Alex looked over to see what Antoinette was drawing, and when she saw it she almost cracked up laughing but was able to keep a straight face "mate who is the stick figure supposed to be" Alex whispered to her though she knew it must be the new Gryffindor girl

Gryffinclaw Quidditch Captain Sparrow nodded and wrote down a note. She then noticed Alex and Anoinette whispering yet again. She thought this could not be good but just shook her head and focused once again on her notes and trying to think about any other questions she might have about Griffins.

Alex smirked and looked at the Eriena and without looking at Antoinette Alex whispered "mate looks like she is also writing in her notebook and looking at us" Alex smirked, looking around and noticed that people were staring at them

'I suppose this concludes our lesson on griffins!' said Kalle loud enough that even Antoinette looked up. She stroked Narquesse's feathers and whispered in his ear. He shook his head and clawed viciously at the air, releasing a call that shook the ground. He ruffled his feathers, causing a ripple of gold to run down his throat as the sun was reflected. He spread his wings and with a powerful downward beat, was lifted into the air. The wind from his sudden lift off flew over the heads of the students, and he soared off toward the sun. Kalle stood staring in awe. Griffins were truly magnificent creatures.

'Now, as Alex said, what creature shall we learn of next... Hmm...' Kalle pondered, placing a finger to her chin and looking to the sky. 'I was thinking of bringing in a unicorn. Or, perhaps giving you all six-legged salamanders and letting you take care of them for one week. Of course, you will end up studying both of these animals, it is just the order that shall vary.'

Cloud watched Narquesse fly away in wonder. Her eyes lingered on him as he flew into the sun, and didn't lift her gaze until he was too far away for her to see him. Cloud looked back at Professor Kalle, and grinned.
I'd say the unicorn. I already have a little salamander friend, look!
Cloud put her hand in her pocket, and lifted out her salamander, Xander. The little creature squeaked happily in her hand.

Antoinette Machiavelli— Slytherin ; Second Year Muttering unpleasant things under her breath because Kalle had scared her, Antoinette returned to her drawing. It was beautiful (for a bunch of scribbles.) She then sighed and shook her head. "Alex, Alex. it doesn't matter. She's just noting my beauty." Antoinette made a pompous noise and tossed her hair. She the noticed Cloud holding something and stepped back.
"What is THAT!?" She asked, utterly revolted.

Eriena Emm – Gryffindor – 5th year Eriena looked at the little salamander in Cloud's hand.
"D'aww, lookit the little guy!" she said, "He's so cute!"
In all truth, Eriena was very excited to learn about unicorns (some things you just don't grow out of from childhood) but the salamanders wouldn't be too bad either, if they were teh small, harmless kind.

Cloud laughed evilly at Antionette's revulsion.
It's a salamander, you dolt. Fire lizards. Mine is a blue one, he feeds on magical fire...I usually keep him in a jar of blue fire in my bag. He likes to stay close to me, however...very protective of their owners, salamanders...
Cloud held Xander up to Antoinette's face. The little animal hiccuped, shooting a jet of fire into her hair.

Antoinette Machiavelli— Slytherin ; Second Year "Dolt? I'm a dolt because I don't own a stupid — KYAHHH!" Just then, Cloud put the horrid little creature into Antoinette's face, and it had let out a burp (what Antoinette thought, being so disgusted) of fire, which had set a piece of her hair on fire. Antoinette flailed frantically and pulled her wand, and shouting "Aguamenti!"
Coincidentally, with her flailing and what not, her wand was pointed directly at Cloud when she screamed the incantation. A jet of cold water came from the tip of her wand and hit Cloud in the face.
"Opps," Antoinette said sardonically, grinning. She also coincidentally stopped flailing. "my bad." She then put out the tiny fire with her finger tips. It FXCKING HURT LIKE A BTCH and Antoinette wanted to scream to the heavens, but Antoinette was sure she looked so cool right now. She kept a composed, arrogant expression while slowly bringing her hand down to cross cross it under her other arm, hoping pressure would alleviate the pain.
