Iyasu bowed quickly to each man coming and going. She could feel her face flush. This was not she would want the patron to remember her. When Amaya addressed her she bowed and nodded, "Hai, Amaya-san."

"Good. I will go and saddle Raku for you, then. If you want to, you can think up something you want to do today... the weather is really fine, so if you like, we can go on a trail together." She bowed to the remaining patron in farewell and hurried over to the stable to put the tack on Raku.

I trot back up to them and say to the geisha and then samurai. Forgive my rudeness. I am Ronin Samurai Kibakichi. And you are?

SSJ3 Sage I trot back up to them and say to the geisha and then samurai. Forgive my rudeness. I am Ronin Samurai Kibakichi. And you are? Sakana bowed alightly at Kibakichi, a half-smile appearing on his face. "I would be Sakana", he said, tilting his head at the bag on his shoulder again. "Merely a traveller", he added, and grinned. 'Merely' was not quite the word for a traveller that openly carried swords with him.

Yuriko looked around with wide eyes.
"Oh my, so many people are starting to come."

She bowed to the remaining patron in farewell and hurried over to the stable to put the tack on Raku. "Oh . . . a trail would be lovely! The last time I did such riding was when I was a little girl." She replied thoughtfully as she bowed to Kibakichi and to Sakana. "It is a great honer to meet you, Kibakichi-san. My name is Iyasu."

"Alright, I'll saddle both Raku and Gigi, then." Amaya nodded to Iyasu-san, then went to the stables. "Yuriko, would you be so kind to put the tack on Raku while I go to saddle Gigi? Thank you." She managed to catch Gigi by the cheek and pull the hakamore over her ears without being nicked by the ill-tempered beast, the brushed her down, cleaned the hooves and finally put on the tack. She led her outside to the coral and tied her to the post, waiting for the stable maid to bring Raku. "I was thinking, since we have so many new people coming here, if you would like to have that trail-ride witrh Iyasu-san, so I can stay behind and make appointments when needed. Would you like that?", she asked Yuriko, when she came near, leading Raku by the reins.

"Merely a traveller", he added, and grinned. 'Merely' was not quite the word for a traveller that openly carried swords with him. I bow to Sakana and Iyasu, I eye his swords curiously. "Why would a traveler wear swords openly?" I wondered. Hajimemashite. It is an honor to meet both but if you'll excuse me I have to go. Farewell. I said to both of them.

Yuriko spun around and bowed her head low. She had been in another world lately, how rude of her.
"Yes ma'am right away!"
She made a dash for the stables to get the supplies for Raku, patting the side of his face as she set him up humming a soft tude.

Iyasu smiled softly and bowed to Amaya. She was very kind to assisst her in lessons.
"Thank you very much for your help, Amaya-san." She bowed to her humbly. She was glad that the Stable Master did not reveal her true occupation while she was in such scruffy attire. "I look forward to riding with Yuriko."

Sakana watched the women for a small while, wondering whether it would be rude to stay and watch or not. He certainly would have loved to see this beautiful lady, Iyasu, ride but on the other hand he felt like it would be rude. Especially when the stablemaster seemed less than eager to tell too much about her student.
He bowed once more at the women and said no word. He hummed as he walked away, hoping to find a place - ideally, a cheap one - to spend his night at and recover from the journey.

"I look forward to riding with Yuriko." "I hope you two have fun, then!" Amaya smiled back at the geisha and turned to Yuriko. "Please be cautious with Gigi... I rode her hard yesterday, so she is probably to tired to try anything nasty, but with her, you never know. Alright, off you go!" She bowed to the geisha, holding out the stirrup to her to help her mount Raku.

"Thank you, Amaya-san, but I think I can handle it." She bowed to thank her for her offer. She put her left foot into the stirrup and swung her right leg over. She was lucky that she was in these peasent clothes, trying to get on to a horse in a kimono would have been impossible!
Iyasu slowly leaned over and patted the side of Raku to let him know that she meant him no harm. She hoped that he would remember her. Out of the corner of her eye she caught Sakana walking away without a word. She wanted to say something to him, but she thought it wouldn't make much sense for her to do so. How could he hear her?

"Alright, you two, off you go!" Amaya waved as the geisha and the stable maid rode out of the yard together, hooves clip-clopping on the cobblestones. It looked like the two were having fun. She nodded to herself, then surveyed the stables, making a mental list of things needing to be done in the meantime. It turned out to be a long one. She shrugged and went to work.
