In a flash he heard all of the rumble, he heard all of the shaking and the crashing around him. He then heard the cries of Kutay and Gatomon. Toru's eyes snapped open. Toru looked around as he saw Gatomon holding him as the rubble started to fall down on them. He looked up and touched Gatomon's face. He smiled a bit but his head was still spinning. His ears hurt from the shock wave, but other than that he was okay! "Gatomon......" He said weakly while patting his partners face.
Gatomon looked around in the destruction and the dismay. She had no clue what to do without Toru helping her out. Tears started to flood he face as she saw Kutay and his digimon struggle to survive. Then she saw Boltmon push Kutay out of the way. She put out a paw in dismay and had no power to stop the falling rubble. Then she felt a soft and small hand on her face. Her head snapped down and she saw Toru smiling and awake. "Toru!" She said happily as she gave him a big hug. But her smile turned to a frown as she looked up and saw the falling bolder. "Well Toru....We fought well....." She stood up and looked back at him. "But it doesnt mean i will stop protecting you!" She clenched her fists as she was going to stop the falling boulder, even though she knew she wasnt strong enough.
Toru looked at her and smiled. He knew this could be bad. He went over and stood by her side. He put his small hands on her head and looked up at the falling rocks and was accepting his doom. He then looked over at Kutay who was wiping his tears. He raised a hand and smiled at him calling out. "KUUUUTAYYYYY! Its been fun! Thanks for being my friend!" The tears started to well up in his eyes as his last moments in this world was coming close to an end. He smiled at Gatomon. "You dont have to do this alone....im here for you" The tears streaked down his face as the boulders came down closer. Then in a flash something appeared before Toru. It was a quick warm flashing light as a blue card appeared before his very eyes. He grabbed the card and then it all happened. His digivice reacted and glowed as did the card. So taking the card and the digivice he swiped it through. "Here we go Gatomon! Double Digivolution!" He pulled the card through.
Gatomon felt the power rushing through her as the same white light pulsed through. "Rrrrright! Gatomon....double digivolve to!
..... Phoenixmon!" Now the small cat turned into a large phoenix. "Starlight Explosion!" Out of its mouth came an array of fire balls as they hurtled themselved to the falling boulders destroying them on the spot. "Toru lets go it is becoming too dangerous." Phoenixmon crowed out at Toru and offered its leg.
Seeing the awesome display of Gatomon's double digivolution, Toru was speechless. Phoenixmon had so much power it was amazing! Seeing all of the boulders crashing down that would have killed them now smoldering ash. Toru heard the call and ran over to Phoenixmon. They dodged all of the boulders and the falling building trying to escape. Toru saw Kutay sitting defenseless and he called out to him once more. "Kutay! Jump on!" He yelled as they both swooped down upon them.

City:Right outside the mall.
Kutay stood in shock as he saw Toru's Gatomon warp digivolve into it's mega form. "Toru I'm sorry but i'm not gonna leave without finding Tosuki first. If I can do something and stop him from dieing I would gladly give my life to save him. Plus Tosuki has more to live for than I do." Kutay said regretfully declineing Toru's offer.
"KUTAY QUIT BEING SO STUPID!" Terriermon said as he jumped up and smacked Kutay. "You can't be so stupid and risking your life like this I can almost garuntee you Tosuki is fine but we have to get out of here now so we can live long enough to come back and search for him after this is over. Do you really think Boltmon would appreciate you dieing right after he just saved you? Think about it dieing now would only cause those around you to suffer even more. Sometimes you need to save yourself first so you can save others later." Terriermon said with tears beggining to form in his eyes since this was the first time he had gotten angry at Kutay.
"I know Terriermon and if Tosuki were consious I would gladly go with Toru but since he isn't I am not going to just leave him amongst all this rubble defenseless against dark tamers and their digimon." Kutay said clenching his digivice tightly in his fist. "I know I'm not strong enough to fight the dark tamers on my own but why should he and his digimon suffer for my selfish act? I just can't go Terriermon without knowing he is safe first. I just can't do it." Kutay said with tears streaming down the side of his face.
"Update complete S-Evolutions access granted." A voice from Kutay's digivice said as a golden light engulfed both Kutay and Terriermon. "Fusion Evolution Execute."
"Fusion Evolution executed. Fusion Evolution to... Beowolfmon!" Kutay said as he fused with Terriermon into a digimon. "Who what is this. Did I, did I become a digimon?" Kutay, the now Beowolfmon said as he looked at himself. "Kutay what just happened?" Terriermon's voice spoke inside of Kutay's mind. "I don't know Terriermon, but let's not put this to waste." Kutay said as he began to look up and see more building debris falling down. "Cleansing Light!" Beowolfmon said raising his left arm and shooting out missles and a blast of light at the debris completely destroying the falling hazards. "Did I just do that?" Beowolfmon said looking at his arm that had just launched missles. "Kutay I think we Spirit digivolved." Terriermon said to Kutay in his mind. "We'll look into what happened later Terriermon but right now let's find Tosuki. "BeoSaber!" Beowolfmon said putting his right arm behind his back and pulling out a double bladed sword and proceding to clear away the fallen debris that was scattered on the ground until finding Tosuki. "Finally I found him." Beowolfmon said as he picked up Tosuki and walked over to Toru and Phoenixmon. "Toru take Tosuki and get somewhere safe out side of city boundries. If you find somewhere you can leave Tosuki there and come back but he might feel weird if he regains consiousness and niether of us are there. So it is up to you wether you come back or not but I want you guys to take him somewhere safe so he won't get attacked." Beowolfmon said as he put Tosuki on Phoenixmon's back. I'll try to catch up with you guys but don't rely on that alone happening i may run into trouble." Beowolfmon said as he thought of which way would be the faster direction to get out of the city. "Now go! I'll try to help by clearing any dark tamers i find out of the way." Beowolfmon said as he waved at Toru and began to walk off and out of the alley way. "I just hope you guys make it out safely." Beowolfmon said in a low almost inaudiable tone.

