dark realised something suddenly,she'd have to be in a near death situation to really get him pumped,she continued petting him like nothing had happened .

dark leaned down and kissed his cheek,petting his hair as she pulled him back"zack,im fine" she whispered quietly with a smile as she tired to stop the surge of energy.

-his eyes are open now but he still has his head on her lap- "evry night sinse i left i have had the same dream about you and shadow and sometimes the 13th's memories add clair when she was with him..... i cant ever save you... im not strong enough... im afraid..." -he said he just hugs her tighter there is resideing energy from when he powerd up but he dosent realize that its his energy-

dark smiled and kissed the top of his head before saying"it's not your job to save me, you need to keep the balance of things right,i dont need protecting" she said calmly,petting him methodically,like a dog on her lap.

-he puts his face into her shirt on her tummy and hugs tight still shakeing his head no that he wants to protect her or he will feel useless and that he is weak sinse he cant keep the balance. he at leaste wants to protect ehr but even that he isnt strong enough for. she can feel these feelings through the connection she she didnt block it-

dark pushed him out before pulled him into a proper hug"zack,when the time comes...you'll be fine" she said with a smirk,though she'd never admit it,she loved that he wanted to protect her,her entire life she'd always been by herself,at least now she had someone with her... she knew leo would have been annoyed if he heard her thoughts but things were different with zack.
