I'm curious....when is this going to be up and running or is it still in progress? :3 It's KAT! Hi hi hi! *tackle hugs* I'ma call you my Kitty Kat. Shanesua - There are limits. They are in with the classes. Each class has different limits. It's still standard fair... but they don't really explain it much and if you ask around for what the meaning of the jutsu limits is you'll get different answers. I took it as per jutsu section... including deviations of a jutsu type within a category. Like different elements within Ninjutsu.
