M i s t G u a r d i a n A slight shift came from Ember. She was trying to get up, but it was hard when she was in a pair of arms. She looked around, her vision back to normal, at least, but her head throbbed of pain and she gripped it tightly, groaning in the pain. She knew where she was, who's arms she was in, and some of the people she was surrounded by. She opened one eye painfully and saw one person she had been very worried about. " L-lark-sama? " She removed one hand from her head, eyes slightly more widened. " Lark-sama?! " As soon as Ember raised her voice slightly, the pain came rushing back and she clutched her head once again. Her body feel into a relief though, that Lark was fine and here. She almost cried. Everyone was here and safe, and no one was hurt. Ember didn't care about her own well being, she was just happy everyone was here at last. " Thank God... " A mere whispered came out, her smile big and happy with her hands still on her head. Lightning Guardian "A mafia family...Heh-heh-hey..Fantastique~.." She grinned at the thought of it and was comfortable enough to let her tongue switch in linguistics. But not in a way that would cultivate greedy qualities as this was just one of her spontaneous moments. But if he did say 'greatest', then she would have her own obligation of joining. Somehow, this cemented her reason to continue learning about the Mafia. Well, in due time, perhaps unravel a bit of things herself. For now, this was fairly interesting. But what was it about his eyes that made her think otherwise of the supposedly timid and humbly docile classmate she once thought of? His eyes seemed to show odd qualities. He means it..
She couldn't help smiling at the fact that he has accepted her. Though the last part was a bit tricky. Oh well, she'll pick up on it. "Since you said it like that, I guess I'd be a real-" Quickly under the influence of that of a doting person, her palms shut Lark's ears for a moment before letting go. "-Oui~! C'est bien. I'm in." She smiled again, creamily dazing at Lark now until another guy came in. Sinai immediately turned her attention to him and noticed some peculiar traits in his behavior. He seemed really humble and nice. Kinda like how Tomoya used to be. Then again, she also didn't know him very well.
Literately hearing his bashful statements out loud, Sinai was on the verge of cracking out of hysteria. He reminded her of a person she liked, thus, resulted in getting good vibes from him. His nickname was interesting. How did it detach itself from his full name? So he knows Shiiba-kun? ...Should I be jealous?
And what's more, Miss Ember spoke. At least with life. She called out to Lark and Sinai barely even noticed how the honorifics were also attached to the baby she held. Almost quizzically, Sinai raised little Lark just to inspect him. Lark...sama? Mah! Whatever, he is so very cute! Nothing out of the ordinary other than the fact that he was able to talk a bit advanced for his years. His cute zeal only clouded her eyes from anything else. In the end, the blue haired girl rested with relief. Sinai herself sighed, not really able to catch up on their whole relationship. Well, things like this took time. Suddenly, she felt a twinge travel a bit into her system. The ring she held out glowed once more. "Oh yeah.. So, what is this ring exactly? Is it just our fashion-statement? I do say, it's very beautiful. Not something you'd find in a regular mall I assume?" She asked him again, this time, more curious of Tomoya's odd appearance. "Monsieur? You seem very...tense?"WC: 463

"There's another new one!" he exclaimed to no one in particular, staring starry-eyed at Sinai. "I didn't know there were so many... so many... persons!" he said, struggling with his somewhat limited english vocabulary.
"What's your name? I like you; your eyes are pretty! I like them much!" He rushed up to her, inspecting her as if she were the most interesting thing in the world, "My name is Maxime by the way! But people tell me it's hard to pronounce, I not know why. You can call me Xi, people call me that alot. Oh! and this one has a ring like tomoya! It's so pretty, are you engaged? You make nice couple, I approve!"
He turned to tomoya, jumping as if he'd remembered something of great importance.
"Tomoya, Tomoya! Guesss what! This morning I felt reaaally sick so I decide to pharmacy! But, I don't read well the japanese medecine but I found super medecine! It says 'decongestants', what does that mean? I don't know, but they're amazing! I feel really good, so much energy! Do you want one? I have more!"
He was jittery with excitement from remembering the miracle-working medecine he'd found. He looked almost like he was vibrating, his eyes darting around at all the people in the room.