Lief Pyrex::City, ??? He watched as the other Tamers left the area, he didn't know what that text meant but he knew it wasn't good. Lief was still confused about what was happening, but he knew he had no time to think right now. He reacted to the departure of all the other Tamers, yelling although he could not hear what he was saying, "Micheal, Gabby time to Digivolve!!!" He held out his Digivice as it began to glow, both the Patamon and Gatomon that had stood before him only second before were now an Angemon and an Angewoman. Lief pointed not knowing if he would be understood if he spoke, "Gabby I need you to grab the three eggs and follow Micheal and I, it's time to get out of this city," He pointed to the two eggs and then to the sky. The Angels seemed to understand what he wanted, Angewomon scooped up the Tamas as Micheal wrapped his arms around Lief. The pair took off into the air not sure where they should go. Lief scanned the horizon now that they were safe from the powerful attack. As he looked around he could see tons of other Tamers escaping the same way, the city seemed almost sure of falling now. The Tamer didn't know if he had failed his mission or not, he had no idea which side had been right in this whole thing and which side may not have known they were wrong. Either way he could not let this day go to waste, he must find the reason for it all.
Lief's hearing was beginning to return as they flew above the city, "Let's go see if anyone needs help evacuating the city, fly over there near where the mall was," Lief could not believe all of the destruction that had happened since he walked out of that store this afternoon, all he had wanted to do was finish his shopping and get home to see his family. Lief had been away at College for a few years and during that time was when he had first entered the Digital world. Since then he had only returned to the Human World a very few times, mostly to pick up some things that he needed for survival. He had not however been home to visit his Mom and Step Father since then. Lief felt that ever since his Step Father had moved in all those years ago that his Mother had forgotten about his Real Dad. This of course lead to Lief never really accepting the man as his Father and the resentment between the two had kept Lief away from home as much as possible. This year Lief decided that he would try to be the bigger man and go home and visit, besides it had been a while since he had seen his half-brothers and he was looking forward to the meeting!
"I guess that just wasn't to be this year, oh well," Michael turned to the boy, "What are you talking about?" "Hum oh nothing don't worry about it just scan the area for people," Lief hadn't realized his last comment had been out loud.
The trio landed in the middle of the rubble, hidden from the attack still going on out side by the walls all around them. "Michael do you feel anyone?" The Angel was meditating on Human signatures, this was a trick that Lief had used on multiple occasions to get himself out of a pickle. All of the sudden He stopped and pointed to where the rubble seemed to be pilled higher, "There, I can feel a presence there, a human and a Digimon," Lief hurried over to where he had pointed, he had no idea weather it was a friend or foe or something else all together but he had to do something to help. "Hurry guys come help me get this off of whoever is under here, " Angewoman set the eggs down and both angel hurried to lend a hand. They three of them dug through layers of bricks and steel trying to unearth whoever was trapped down there. They struggled as they had to work as a team to move some of the larger pieces. Finally after about twenty minutes of hard labor the reached something, it was a large, white furry object. "Whoa, what's that, that is not a human!" Lief stood back as they had no way of moving such a thing.

