Mayvine Chilling2 How strong are bullets? urban shoots a SM3 80 bullets a post. I was thinking using a Barrier: Rank C, stop as many as 10 attacks up to C rank power and some other stuff. I need to know if my barrier can hold up the bullets and how much. He's shooting about 80 rounds a post, if they're big rounds you're barrier won't hold up. That's bull crap. stare

The mechanist skill that shoots 10 rounds is C-rank, so I'd assume this has anywhere between C to B rank power.

Can Air shield, deflect/move the bullets?
Air Shield, Rank: D
The most common defensive tactic involves circling enemies, suddenly changing direction when attacked and evading by physical movement rather than bending. However, an Elementalist can still deflect as needed by throwing up gusts of air close to their bodies as a shield. This is rarely to stop attacks directly and more often pushes the attack aside and away, conserving energy and allowing them to turn the movement into an attack at the same moment. Since air can affect almost all physical objects, it can also be used to enforce the momentum of thrown objects or manipulate other objects.

I think so. Air Shield is a move that specializes in protecting the user against ranged projectiles. Bullets would be included.

What's the highest caliber round that can be used in a hand gun, and is it possible to make them armor piercing?

Yes, they make small arms armor piercing bullets.
Wolf: Sorry babe, but you can't touch, or affect anything. You can inhabit armor, take people over (As long as their willing), and that's about it. Basically, any projectile made of energy can be formed, and you can use your element, but that's it.

The Urban Superstition May: There's never been a limit, but what's your strength? Yes, they make small arms armor piercing bullets. 5 strength, what would be the next step up after a 50 caliber round?

.60 caliber. I won't approve of a pistol with anything bigger. You have base human strength, and not ever a strong gunman can fire a 60 cal pistol.
You can make something good as a mechanist, but not as a Trainee.

So basically we'd might as well make the story from scratch, which is kinda what we were doing with the main arc kage was making. If you'd like to make a storyline to this I'd be up for it but please talk with kage and urban about it first. This is Axiom right?... want me to ask if I can give you guys a few of the start of this story? Edit- actual question... can a paladin become slower than it already is? smile

Can I rewrite some of the weapon styles so they make more sense and drop some of the random references to Havock's story?

@blood: At this point I wouldn't bother. Without havock around for so long we pretty much just dropped the story and made our own arcs.
