The second boss-fight in the ending sequence of FFXII was reaaaally gross looking. Im not going to elaborate though, for those who haven't finished it yet.

ReDeads... um... oh and those creepy little devil guys from Wind Waker! They sound like they're saying "Deny!" or something... It's that part where you don't have a sword, so you can't fight anything. I figured "oh look a ladder I'll climb it and get away from them"... except that they JUMPED UP TO WHERE I WAS!!! >___<
Um... pretty much anything in Silent Hill... The first... Licker?... you fight in Rez Evil 2... the giant croc... yeeeeeeah...

Pretty much anything from the Shadow Temple on Ocarina of Time.
Especially Re-deads, but you can find them anywhere.

I've watched Alan (my brother) encounter several creepy things on Silent Hill 2 and 4, and I guess Resident Evil 4, but I haven't played either of those.
So I guess the creepiest thing I've ever encountered was the Hand guy in the well on Ocarina of Time, but he's not scary to me anymore.
I guess I sorta have encountered creepy stuff on Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime: First Hunt. Those aren't really creepy though, their just aliens.

THAT BUG THING IN FFXI AT THE START!!! At least for the Elf place-mabob, in the forest there's a bug which looks weak, and usually is like a level 1 enemy in FF games. It kicked my a** in like 3 or 4 hits. I stopped playing FFXI a while ago, it didn't have a lot of variety.
Also, those huge reaper punks in Devil May Cry 3, they warp all over the place and are ANNOYING on Dante Must Die mode. They have tons of health anyway, but on Dante Must Die it took me like 20 minutes just to kill one.

I was watching my brother play LoZ: Twilight Princess and he was in the mountains with the yeti and all of a sudden she freaked out! She nearly made me crap my pants cause she was sweet and nice, who was going to expect that?!

i would have to say the regenerator/iron maiden from RE:4. thats mostly because of my encounters with it. to start, the first time you meet it, is really unexpectedly in a freezer. my and my friend were playing it, and since we didnt have the infared scope yet, we basically just kept shooting at it. we shot all the limbs off...except for the head, we turn to run away, and it launched its whole body at us, and its teeth landed right into my shoulder, it caught us off gaurd. not much longer, after leon and ashley fall into the lower levels of the area, she lands on an iron maiden, so we outrun it, and lock it behind a door, and the only way to open it is from the other side. so we continue on, and take out the iron maiden in front of us, and stop because we hear something breathing. all of a sudden, we basically are grabbed by the iron maiden, and spiked from the back, because we thought it was trapped, and didnt bother to kill it, they have a creeoy breathing problem.

MorganKnives The redeads suck. I'll run through the acid before I let those things freeze me (but when I get the Sun's Song... twisted ) but I'm going to have to go with just about anything from Devil May Cry. Especially the first level. It's not fair for level one flunkies to do that much damage and not cough up some health items every now and then. stare Ditto.

Nafiea ReDeads from Zelda, and Errol from Jak III. I just thought the machanical body was kinda creepy. Watching the comentary, I found that Errol's body was comprized of more polygones than your adverage PS1 screen, which is somewhere in the 100s. He can't be on the screen with more that two other chars of adverage polygon content without exseeding the program. I HATED his Jak 3 form. In 2, he was actually pretty hot (mrawr~ -w- heart ) but then he got all...misshapen and ugly. scream

Ronin_Galiver There was a large fat guy on Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones. He had no lower jaw and his tongue was hanging out. You had to climb up his humongous but and slab like back to stab him...>shiver< Oh, yeah, I was watching my bro play, and I got pretty queasy when I saw him (squeamish -_-; ).

The Dead Hand from the Bottom of the Well from OoT was a biggie for me. He still kinda creeps me out. Hmm... I guess the Imps in Rule of Rose are another creepy for me, especially the bird ones. *shudder*
In all honestly, I only found the Regenerators in RE4 to be creepy the first time I fought one. After that it was: "I know how to take you down, mo-fo. >:3." Pyramid Head from SH2 still kinda freaks me out, but there's something about him I can't help but find cool. XD I also think the Chimera and Lisa Trevor from REmake are creepy-cool. XD Maybe it's just me, but I'm a sucker for great monster designs.

most monsters of Shadow hearts especially in the last one. The game plays in the normal world but everytime I play the game I forget that and i have the feeling I ended up a horror world gonk