Toru looked at Kutay and looked worried. He knew that something was wrong with Boltmon since he did take blows from the boulder. He didnt know if Kutay was going to be able to save them. He tightened his grip around Pheonixmon's leg as he saw Kutay struggle. Then a light shinned around Kutay and Terriormon. He leaned forward in shock as he saw both digimon and human form together as one. He saw the most amazing thing ever. They had both become Beowolfmon. He stood there while hovering in the air. He looked saddened as he saw Beowolfmon struggle to find his friend and by some miracle he did. As Beowolfmon carried over the unconscious Boltmon. He looked at Kutay. "Kutay....are you sure you can do this...." Without waiting for an answer. He leaped up to Phoenixmon's back and made sure that Boltmon was secure. Before he told Phoenixmon to move out he turned and looked at Kutay. "Kutay! Be safe! Ill wait for you! Ill make sure Boltmon is ok!" Toru turned and looked out as Phoenixmon left the ground and flew away. While in the air he turned back and watched Beowolfmon, aka Kutay, walk away.

City:Mall
"Guess I should start looking for a few survivors." Beowolfmon said as he started searching through the ruins of the Mall that he had just come from. After searching for a while Beowolfmon came to the conclusion no one was there, even though he hadn't searched the entire building since an area was blocked off by some of the wreckage and He didn't know how long it would take to clear the block away so he decided to turn and head back out to the destroyed streets of the city. After a while Beowolfmon began to get tired so he decided to hide out somewhere and rest. "Kutay this is exauhsting do we need to keep searching for people?" Terriermon said starting to worry that they might lose the spirit evolution and fall prey to an attack. "Trust me ok we'll be fine I promise." Kutay said as he panted slightly worn out from searching. "Maybe we should take a short rest Kutay and get our strength back." Terriermon said to Kutay knowing Kutay would agree with him. "Ok Terriermon, but just a short one then we will look around a bit more and then go find Toru." Kutay said as he closed his eyes to rest for a bit.

Toru and Phoenixmon both landed in the out skirts of town. It seemed like a good place to stay and it seemed like Phoenixmon was tired from the evolution and caring the two of them together. Toru went over to Tosuki and through a long hard struggle of pulling him off, Toru placed him on a tree that was nearby. He let Phoenixmon sleep while he stood watch. After glancing around the area he deemed it safe. So he moved around to see the area. There was actually nothing to see for it was barren with few trees. Even though it would seem unsafe since they are out in the open, Toru knew that the flat open land would give them an advantage for any Dark Tamers that came and attacked them. Toru turned around and walked over to Tosuki and sat next to it under the tree. He looked up into the sky and breathed slowly.

The Soldier: Central City
The Soldier is silently searching the ruined building for the source of the presence calling out to him. It seems to grow stronger as he gets closer to the ground. He is about to strike the building with his fist to go deeper inside, when he hears rocks shift behind him. He quickly turns around and beholds a boy and another digimon who also seem to be investigating the building. He recognizes the boy as the one who was wearing a mask and doing cartwheels earlier. The digimon that is with the boy appears to be some kind of sea serpent, but it has a sort of beauty to it. Almost regal in appearance. Soldier quickly stows away these thoughts, and shifts his thoughts back to Justin. He catches sight of a shining device in the boy's hand right before he disappears into an open space. Levitating himself a bit off the surface, he floats over to where the boy disappeared, and sets down a couple feet away.
Justin Fields: Central City
Justin has all but given up on getting out of the toppled building. About to start wallowing in despair, Justin hears a sudden rapping above him. It is a bit faint, but Justin is sure someone is up there. He jumps out of the chair, knocking it over in the process. Pretty soon, he hears a crash of a window breaking and a streak of light falls down to the floor as well. The streak of light is broken by a shadow and a person presently falls through. Justin approaches the person on the floor cautiously. He isn't too sure if it really is a person or not though. He thinks of grabbing something to defend himself, but can't find anything in the dark. As the figure stands up, Justin can see a boy of about his own age. The other boy's clothing was torn badly from the fall, and he seems to have acquired some cuts. Justin realizes that this is the same boy from the plaza, yet without the mask. When he holds out something that seems to be shining with a bright, blue glow, Justin quickly realizes with joy that it is his digivice. Justin rushes to it, and the blue glow becomes blindly bright as he picks it up out of Kazu's outstretched palm. The glow slowly dies down, and the digivice stops shaking. He shifts his gaze from the digivice, and back up to the other boy. "Thank you. Thank you so much. I thought it was gone forever." Happy to have his digivice back and the remaining two digimon inside, he turns his thoughts to escape. After a second he realizes that the other boy has doomed himself as well. "Wait, how do you mean to get out? You can't get out the way you came."
A bright and familiar glow starts to emanate from the hole he had seen the boy go through. The presence calling to him intensifies as well. Soldier is sure now, that Justin is down there. The holy knight digimon grabs a section of the building, and rips it away, flooding much needed light on the scene below. He sees Justin holding his digivice standing next to the boy from the plaza. He doesn't like to showing weak emotions, so he keeps them out of his words as he calls down to Justin, barely an arm's length down. "Been looking all over for you." He stretches his arm down to allow Justin to climb into his palm. Justin is surprised at the Soldier's emergence, but frown's at the nonchalant greeting. Jumping onto the Soldier's hand, he turns back to Kazu, a bright smile on his face. "Need a lift?"

