hug one. Then the turned away and started sliding down a cave, and others began to follow. Castille laughed and ran to the cave, choosing to slide down on her back. She leapt after the penguins, giggling with joy.

She had almost completely forgotten about the race.

"Thank you!" Cora chirped to orca when it was time to land on the island. The guardian cat hopped on the icy ground and shook her body, sending cold water around her from her fur, not paying attention whether people around her were senshi, negaverse or civilians. The unfortunate embrace of cold water didn't bother her anymore. Not when there were rainbow-coloured penguins that sparked little cat's interest. They were asking her to follow them. Curiously she did and jumped in the cavern.

"Aaaaaahhh!" she screamed as she slided into the darkness. Graciously she landed on her feet and hopped like a little rabbit away for the landing spot before anyone would crush her tiny body with their much larger bodies.

((If someone wants to get their shoes accidentally watered by Cora, feel free to include it in your post. XD))

Once the friendly neighborhood whale brought him safely to the next island, Ganymede clambered off, slipping a little bit as he did so, but eventually managing to get up on his own two feet again, through not before giving his whale an appreciative pat, because really, it was highly useful means of transportation in this place, and much safer -- in his opinion -- than walking and running around everyone else.

Of course, being on solid ground again meant he was once again in danger, and so he went about his usual method of keeping himself out of the way, at least until the noise started. He looked around to try and figure out what it was, only to stand there slightly flabbergasted when the brightly colored penguins waddled into view.

What in the world...?

He supposed he shouldn't be surprised. First, there had been whales. Then, there had been rainbow bridges. Next, there had been fairy lights. And now there were penguins. If he kept reminding himself that nothing about this place made sense anyway, the fact that there were now penguins waddling up to him and trying to lead him to the mouth of some cave made plenty of sense in a nonsensical way.

The rainbows were becoming a bit disconcerting, though. He would really like to ask someone why everything in this world was so freaking gay. It might have been insulting if it wasn't so... odd. It was almost like this place was mocking him with all of its bright, flamboyant colors and happy animals.

He was waiting for the other shoe to drop.

With nothing to do and feeling a great desire to do something, Ganymede followed the happily chirping penguins to the ice cavern, wondering if it was really such a good idea to follow them further along through it. He didn't know what was in there. For all he knew, they could run into some other rainbow-hued animal -- like polar bears or something -- or some sort of an ice monster that would eat them all.

He didn't have much of a choice. Soon one heel slipped on the ice and he went tumbling to the ground, landing quite painfully on his a** and slipping and sliding his way through the cavern.

Sheldon was pleased to have managed to pat his Orca pal on the side after her slide off its slippery hide. It was a good whale, not the fastest but it had been good and allowed him a Never Ending Story moment complete with 'Yeeeeeah's all around. And it had gotten him safely to their new destination, an island. A big island at that and filled with a new set of creatures. "Thanks, man ~" He smiled as it departed with it's friends and he turned to his own cohorts.

Upon Hugbell's call, Sheldon followed suit with a nod to Sinon and a little laugh. He jogged over to the little senshi as she frolicked towards the batch of rainbow hued penguins [RAINBOW HUED PENGUINS]. "Oh, dude! we should totally go!" So what if this whole dream was pretty my reverting him to the mentality of a child, at least he wasn't being attacked.

Using his momentum, Sheldon made a dash towards the cavern and went head first down the slide. Go big or go home, right?

Super Sailor Ares was finally free of her orca companion. Booted feet landed on the icy terrain of an island astride the slew of Negas, Senshi, and civilians who continued the footrace toward -- well, what? Ares had no idea. This entire area simply reeked of magic and glitter and well-being. If it wasn't so damn cold, Ares might've even thought it a lovely place to spend a day.

Well, a battle at least.

"The penguins!" Ares shouted, for seemingly no reason. Was this her new battlecry? The entire place had her feeling incredibly loopy. It was with that lightness in her heart that the Senshi of Smoke took off at a run toward the ice luge, diving headfirst like some sort of senshi homing missile.

