"There's a difference between being an a** and constructive criticism. If I was being an a**, I would've ordered him to do what I said. However I have nothing but the utmost respect for him. However he had no right to declare your flaw to everyone here. And as soon as I put my two cents in I could tell he was getting angry. So what else could I do, knowing what he could do, or a... What's inside him could do if we were caught of guard. I know what it's like to fight a vizard, especially caught off guard. You will die if you don't fight to kill. And if we fought to kill,... So would he, and then we would have to go for the only opening, and that would be the captain himself. And in all honesty, even with his distaste of me, I would much rather not end a captains life. I only but tried, to calm him down. But because he obviously doesn't like me in the least, me trying to calm him down, only made him worse."

"Trying to be all buddy-buddy to a guy you have just met and pointing out all of his faults is assholish in my books. If you did that to me, I'd be a little pissed too, and it takes a lot to piss me off."

"Was he not about to do the same to you? You are a captain, he is a captain. However he treats you as if you were nothing. I know that 11th squad and 4th squad hate each other. But it seems that 11th squad is the one doing the hating and 4th is the one taking it. Have we not learned what being divided can bring upon us? Have we not learned that we all rely on one another? We all are pieces in a game of chess. All of us are crucial. You are the healers, you heal those who are injured. Even those of squad 11. Do you not? And squad 11 is the main military force, by far. They keep everyone safe, they are the knights who fight to win. We all play our parts. We are all equals. We all stand together to keep both us, and those of the spirit and human world safe. So I ask you, why is it that captains must hate each other because they are from a weaker squad? Why must one point out the deficiency of another? Why can we not all be equals and fight together?"

There is no conflict between us, and right here and now, this was just a Student-Teacher relationship, where I was the student and he was the teacher, that's all."

"Huh maybe your right. I suppose I just hate when someone picks on someone weaker then them. It happens far to often. Not likely will he accept an apology. I will just try to show him my logic. Ah well, he can do what he wants. So long as no one besides an enemy ends up dead at his expense."

"Well... tha' was eventful." Rage murmured, glancing at Hanatorai. The captain was strong... almost definately stronger than himself, at least. Rage stood, throwing the baton into the air and cathcing it again. Then he remembered the head-captain. He walked over to her and asked quietly, "'re ya alright?"

Yuni sat down again on the ground and then laid down putting her hands on her face. "I get that picking on the weak is not right but when it's training I don't expect the training to be easy because our opponents will not go easy on us." Yuni said to everyone who was still there.

Kasai chuckled."So ture head captain but I'am not weak I would like to prove by fighting you if you dont mind battling a feelow captain?" Kasai asked as he took ahold of his zanpakto.

Yuni took her hands off her face to look at Kasai. "I don't know because as you all know now I am pregnant with Kenny's children and I don't think I want to put them into danger." She said with a weak smile.
