I just thought....my math might have been flawed...
I used permutations (order matters) rather than combinations (order doesn't matter)
so that 23.9%...yeah, that's a bit higher than the actual percentage

So, for a project for school, I hot glued a bunch of pencils together into a big pencil. And I ended up burning my fingers. And my mother spent two hours on the phone talking about me instead of helping me while I rolled on the floor crying from the pain. And I take physical pain like it's nothing, so this was something.

hey Lorika! even if my math is wrong, I can disprove yours!
see, if you must get at least 5, then we can subtract 5 from the limit, 15. Where you went wrong is: we must ALSO subtract it from the 50 (otherwise, if we re-add the 5, the maximum becomes 55, this is impossible)
that makes the official estimate 10/45, not 10/50. 10/45=2/9=~22.2%

I vote!
the system should be 'Pick random # between 5 and 50' as it allows for the same sample space, but gives much more even results (actual %, 24.44%)

I understand that part, but it's the rest I don't understand, so I think I'm safest just not participating in that part since I don't get it. Maybe if my brain wasn't fried with SEN10RITIS I would understand.