"I ******** LOVEEEE THIS PLACE!"

Scheelite had arrived, brought to safety by the super awesome whale friend he had hugged the entire way. Chattering happily his whaley friend had bounced the Negaverser up onto the new island, and squeaking a goodbye it turned and left. Scheelite stood enthusiastically waving goodbye before turning to their new friends.

Rainbow penguins. Holy s**t, why couldn't he LIVE in this place?! IT WAS THE BEST. EVER.

The penguins seemed to want them to slide, and this was a-okay with the less than normal Negaverser.

"STAAAAAND BACK EVERYONE! NOTHING HERE TO SEE!"
Scheelite stood, arms raised and pointing at anyone who would dare look at him. Maybe they should have known better by now?

"JUST IMMINENT DANGER! AND IN THE MIDDLE OF IT"
Pause, for dramatic effect of course.

"SCHEE!"

"YES! CAPTAIN SCHEE IS HERE!, WITH NEW PENGUIN FRIEND!, AND NOW WE'RE GONNA RACE TO THE EEEEEND!"
Scheelite, now with new companion (a penguin of the most retina burning blue that had ever been seen), went running towards the mouth of the cavern and leaped to slide down it on his belly, the penguin happily squeaking along next to him.

Alumo snorted as the slighter Captain called for himself and Zircon to hurry up. What did he think they were trying to do? Get a sun tan? Admittedly, that would most welcome as opposed to this crap they had to deal with.

To keep her safe from his bad luck with animals, Alumo waited until that spunky orca decided to resurface, frowning at it and wondering if it was just going to kick him off again, before hopping over from Zircon's whale. That way, at least he wouldn't be keeping her up if his whale decided to be a little punk and knock him off.

"Ready?" he wondered, looking over at the Lieutenant and nodding in the direction that everyone else was going. "Let's catch up." Alumo urged his orca forward towards the island, and, with little more difficulty, actually made it! Really?? All that trouble to get on the damn whale and it was that easy to just... get to the island??

No matter... There were other things to worry about...

The Captan hopped off and onto the island, waiting for the Lieutenant who'd helped him. And rather impatiently, too. There was something about this place that gave him the urge to run around, if not to just get out some energy. He still hated this place, but at least it kept him from being lazy?

Of course, before he could make sure that she'd gotten onto the island safely, he couldn't help but notice the... Penguins now?! There were multi-colored penguins...

Alumo was starting to think that he'd somehow been caught inside a Skittles commercial.

And no, he would not like to taste the rainbow.

He scowled at them and their squawking, before realizing that they wanted him to follow them...? Er... how could he tell if a group of flightless birds wanted him to follow them...? Alumo eyed them skeptically, before making his way after them... only to stop at the entrance of an ice cave?? Oh, hell no... The Captain grumbled to himself as he carefully moved to the edge of the entrance, sitting down on his bum before sliding inside.

He knew this would probably turn out to be a bad idea... but... he didn't know where else to go. Ugh.

Tanzanite had had enough.

She leapt for an orca and had made it with ease, and with a burst of speed it carried her ahead of many of the opponents. Like the others, she was obsessed with the need to move. The need to run. She surged forward after the penguins, all but throwing herself into the ice shute.

On the way down, Arm tried to eat a penguin.

Chibi Hypnos slid off the back of the orca and landed on the ice island, careful not to slip from the minimum friction that her bunny slippers provided. She turned around with a smile and gave a small curtsy of thanks to the orca for allowing her and Rainbow Mister Birdy to ride on his back. The orca made a bit of a chatter and then happily dived back down into the ocean as the child waved goodbye.

