lol....our low reed section is kinda wimpy....we have one contra, one bari, and three bass clarinets. I play contra and bass clarinet...but I have to sit on a stool with several phone books to play bass, let alone the contra. both of them are bigger then I am and I am the better of the three basses.....sadly because I am the only freshman....the other two are juniors...

i play bass clarinet but i pefer to play contra bass clarinet but i have to wait my turn because we only have one at my school.

my band has only one bass clarinet and we have 83 people in our symphonic band. we also have two bari *one of them*, three tenors, . two basson, i like my sax. 3nodding i also named my friend's bari sax rusty cause it has some rust on it.

I play tenor sax, and I'm the only one playing it in my band! It's great being the only tenor in class, and it's even better to be the best student. I've only been playing since september too, and I'm a better player than everyone in my class. Weird, huh?

i play a bunch of instruments but mainly bari sax!!!!!!! i play trombone, all saxophones, clarinet, flute, piccolo, and trumpet and baritone, basically all instruments in a original concert band. mrgreen

I want to play contra-bass but we only have me at our school... I have to wait till I'm a Junior to ask, since the only other Bass is a 7th grader, and I'm a freshman...

i play the bass clarinet but i used to play flute but that was in 5th grade could not play than 3 notes then i went to clarinet and then my director said i had so much air she let me switch to bass clarinet.

I think I'm the only bassoon my school will EVER have.... How sad. Rocks for me though! Cause my director's so happy to have one at all that he always gets a bunch of music with bassoon solos

I play the bari sax. I love all the simple parts. During concerts, I'll usually just zone out and I won't miss a beat. Plus, all the guys comment on how massive my instrument is. :p