M i s t G u a r d i a n Suddenly, Ember's face lit up. The words she heard the blond foreign boy say made her cheek burn up. This imminently made her get out of Tomoya's arms and then onto the ground, jumping very high, so high, she landed at the top of the stair case, and she ran up to her room as fast as her conscious self could take her. She was very embarrassed and she didn't want to talk to anyone. Her body burned up with that one question from the boy. Are you engaged? She gritted her teeth tightly, reaching her room, she closed the door and locked it, going over to her bed and yanking the covers off and sweeping them to where they were over her body. She was very glad that everyone was alright, especially Tomoya and Lark-sama. But the red against Ember's cheek's did not let up as she held herself under her blankets, within her quiet drab room with mostly blank canvas on her walls, painted a light tan from when it was first painted. Lark stayed snuggled in Sinai's arms, he heard The sound of Embers happiness when he showed up, but he was to tired, all of this planning and escape from Vindice was tiring... he heard the voice of the new guy, Maxime... Lark laid there, veins beginning to show on his head as his loud fast talking began to get on Larks nerves... Lark was the teacher of Tomoya and he demanded time to sleep... but it was the boy's first time, so he would only get a bit mad... He finally squiggled in Sinai's arms and glared at the boy with his half mooned eyes. He got up in Sinai's arms and hopped down casually, his hands in his pockets. He stopped in front of Maxime and with a swiftmovement hopped onto his shoulder and whispered in his ear so nobody else could hear... "Can I tell you something?" he said then quickly answered not giving him anytime to answer "WHEN A BABIES SLEEPING MOST SHOULD BE QUIETLY SPEAKING!" and with that Lark hopped off of Maxime and went back to Sinai "Uppie~?" he siad reaching up so she'd pick him up again.

Lightning Guardian Sinai held one arm raised to her cheek in a mild blush from his compliment while her other cradled young Lark-chama. Even though she was very uncomfortable with the shrinking space between them.. He thinks my eyes are pretty..~ "Merci Monsieur!" She thanked him until she realized that he was still talking. Sinai gaped her mouth from Maxime's next lines. A lot has happened after him talking. He seemed really nice and bubbly but rather random and naive. Perhaps a bit inconsiderate or clumsy. Before she could say anything, he had struck Ember's nerve, causing her to leave and Sinai half dazed. This wasn't going to improve her way of becoming friends with another girl in this Mafia. This dampened her spirits just a little. "Decongestants... Monsieur Xi, I don't think you should be taking any more. It could be dangerous not knowing the full use of ze medicine."
Meanwhile, marriage issued threats within her mind. But I'm too young to be married... Oh! It's so embarrassing! If anyone who'll stand with me on my wedding cake, it's- Her thoughts were interrupted with sheer joy. Her nose nearly caked out in blood had her thoughts referred back to Xi's other response.
"Non, non! Xi-kun, Vie are not engaged- Oh dear she's upset now.." She sighed, until she felt Lark's squirm a bit in her arms. Before she could adjust him into a more comfortable position, he had already jumped down and headed towards Xi-kun. She raised a suspicious brow though with stars doting in her eyes at his walking steps. Look at those cute little hands cupping- This time, her lips twitched slightly ajar while her jaws still hanged. Her eyes hardly believing as much as her ears heard his powerful vocals. She was like this for a while until he came back. Her feelings were mixed between respect and fear. However, once her eyes fell captive to his, she picked him back up and cradled him in her arms as though his past actions were forgotten. Her voice this time masked under hushed whispers. "..Yes, shh. So cute you are, Lark-chama. Feel free to nap anytime you wish, Cher~."WC: 463

M i s t G u a r d i a n For a while, all Ember could hear was the voice coming from down stairs, but that just made her even more moody and her little ball of blankets tightened up. All that was on her mind was Tomoya; his looks, his eyes, his being. She was loyal to him but now they were... loyal to each other. Her body just wanted to be cold, not feeling any of this hot, person feelings. Strange how she wanted to block those emotion out of her mind when she had been wanting it for such a long time. Her body leaned to the left slowly until she was laying on the ground her green plush comforter, her eyes closed, focusing her mind to be clear of thoughts, ending up sprawled out of her sheets because she was hot, laying on the ground. Lark laid in Sinai's arms for a long time as Maxime and Sinai talked but then woke up stretching his arms and blinked twice his special vision of string attachments everywhere. He yawned and looked up at Sinai, crawling up on her shoulder and kissed her cheek giving her a typical baby kiss then hopped down and waved at her "Thank you nee-chan~" he said with a smile looking at Maxime next and giving an over exaggerative wave causing him to fall over. He looked around with a red face and blushed quickly going up the stairs, the stairs were almost to big for him and he had to crawl up every stair individually. When he got to the top of the stairs, he was out of sight and looked down the stairs hearing the family members talk. He smiled under his scarf and spoke to himself "Galimon's gonna have a bright future" he said with smile then turned and continued to walk he looked into one room seeing Ember laying on the ground. She seemed to be sleeping and since that was one of Lark's favorite pass times, he saw the blankets that were beside her. She must have been hot and got out of them. In a quick motion Lark was in the blankets and was wrapped up in a ball completely hidden, the only hint he was in there was an occasional movement within the blankets. By accident he nudged Ember a bit probably waking her up if she was asleep. Lark wasn't really sleeping either. He had a long enough sleep in Sinai's arms.

