Yuugi snuggled into Bakura's arms, keeping his own wrapped around Bakura.
"Please don't be cold.. And I won't kill myself. Only if you died, then we could be together. But it's only because I always want to be with you."
He paused, then added, "How much longer until we get to the pawn shop?"

"I thought we went over this killing thing? If anyone going to die it's becaused I kill them, got it?" He gave Yugi a look to let the other male know that was that.
"It shouldn't take that long." Bakura yawned slightly. "Hard to say for long it takes, I just hope my a** doesn't go numb."

Yuugi frowned, "Am I not keeping you warm enough? Should I do something else?" He wanted Bakura to be warm.
"I can give you the scarf you gave me. Or my sweatshirt. I don't need them and I'm wearing something underneath."

-[J-Chan]- Ryou was about to get up to get Night off of Jou before he already woke the other boy up. A small sigh escaped his lips at how anxious the cat was to get the two up and to have someone to pay attention to him. He looked to Jou as he began to speak and he smiled to him. "Good morning. I slept wonderfully." he said, even though his back and shoulders did ache, but he wasn't about to admit to that.
"Sorry about Night...he isn't usually this active in the mornings..." He stood up slowly and took up the black cat as it let out a reluctant mew. Walking back to where he had slept he placed Night onto the bed and began making the bed...even though there was hardly to make. It was a habit of his, cleaning up after himself. Afterwards he took his "new" jacket and put it on. Even though it would be considered dirty and rather unaffective for warmth, it was really comfortable. Hopefully his jacket was the same for Jou...but warm.
"How about you? Hopefully you got a good rest right?" he asked, sitting down on the floor and taking Night back in his arms. "Hey, it's alright! The little guy is jus' energetic..." Jou smiled as he watched Ryou take Night. The two were peas in a pod, in a way... two different colors, white and black, but equally fluffy looking. "Eh, I slept as good as a ever do." The blond grinned and stood up, stretching his arms up towards the ceiling. "Eh... it's still cold..." He shook his head, as if disappointed with the weather. Couldn't it have been a little more considerate? That's when he remembered Ryou's jacket... he picked it up and slipped it on, feeling a stab of guilt. He didn't deserve the nice jacket, but he had a feeling Ryou wasn't about to give in and take it back. "M'glad you did. To be honest, I was worried about how you'd sleep in a new place like this..."

"Well its better then the benches." he said with a little humor before Night began bitting at Ryou's hair. Wincing, he pulled Night back and poked him on the nose. "Don't do that." His brown eyes watched the kitten seemingly pout and jump from the boy's arms. "What are you doing?" He asked Night as the cat meowed and trotted back to Jou. He simply shook his head with a smile.
"I think he likes you." He laughed a bit and stood up. "Are you hungry? I have some money left over...we could go get something hot, and bring back some stuff for the others."

"I'm fine and I don't think your sweatshirt would fit me anyway." Bakura got up from the seat although the bus was still moving. "Come on, this is our stop."
When the bus doors opened Bakura quickly walked out and pulled Yugi along until they reached a small brown building. The sign said 'Closed' but Bakura pounded on the door anyway. "Taro, it's me!"
"The doors open Kura-chan!"
Bakura grumbled and opened the door, hoping that somehow Yugi missed Taro calling out his 'nickname.'

Yuugi just held Sawyer closer to his chest. He didn't exactly say anything yet, but the nickname made him smile somewhat.
Yuugi followed Bakura inside, then wrapped his fingers into Bakura's. He hoped that Bakura didn't push him away..
What was there for him to say? He was here, with Bakura, in this building with smeone named 'Taro.'
The shop owner, most likely.
Yuugi hoped that he would buy Sawyer from him.

An older man walked in from the back and waved slightly. "Kura-chan! Good to see you back in town, for a moment I thought the cops finally got you."
Bakura growled and sat his backpack down on one of the tables. "Stop calling me that damnit! I'm not some ******** little kid Taro." Sadly, Taro didn't seem to be listening and just patted Bakura on the head.
"Same old sweet Kura. Never do change, do you?" Taro smiled happily and looked down at Yugi. "Who's your friend Kura-chan? I don't remember seeing him before."

Yuugi clung onto Bakura's shirt sleeve, looking shyly at the man.
"I'm Yuugi.." He whispered, more into the fabric of Bakura's shirt than anything. And, he was too scared to say anything else. Yuugi didn't know who this man was. He didn't know.
"Ba-Bakura loves me." He added, clutching onto Bakura's sleeve, Sawyer held firmly in his other hand.
And he didn't really like meeting new people.
Besides, Bakura was there to protect him.

Taro laughed lightly. "He does? How come you didn't tell that Kura-chan?"
Bakura just stood there in shock. "I...Look! I came here to sale stuff not talk so get to the part where I get my cash!"
Taro laughed again and smiled at Yugi. "Well, keep a good eye on him. He's a bit stupid but a good fellow."
Once more Bakura growled. "If you don't get some cash out soon I'm going to kick your a** and leave old man."

Jou blinked down at the little kitten. He had no idea that cats, or any other type of animal for that matter, liked him at all. The idea that Night did made him smile warmly. He scooped the little kitten up into his arms, scratching behind his ears in an affectionate way. Well, he'd never had a pet before... so maybe having Night around really wasn't such a bad idea...
"That's okay. I think I like him too." He grinned, looking up at his new white-haired companion. "You serious? How much money?" Jou's eyes were suddenly wide. When was the last time he had had some really hot, properly cooked food? He wouldn't have been able to say.

Ryou watched Night purr and his ears twitch and Jou pet him. His hand went into his pockets and drew out his worn out wallet. He had the wallet for almost 10 years, when he started getting allowence, which was more like monthly pay for taking care of the house. It was leather with a few cuts and stabs here and there, but it was still entact.
He normally wouldn't have counted money infront of people. His father had taught him to never say how much he had, it let robbers have more knowledge or something. But this time he really didn't care of one of the people here robbed him...it wouldn't effect him anymore than running away. His eyes lit up as he looked back to Jou.
"Around 62.73...and a library card..." he mumured the last part as he remembered the calm public library, it was the only place he felt he could get away from the world...and now he didn't know if he would ever see it again.

Yuugi smiled, obviously getting over his shyness. This old man meant him no harm.
"Can I tell you something?" He motioned for Taro to lean down so he could whisper in Taro's ear. When Taro leaned over, he whispered, "I want to sell my stuffed animal to buy something for Bakura," He then added, in an informative, sort of important way, "Today is our one day anniversary."

Taro nodded a bit. "Oh. I'll see what I can do about that." Since time he patted Yugi on the head before looking over at Bakura who was glaring at him.
"Can you hurry up? Don't have all day Taro." Bakura mumbled as he opened the backpack for the older man.
"Always in such a rush Kura-chan. Now, lets see what you have today..." Taro looked over each thing Bakura had carefully before speaking up again. "Well now someone has been busy. I think you have about $70 here."
Bakura's eyes norrowed a bit and he crossed his arms over his chest. "80 or I leave and go somewhere else."

In the mean while, Yuugi had been looking around the shop, trying to find something for Bakura.
It had to be special. Yuugi held Sawyer close to his chest.
He looked at all the junk, then some of the gold stuff, then some silver stuff. What would Bakura like, anyway? Yuugi didn't know that. He wandered back to Bakura, a small, silver necklace chain in one hand and a bracelette in the other.
He pulled on Bakura's shirt like a doorbell, letting Bakura know that he was waiting there for when Bakura was done with his business.