She had gotten to the ice island, and the child found herself kneeling down in the snowy ground. Was Gwenliana here? Was she hiding? That didn't seem like Gwenliana at all! Her eyes wandered, looking left and looking right. She looked up to the sky, thinking perhaps Gwenliana would meet her from falling from the sky once again. Nothing, not even the immense beauty of the aurora that had been there previously. In the darkness and faltering hope, the small senshi looked up to see the rainbow penguins. They almost looked like they wanted attention, and were rather hard to miss.

"Look Mister Birdy, they're rainbow just like you."

They began to slide down into the ice cavern, one by one. To the child, they seemed like they wanted her to follow them. Did they know where Gwenliana was? The child hoped so, and soon she found herself standing up out of the snow. She brushed herself off and then slowly padded her way over to the entrance of the cavern. She was curious about it, and worried about where it may go. It was a careful balance between the two the and the child looked down as the last penguin slid down. Unfortunately, she didn't have to make up her mind, before she knew it she had leaned so far forward that her bunny slippers slipped and the child fell backwards. She landed on her rear and immediately began sliding down through the ice cavern.

"Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah~~" could be heard when she first slipped, followed by silence which was then followed by a bit of a giggle. It was like running, just faster! For the moment it seemed to cease her desire. She held onto her bunny plush with one hand and with her other hand she made sure Rainbow Mister Birdy didn't fall off and end up going on a wild ride of his own.

Zircon took Wolframite's command with a steady nod, and although she felt somewhat slighted that she received a reprimand for something that certainly wasn't her doing (she offered a glare to the hunk of blubber below her), she nevertheless compensated for it by at least appearing to make the thing go faster. She followed Alumo and his lead without question, because that's what was expected of any good lieutenant, and with surprising alacrity she lept from the orca's back onto the shore, hoping that perhaps they had found their finish line and that she wouldn't feel quite so anxious to bolt.

Wrong. The moment her heels scuffled the snow, she felt an even greater sense of urgency, and without even acknowledging the European Captain's safe landing she bolted inland, the orcas all but left behind. She processed the thoughts about rainbow penguins mid-sprint, and the moment the idea came to her, she jumped into a slide following them into the cave, only offering the briefest glance to make sure that Alumo was still with her.

This mission was serious business, to be sure, and Zircon wanted to handle it with the professionalism it deserved. So why, then, was she grinning from ear to ear?

A larger-than-penguin-sized rainbow raced past her. She blamed Captain Scheelite.

Unfortunately for the impatient senshi of winter, the orca that had goaded him to it's back was far too slow for his taste. What he hoped would be a watery race to the finish line turned into a ridiculously slow scenic swim across the beautiful sea. As the giant beast did it's best to have a good time and make the slow cruise as enjoyable as possible, Boreas found himself completely annoyed. Or he felt he should be annoyed if weren't for that damn smile that seemed tattooed to his face. Sure, he wanted to nudge the whale in the side, hell he would have even settled for a "Giddy up!", but he was forced, internally and externally, to simply sit back and enjoy the wondrous ride under the aurora.

"Is is too late to change my wish? I wish this damn orca would swim a little faster!"

Thankfully for his own sanity and the desire to simply jump ship and swim it himself, the icy island appeared and he was finally once again relying on his own two feet. Boreas gave the orca a friendly pat on the head before departing towards the mass of people who seemed to have resumed the earlier quarrels.

It seemed that he arrived to late to that party as he the horizon revealed the prismatic penguins and their sliding challenge. Their antics and squawks were as cute as the whales and their singing. He hated to admit that their little rainbow suit made his smile even bigger. How could he resist such a fun challenge? The past activities had actually gone much smoother than any other field, so who was he to deny himself the joy of sliding across the ice? He was the senshi of winter after all, no need to deny a little fun on ice. However, he thought he recognized a former ally as she tumbled down. The senshi of the kraken, Scylla seemed to have gotten a head start. He would have to try and catch up.

"Hey Scylla! Wait up!"

With a shrug he threw himself on his belly and slid head first down the icy slide, deeper into the cavern.