Millenniummon landed in front of Andromon.
"Andromon do you know nothing, I AM Machinedramon. I DNA-digivolved with a Kimeramon. Tamake is possessed by an evil spirit and at the time, had no control over his body, he did everything he could to stop her from dying and now he is offering to do anything he can to bring her back... If he survived the building collapsing. So, why do you not accept his help, even I cannot raise the dead."

Tamake coughed, he had fallen down to the third floor, a blast of digi-soul had saved him but he still had numerous cuts and a broken rib.
"Damn it"
He coughed up some blood.
Tamake's crest absorbed the data of the digimon that had been crushed in the blast. He looked around for a way out but saw none. He saw a large mass nearby, it appeared to be a vikemon, but it was hard to tell in the darkness.
Tamake call out to the digimon
"You ok? Hello?"

Kazu was releived to see the smile on Justin's face.
"Don't sweat it pal."
UlforceVeedramon tore away a section of the wall making Kazu jump with fright. The boy he had helped offered him a ride out of the building.
"Thanks, I could use one."
Kazu beamed and followed Justin onto his digimon.
"The names Kazu. Kazu Matsumoto. And to who do I owe the pleasure?"
Kazu extended his hand to shake.
AncientMermaimon was astounded with the knight digimon
"Well that was certianly not logical... But I suppose it worked..."
With a wave of her trident she floated up into the air and came to rest beside the two boys.
"Why hello there. I'm AncientMermaimon. Kazu I really think we should consider our next move... Logically this time."
Kazu nodded. He was in bad shape, and so were his digimon. He hoped that the boy he had helped had a clue as what to do...

"Ugh. I must have fallen asleep for a moment there. Wait I'm no longer fused with Terriermon, where is he anyway." Kutay said quickly getting up and looking around for Terriermon who was messing with Kutay's Laptop. "Hey! Terriermon how did you get that, ah never mind what are you doing with it anyway?" Kutay said as he walked over to Terriermon who was still staring at the laptop.
"About time you woke up I've been on this thing for like 20 minutes after you fell asleep since when you fell asleep I guess the fusion broke, but anyway what is on here is cool it has information on Beowolfmon and how we can fuse into him and different forms of the same spirit." Terriermon said as he turned the computer to show Kutay the information that had been gathered in such a short time. "According to this we can fuse into Lobomon, Beowolfmon and a digimon called Magnagarurumon." Terriermon said bringing up a picture for each one as he said their names.
"Cool it usually doesn't work at such a fast rate but oh well. Hmm interesting." Kutay said as he scaned through the information and how to activate each form. "Looks like to enter these forms it is just a modified form of the DNA charge it looks like." Kutay said as he looked at his digivice noticing that it had changed which was probably what allowed this fusion to happen in the first place. "Ok Terriermon let's get going Toru is probably worrying by now. For now let's just stick with Beowolfmon and not try the other two for now." Kutay said as he put his laptop away and put it back in his bag. "Ok let's do this. FUSION EVOLUTION EXECUTE!" Kutay said as he modified his DNA charge into what was needed for the fusion.
"Fusion evolve too... Beowolfmon." Kutay said as he fused once more with Terriermon. "Let's get out of this crazy city and go find Toru Terriermon." Beowolfmon said as he began to head out of the section of the mall he had holed up in to rest. "I just can't shake the feeling that others are in here but it would be crazy to stay here much longer." Beowolfmon said as he started running towards the edge of town hoping he wouldn't have to serch to far for Toru and Tosuki.

