The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn, sitting on top of the fridge again, merely hissed in reply. He seemed to like the spot up there, where he could view everything, yet not be touched. Ignoring Jennalin, he set to work munching on the chicken he'd stolen. It was just a small piece though, no bigger than Jen's thumb, and was gone in a couple bites. He licked his paw and swiped it across his whiskers, cleaning them. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Fine. Be that way." Jennalin said softly, glancing to the chicken for the first time. Ah, well, he'd only gotten a small piece. "Fine, you can still have the finished meal. But no more!" She declared, her voice a threatening ghostly tone. Continuing to work on the sauce, she glanced at him for a moment. "How long can you hold human form? Also, clothed or not?" She questioned, knowing that for the second, it could be either. She'd heard of some that could stay clothed- her brother definitely wasn't one of them.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn looked smug at her pronouncement. He'd gotten away with it after all. "I could probably hold it for a couple hours right now. Maybe half a day or so. Maybe longer, depending on what I'm doing and what time it is." He said, cocking his head to the side as he thought. "As for clothes, I can always clothe myself. I'm fairly strong, so it's never been a problem for me. Ask Ashriel. I flicked human for her once." The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Okay then, can you chop some onions for me?" Jennalin asked softly, stirring the sauce still.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn paused, considering the question. Then he hopped to the counter then floor. He shifted to human just as he jumped, timing it perfectly. "Alright." He told her, his voice low and smooth. He dug around in the kitchen for a moment before finding an onion, a knife, and a cutting board. Taking it too the table, he set to work chopping it into fine pieces. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Thanks." Jennalin moved to add various other spices to the sauce as she continued to heat it, smiling at the smell.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn paused halfway through, rubbing at his nose with the back of his hand. "Zeus almighty, I hate onions." He muttered then sneezed. "Stupid things stink......" He sneezed again and continued working. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Jennalin frowned as he sneezed. "Are you okay with onions in food? I know they are some of Ash's favorite ingredients- she adores them, but I'm sure I can take them out if you don't like them." She'd already realized that they were all in the same class. Thank god that Lix had no chance of waking up for another hour or so.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn nodded. "I'm fine with them in the food. I just don't like cutting them up. They stink so badly. Once they're cooked though, they're fine." He assured Jennalin. He continued to chop as he spoke. Finally, he finished and handed the cutting board to her. "Here. I finished. One full onion should be enough, right?" The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Yup, it should be. Just slowly slide it in." Jennalin said, still stirring the sauce.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn slid the onions into the sauce carefully. He made sure they didn't splash or anything as they went in. Putting the cutting board down, he leaned against the counter. He was always an odd one in the way he dressed, wearing all black and a long coat with short sleeves. "So what are you making?" He asked again, wondering if she'd answer. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"You will see. Now, can you see if Ash has any celery?" Jennalin asked nicely, still stirring this sauce.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn huffed. "Meanie." He muttered under his breath before turning to dig in the fridge. He finally pulled out a bunch of celery. "I suppose you want me to chop it up as well, don't you, you slave driver." He muttered good naturedly as he grabbed the knife and cutting board again. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Please and thank you." Jennalin said, giggling gently. It was nice to have him joking. Really, it meant he was getting comfortable with Ash's apartment- and with her.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn chuckled and chopped the celery quickly. He dumped it into the pot then glanced at Jennalin. "Anything else I can do for you, task-mistress?" He asked mockingly, his amber eyes shining in amusement. Once he relaxed, he was fun-loving and playful. It was only when he felt threatened that he became mean and vicious. The tiger that should be....isn't....
