Feeling and seeing that Kaori was flustered and surprised, she didn't need her aura reading to tell what she was thinking. "Its not what your thinking" Nina said with a small smile on her face, noting the irony of the phrase. "I have a similar ability, but it is not reading direct thoughts, more like seeing and feeling the true emotions you feel, and the direction your thoughts are going. I think it is more useful than mindreading, so I rarely use mind reading. Also, I'm not a fan of mind reading, so don't worry. Everyone has something they have to keep from the world." Fleetingly, a painful expression crossed Nina's face, but she quickly regained control. "Any questions?"

She looked up, pushing the hair from her face.

Nina finally realized, 'I'm having a normal conversation with somebody'. Surprise filled her. 'I've never done that. Before, people were either scared of the fact that I was a part demon. Well, in this school, anything and anyone can enter.' She thought. 'But if it weren't for the demon part, then someone would see the resemblence I had of my dead mother in me, and everyone would run away, shouting words such as "Monster", "Murderer", "Izuza's child is here, flee if you value your lives!".'I had learned the hardway that my mother was famouse.' Rising quickly, she retorted curtly, "I'm sorry, I must go to my dorm.' Leaving, she never realized that she had thought aloud, enough so for Kaori to hear.

Kaori watched Nina leave.
Her face flushed a bright red and she got up. She went over to a tree and hit her head on it repeatedly.
'Stupid, stupid, STUPID! she yelled into the night, hoping no one heard.
Her first conversation where she could talk freely with someone.
She was the daughter of a demon? She'd been brought up in an angelic household, yet she always knew demons had their own point of view. Besides, she didn't think Nina would kill her.
She hated herself then, for being so incredibly shy!

 Akira had been on the tree where Kaori hit her head onto. "silly, I still need to know which one of them gave me this jacket."'Nina is Izuza's daughter??? I could clearly read her mind, It was seriously loud too, (you'll know if you read my intro) hmm....Nina and brother? no hes not my brother oh well (crazed), I wouldn't run away even if she told me that she was Izuza's daughter face to face to me.I wonder who else knows.'

"I'll come back here later again...I need a shower right now," bu before he left, he saw the moon glowing beautifully through the night time. He took out a neckless from his pocket and raised to join it with the moon shape.
"So beautiful....Just like you were..." He whispered to himself, talking about the dead neckless's owner that he loved.He stared onto the moon once again then left to his dorm.

It was the end of another class. 'Man, there is quite some drama around that half-Neko alright' thought Nina. 'Well, like I told her, it is none of my busness' And with that in mind, Nina lay down on her favorite rock by the waterfall and fell asleep in the sunlight.

Kaori walked down the path and sat by the waterfall. She gazed at the shore on the other side of the water.
I really want to know what's up with my cousin, she complained.

Kaori saw a girl by the waterfall.
Is that Nina?
She stumbled over and jumped to the spot.
She giggled a little and got down on her knees, poking Nina's stomach.
She got a little water and put it on Nina's face.

Nina stirred a little. 'Did something fall on my stomach?', she thought drowsily. She shifted positions so that she was lying on her side.