"TORU!! I finally found you guys." Beowolfmon said as he went over to Toru and Tosuki. "Has Tosuki woken up yet?" Beowolfmon said sitting down next to the tree that Toru thought would be a good place and since the area was flat he had made a good choice.

Sheriti shifted her weight in the wooden chair uncomfortable from the Digimons humble hospitality. She watched his large, shriveled fingers lift sugar pastry that appeared minuscule as he held it between his index finger and thumb. Sheriti just observed the elder Digimon indulge himself perplex by his behavior.
Sheriti began in a low tone, “Bar-bamom…” Her lips dragged his name long as she adjusted her numb tongue. She was tempted to take a treat, but it was merely a craving. Hours had passed since she and her Digimon ate so she endured and ignored her stomachs cry. Distracted by the chaos that spurred in the city, the tamer and her Digimon had forgotten about their appetite. It didn’t matter though- if she forced herself to take a bite then her stomach would simply reject the treat as junk.
A warm sheet was placed over her shoulders as the Wizardmon assigned to bring a blanket returned. Sheriti whispered a thank you, clutching the sheet around her shoulders, bringing it closer to her Impmon that sat on her legs. The Digimon was nearly wrapped closed if he had not leaned forward.
Sheriti rubbed the soft sheet over her face, catching the scent of an enclosed storage item mixed with a dab of cinnamon. Some streaks of her short brunet hair fell forward while a large portion of it remained wet. Sheriti left her hair slicked back and naturally dried, but without a comb she looked like a mess. Her eyes slit open beyond Barbamon to see further columns of bookshelves. Sheriti straightened herself, but the vampire clad had disappeared.
“A war is practically going on above us, so can you just remain supine and eat cookies? I’m not sure how you can’t take the anxiety that a lot of virus troops are being deleted.” Sheriti reminded Barbamon. Although, she stopped to think that even herself was oblivious of the overall situation. “Well- I don’t even know the reason myself, but I was on my way…to just get Reniko.”
Sheriti stared at the plate in front of her placed with a variety of cookies. Each stacked on top of one another, categorized and completed with a sheet of frill paper underneath the stack. She scooted her seat closer and leaned forward in order to drag the plate towards her direction. Sheriti extended her arm and reached for a cup, halfway filled with tea- sweet tea she hoped. The cup was painted in a vanilla pigment, tinted and adorned with gold paint at the edge of the cup in order to imitate real gold. Some light sea green paint streak across the surface area.
“I’ll take one-“ The Digimon spoke, standing on the tamers legs as he grabbed more than two treats. The gash that tore his crimson glove clearly exposed once he lifted a bundle of cookie, but the Imp had forgotten. Although, Sheriti saw.
She took a sip and enjoyed the soft warm liquid pass through her throat. Suddenly the image of one hundred blinking eyes startled her and the proceeded by placing the cup back onto the table. Sheriti stared at her Impmon who was occupied by devoroiing the cookies while having his other hand under his chin in other to catch any falling crumbs. She sensed- no- she knew it was the Argomon that had done that to him. She did not see him anywhere- and that actually frightened her.
“Hah...what proof is there that establishes our connection? I haven’t even done the slightest thing, like battle or kill anyone. How can I be one of your candidates apart of the Secen Demon Lords….” She began to rub her cheek, a natural habbit that signaled that she held a thought. “No Barbamon, I- I can’t be your tamer- that’s like…illegal…..” Sheriti trembled recalling the tales Reniko shared.

