Sailor, the original Naruto(I don't watch, but I know factoids) had the title character constantly saying the nonsense word "Dattebayo". It didn't have a real translation, so when they translated it, it became "Believe it".

I really don't think the 7 sins is a good idea.
Why? Because I don't want a bunch of people to attack the ball due to their own religious beliefs, and because all the sins seem a little closely grouped together, and with could be difficult to make sure rooms are different, although with this we'd probably at least have enough rooms.
But mostly because of respect to religious people who would be upset by such a theme. A celebration of the 7 sins? Dx

Oh, gosh, that'd be hilarious. Yes, it would be. And you make me wish I'm still allowing myself to drink soda. I love Dr. Pepper! But I quit drinking soda....been 'sober' since around May. (With an occasional burst of Sprite for my upset tummy....I'm all water and juice now.)

But I see where you're going...but as a religious, overly-sensitive person I think most people would find humor in it. I don't see why they would attack us. Considering they're on Gaia, I see religious-puns that are far worse than what we're going out on. And for heaven's sake, Gaia makes sin-based items, too. Look at Alruna's Rose! A succubus is the epitome of Lust!

I mean, I'm religious, and I really don't have any harm in basing the theme off of it... But... That's just me.
Well... The sins, I figured they'd probably be quite different. XD;
I imagine Sloth being a lazy aft as usual, Gluttony trying to steal every guest's food, and Lust flirting with everyone and everything in sight, etc.
Plus, the virtues would be included in it...

Dx While you do have a point here, our theme for the last ball could have upset religious people as well. There's hardly anything anywhere that won't upset people. Not to mention the fact Gaia already has items based in the sins. And don't worry. We'll make sure we have virtues to balance out sins.

I have no problem with any of the sin stuff on gaia because I don't believe in anything so nothing could offend me, so I'm not taking the position that the overly religious people could take, but still, I don't want to offend people, and even thouhg it's a good idea, I don't think it would be a good plan honestly.
Oh, and guys, this thread will probably be remade by a main host or staff of the guild in a few months to include the other theme ideas that have been saved up, just so you know.
