Ranshinshou - Chaotic Mental Collision

Description: Ranshinshou is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Sannin Tsunade. Changing the chakra in her hand into an electricity, Tsunade can create an electric field to disrupt her targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, Tsunade can use the field to disrupt her targets ability to move. What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move unless they have high skill and understanding of the body.
This is probably obvious If you have watched the anime through, but I have not.
What is the range of this technique. I took an Electric field as in a field of electricity that covers an area, but a buddy reads it as a field around the hand from the anime.
HALP?

This is the correct wording-
By converting her chakra into electricity and striking the enemy, Tsunade is able to disrupt the signals that are sent from the brain to the opponent's nervous system in order to function. For example, if someone tried to move their right arm, a different part of the body would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move. However, the victim can partially overcome the technique if they manage to relearn the connection between their brain and their limbs, as Kabuto Yakushi demonstrates. This feat however is not an easy one and takes a high amount of concentration and intelligence.
So, yes. It's like a field around the hand.

me again. apparently I cannot pick a techqniue my sparing partner is not going to correct in application some how. I used Mizuhada Bunshin No Jutsu (Water Body Clone Technique) Rank: A Description: A powerful enhancement of the Water Reflection clone, this technique creates a number of full-powered water clones and does not require a body of water. These clones have the full Chakra and Mental abilities of the user, as well as Physical ability. A solid hit will destroy the clone. I argue that means each clone has its own chakra pool as large as mine here http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=21366359&page=7Titan(The big bad evil guy) uses the exact same technique and all his clones have there own chakra pool the same number as his. My sparing partner argues my chakra is split between me and the clones. which is true?

I would like to point out that in 98% of the guilds I've been in, and I presumed here as well, that chakra is split even amongst clones. I think the persons running those NPC's made a mistake...
To do otherwise would break the laws of physics, and even Ninjutsu and Chakra follow the laws of energy conservation...
I actually hate to be arguing these points but I'm worried it would get him in trouble during a guild-wide event or in an exam fight, etc.

To kill off one of my characters, do I have to actually get it killed? Or can I just be like, "SHAZAM!" and have it disappear?

@Desin: You'll have to kill him/her off to create a new one. If it's just jutsus that are bothering you... just ax them off the list. ^_^
@Winter & @Chez: It was changed a while ago due to those reasons, but after the hack that destroyed the lists, I had to import the backups. Unfortunately, the backups were from prior to the change, so it didn't have the correct statements. I'll have to correct it since it is supposed to say 'chakra pool shared between all copies & the owner'. In this way, the clones have the full chakra of the owner, but at the same time if the owner uses a technique, the clone's chakra pool is reduced by that same amount. "Shared" being the key word there.
@Kazzoh: If learning the custom technique does not kill the Sharingan user, or states some valid reason for why the technique can only be learned a certain way (example: bloodline), then 'Yes'. If the user wants to kill themselves by learning a custom technique which does so, then that's up to them...
@iOath: Ask your Kage. Killing off your rpc in a 'SHAZAM' sort of way would really make any sane rpc weep & cry for a week. Try to make it into a mini-arc or something, so people can avenge your rpc's death! If you want to have him/her become a secretary, cook, librarian, ec cetera, it'll allow you to npc them from time to time without all the sad tear works. ^_^ Get creative!

Seems like we're giving the Sharingan a little too much leeway here. sweatdrop I have a sharingan myself and I agree with this. I dont think they should be able to copy custom jutsus.

You share a chakra pool. A clone uses a technique, everyone loses that much chakra. You use a technique, everyone loses that much chakra.
