She gasped.
'Oh God. I have to take care of something!'
Kaori got up quickly and ran out of the dorm leaving the cat and Crazed.
'I'll be back soon!'

Crazed waved his hand as an okay. He looked into the eyes of Kai.
"You've been through alot Kai. Also, you have a cute little owner. Next time ask her to play some songs for you."
He smiled gently.

Kaori ran back in, breathless.
'Darn it all, he left!'
She lay on her bed as Kai curled up with her.

Kaori bolted upright and rubbed her eyes.
Gah, I fell asleep again.
She slowly got out of bed, yawning.
She was still in her dress and her hair was a little damp from the previous night when she went swimming in the forest.
She smiled down at Kai who was curled up on her pillow.
I guess he loves sleeping as much as I do, she thought, amused.
She thought of last night when Crazed had called her pretty.
The thought of him stirred an unfamiliar, warm feeling in her gut.
Kaori sighed.
I should find him, see if he's around.

Kaori clumsily walked through the door.
Almost everything in the room was a blur.
She found her bed and collapsed onto it, avoiding Kai's sleeping figure.

'Kaori..I'll be at the university in 9 minutes.'

Am I going... insane? I swear I heard Crazed's voice in my head.
She rolled over and hugged her pillow.

Kaori's eyes widened.
Gasping, she fell off the bed.
Her legs folded up into a fetal position and she put her arms over her head.
'I am going insane!'

Crazed stopped using the cat and appeared in Kaori's dorm.
"I said I'll be here in 9 minutes. It may be a bit late from when I said it. But, I am here now."
He smiled.