[City Alley]
On this day the streets of the city were in a ravenous bustle, battles raged everywhere, explosions and chaos rang for the daily tune. But in an alley not far from all the chaos and destruction a muffled struggle for air echoed like a whisper in a small alley between buildings in the district. Upon a closer look the struggling gasp were coming from a Musyamon trying his best to cling to life. The Musaymon's sword lay unkempt infront of him as he grasped at a thin wire around his neck as if to pry it off, even though in the back of his mind he knew he couldn't remove the thin wire which was wrapped around his neck multiple times. "kahk,what-" The digimon tried his best to utter out. The digimon grasped at the wire with another futile attempt before taking to one knee, "You're on our side" The digimon almost pleaded.
The line tightened, "Who is calling the shots." A male voice called smoothly towards the virus digimon. The thin wire grapple led back to the tightly gloved hand of a man wearing a white mask with red symbol over it. The man war a sleak leather and cloth outfit, that was seemingly made for speed and flexability, a modern assassin outfit. "Answer me."The voice said coldly before pulling on the wire tighting it even more and bring the digimon to two knees. "Ah! I-" The Musyamon choked out as he was being forcefully brought down. "I don't know!" His scream was barely a garggling whisper as his wind pipe was being squeezed. "Then you are of no use to me." Saren said as he tugged strongly on the chord breaking the digimon's wind pipe, and watching him collapse to the ground and turn into data, bound to end up in toy land or whatever you call it; the man didn't care.
Drawing back his wire he began to exit the alley way, a Matadormon meeting up with him as he did so. "Finished?" The digimon spoke breifly to the masked man. "No information. It seems we will keep this charade up. I will find out what I need to know. Then I can go back to my mission." The man said. "Saren. Focus." The digimon instructed before leaping away towards the roof tops.
Saren watched from inside his mask as the digimon danced away gracefully like the wind, "Baka. Don't call me by my name. Codename: Malis." Saren said reinstating his codename he had chosen when joing the dark tamers. Saren walked along the streets keeping towards the shadows and away from battle, not that long ago, Saren would have jumped in head first next to Shikon, Itchy, Ghoul, and his old team; but they were gone. THey all had been seperated.

Andromons body shifted from a straight tall stance to a crouched protective one. The android kept Sarah close to him in one arm and raised the other in warning, his fingers began to crackle as blue electricity began to spring from one fingertip to the other.
"Blasphemy, you are not the Dark Master, that you dare assume as much makes it clear how ignorant you are. Machinedramon will revive her. Stay out of our way. You and your cursed tamer.. You have done more than enough" The high-tech digimons body clicked and hissed as it straightened once more and began to walk towards one of the evacuation points, a few Dark Tamers remained to wait for those few who did not own flying digimons. The city was falling apart around them..