M i s t G u a r d i a n Ember was startled slightly from the movement in her comforter. Ember blinked twice and leaned over, snapping out of her daze and unfolding the comforter off the object. It happened to be Lark-sama. Her eyes widened and she sat up, surprise that he came to her room. " Lark-sama. " She said softly, her surprise was replaced with a soft smile. Ember was very happen to know everything was alright, and he was here with them. It almost wanted to make her cry, but she refused to show that emotion. However, she was still embarrassed from the incident and strayed away from his face. Eye contact was the last thing Ember wanted Lark-sama to see. He could read her eyes easily, All the time. The new comers took him for granted and they would soon see his power. Ember bowed her head slightly to him for respect, avoid his eyes at all cost, just as if he was Medusa. " Hello. Lark felt the blanket move and soon saw light and squinted and sat up yawning, it was a habit for him now... He looked at Ember seeing she was actually awake. He smiled at her and saw that she turned her eyes from him. It seemed she was hiding something cause she knew of Larks ability... Lark respected her of keeping privacy and tried to not look at her eyes "How have you been Ember? It's been a while since we've talked" he looked at her in the corner of his eye. Her blue hair always seemed to be perfectly in shape... as for Larks it was messy and in luck seemed to always look good in a bed-head...

M i s t G u a r d i a n Ember suddenly perked up slightly at the question. It made her feel wanted knowing her mastered cared about her well being, as well as others. She turned from her obvious ignoring look and looked at him dead in the eyes with her soft smile. " I have been worried about everyone recently, mostly Tomoya and you. I'm relief that your safe now and the whole team is back together in one piece, and I hope that are goal comes true. Over all, Everyone else is fine. " She wondered if she would ever go back into serving Tomoya as a maid. Ember knew Tomoya hated it when she did that, but she wanted to make his life easier, and if that meant cleaning his house and getting the groceries she would do it and more. Lark looked at Embers eyes, the string connecting, he listened to her and he seemed to agree with her. He nodded then spoke "Tomoya seems to have grown a lot... And you have too..." he said with a smirk, looking down at the ground "I may have the body of an infant... but being an Arcobaleno is no walk on a path life..." he said this then looked up at Ember "Galimon's goal will come true I know so..." he then began to think of the people in the family... "Sin seems a worthy Rain Guardian... Sinai and Maxime have the right attitude for the family... although they are in a Mafia family they still seem to have that cheery child like personality to them. Shiiba still is being Shiiba... Hmhm... and you and Tomoya are still happy as ever... Your face may not show it, but deep inside I know it..." he fell silent when it came to him though... "And I..." he just seemed to look at his scarf pulling it off looking at the Pacifier that was hidden under it... "All of the Arcobaleno are gone except me..." he sighed looking at the roof "An entire Generation is almost wiped out and soon it will be all of your turn's..."

M i s t G u a r d i a n Ember closed her eyes softly, feeling the weight that Lark carried suddenly on her shoulders. She thought about a fate she was told about by a traveling gypsy. Back then, she was still so young and just had escaped with Banshee to a world of Free. This woman had took Ember's hand, looking into her sea blue eyes and told her. " You will be chosen, in the future, to carry the horrible burden of the rainbow. You must. " She gripped her sleeve with her other arm and looked down, but back at Lark-sama. " Where are the rest of the Pacifiers? Do you have them? " She asked as she adjusted so that she was sitting criss-cross instead of on her knees. her mind was focused on what her master told her. She knew that one day, they would complete their goal and find the Vongola family. However, Ember hard been told in a dream, and by a gypsy that she would serve the Arcobaleno once older... that was a fate she had never known she would be chosen for. She was kind of afraid what would happen when that happen, and not even sure if it would happen. To be aware was the most important thing she could do now, so she just kept looking forward, not letting those things get to her.