Barbamon watched in silence as the young girl seated at the other side of the dark wooden table held the blanket Wizardmon had brought her close to her shivering frame. Despite the heat of the room the tamer seemed quite cold, as did her digimon, which was why Barbamon reacted with a satisfied nod when the young girl finally reached out for the tea. She did so tentatively, almost as if she was afraid it would vanish from under her fingertips as soon as her skin made contact with the ornate royal porcelain.
"Well, to be quite honest I do care very much for the young men and women and their digital partners, but please keep that as a little secret between the two of us"
The demon chuckle warmly, a soft and pleasant sound which seemed to fill the room even though it was no louder than the quiet click of the Lords cup as he placed it on the table and reached for another piece of pastry, this one in the shape of a heart and just as horrifyingly pink as a valentine's day chocolate
" The other lords think me an old fool for worrying so whenever the troops go into battle, but let me tell you; They are just as bad themselves. Despite what most others think of us we do care for our Dark Tamers, though I believe I, Lillith and Lucemon are able to show these feelings more freely than our brethren"
Barbamon took a bite of the pink heart, crumbling into his beard. He dusted the tiny specks of color away with a clawed hand and reached for his tea to dip the sweet into the warm beverage
"I know you must think me quite horrible my dear, sitting here, enjoying tea and biscuits while the humans who serve me are caught in the middle of a war no more than 6 meters above our heads. But.."
The demon leaned forwards, eyes sparkling with secrecy as he lowered his voice dramatically
"..Truth be told I am not allowed to be here. All the Lords agreed we had to stay away from this battle and prepare for the oncoming threat.."
As if to break the moment, Barbamon leaned back once more and finished his heart cookie with a happy little crunch before he took a sip of his sugary tea
" I´ve never been good with rules. It is a weakness of mine, you see?"
The long claws plucked yet another cookie from the silver plate, this time a round and blank looking cookie which smelled of vanilla. He waited patiently as Sheriti spoke and began to chuckle once more as she finished her sentence
"Illegal? No my dear, not at all. And I can assure you that I am very sure you are my tamer. I would not have brought you down here had I not been sure that you were the right one.."
The demon tipped his head to the side. The sparkle held in his red eyes dimmed behind the golden mask
"I am sorry, this must be.. well, shocking I imagine"
The digimon broke the round cookie in his claws in half and dipped one half in his tea
"I was rather shocked myself when I found out that the reason my powers have been dwindling was not old age but a bond between me and my partner"
Barbamon ate the cookie somberly and then laced his fingers together and rested them on the table
"The bond between you and me Sheriti. It is very real. I do not say this because I was told but because when I sit here, in front of you, I can feel that you are my tamer.. It is a rather curious feeling"
Elecmon and Patamon who had been rather silent up until now began to whisper to one another, Angel a little louder than his vampiric counterpart. Wizardmon hushed them both with a kind but firm look.
Angel gave a slight chirp and flapped his wings to soar the short distance from the bookshelf to the table where he seated himself on the wooden surface next to Sheriti and Impmon. The rookie digimon sparkled and glittered beautifully as he hunched down on all fours, staring up at Sheriti with the biggest, brightest puppy eyes he could muster.
Barbamon showed no annoyance at the two younger digimons interruption. He merely continued, gaze still locked on Sheriti as if willing her to understand and believe him
"I do not think any human will ever understand the bond a digimon feels to his tamer.. Centuries, Sheriti, I have lived for centuries, been on both sides of the playing field and in between more times than I care to remember. I thought I had found my place in life.. But then.."
The demon unlaced his fingers and reached for a cookie, this one a Christmas tree with sugar pearls as ornament and a tiny golden star on top.
"You came"
Angel shifted from four legs to two, resting on his round beige bottom as he smiled up at the tamer with all the innocence of a kitten and repeated the older digimons words with his soft, child-like voice
"You came"
Elecmon shifted uneasily on the beanbag chair a few feet away, the digimon did not seem to like how close his.... not-boyfriend was to a strange digimon they did not know
"Angel"
The word was spoken with a normal tone of voice but the intent was clear, Angel however, did not seem to realize that. The angelic digimon shifted his gaze from the tamer to the vampire digimon
"But she´s here Myo-chan, and she will help Barbamon get his powers back"
The red and blue rookie digimons eyes narrowed at this, his nose crinkled slightly in a barely contained snarl at the other digimons sheer stupidity
"Only if they bond and seeing how she left her other digimon partners hanging high and dry out there.."
The feline digimon tipped his ears forward, lips curving in a wicked smile
"She´s more likely to leave him to suffer, just like she did with Reniko and the other digimons bound to her. It is the human way after all, why would they ever care about anyone but themselves?"
"Enough!"
Barbamon straightened in his seat as he sat facing the Elecmon, eyes no longer kind but firm and somehow disappointed as well
"Myotismon I had not expected this from you, Sheriti is here as our guest, do not offend her"
The vampire hissed, eyes glowing maliciously
"Offend her? I know her type"
The rookie leapt off the beanbag and approached Sheritis seat, tail fanned out behind him and teeth bared, not at all the digimon Sheriti had met on the street a mere hour ago
"Too good for a virus, too good to lower yourself into the shadows! Even the Pegasusmon was left behind to trail in your shadow when he was no longer convenient"
"Myo-chan!"
Patamons horrified cry rang out across the library and Wizardmon stepped forwards to place himself between Elecmon and Sheriti
"That is enough Myotismon"
But apparently, Myotismon didn't think so..
" Sie verdient keiner von seinen Partnern!"
The digimon voice was low and cold as ice as he hissed out the German phrase in the girls direction
((I am trying to decide if I want his behaviour to be an act of if he is actually this nice in person.. Barbamon that is.. Elecmon/Myotismon is not nice... most of the time... He´s like the opposite of Reniko!
Darn it... Now I want a cookie..
Myotismon has issues.. can you tell? XD
The German, bad as it may be, means: She does not deserve any of her partners))

(( sorry i have'nt replayed for some while christmas test been killing me stressed ))
Tosuki slowly opened his eyes and finding hismself under a tree , he took his right hand and rubbed his forehead trying to remember what happened, his last memorys is of when he heard a noise that was pearcing his ears and cause head pains similair to a migrane. Tosuki slowly stood up and slowing and shakely waked forwards he took a quick glance of the surrounding area, trying to determine where he was , he say a huge bird on the ground sleeping.He completly turned around a saw two people at the tree he was at, he couldnt tell who it was his eyes were still blurry and not able to focus on the face."huh?.. where ...i..am i?" he questioned as he looked at the two people at the tree.
