Adrian sighed and sat down. "Fine. But i'm not done sulking." He shifted so his knees where pulled up to his chest and he was hugging his box of LIFE. He started nawing on the small squares and stared absently at the screen. He hated adventure time. He thought it was stupid. But seeing as savanah seems to like this show, he could do nothing about it.
Kaidne walked in the room and took a look at the screen. "Adventure Time." He acted as he didn't like it then. "Nice choice my friend." He looked over and noticed Adrian curled up with some cereal. "oh hey, your back."
"Yes....." Adrian leaned alittle away from Kaidne.
Jet came down stairs holding his labtop. "Hey, Kaidne, take a look at this." He tilted the screen towards Kaidne.
"Dude, why are you looking up porn. You get plenty of that......... Hey, his that adrian." Kaidne looked at the screen confused.
"Thats what I think" Jet shrugged.
Adrian shot off the couch, handing his LIFE to Dimitri and snached the labtop away from Jet. It was him alright. Giving a Bj to Andrew. Now he was pissed off. "What the ********." Adrian nearly growled.

Savanah stood up so suddenly, it was a good thing she had put the salad down on the table, or it would have gone every where. She was snarling. "That's it. He is dead." She whisled sharply, and her dogs flew down the stairs, and out the door. She was heading out the door, when Dimitri stepped into her path. They were out of sight of the others, so that was probably the reason he started talking in a normal tone.
"Savanah...he seems upset. Maybe there's something wrong. It could be fake," He said reasuringly. While his voice said that, his eyes showed something else. His dark brown eyes showed that he was angry, upset, and slightly...dangerous. Savanah's own eyes widened, but she wasn't scared. She was terrified, even though the anger wasn't pointed at her. There was scared...then there was being in the pressence of a really tall, really ripped, really pissed off Russian guy.
(That line, starting with really tall, is from the curtesy of Vampire Academy. You see...I'm really obessed with Vampire Academy lately, and I kinda took one of the charactors...his name is Dimitri Belikov (Sound firmilular?), he's Russian, he's 6'7 (I wanted mine taller), and he's basically the same as mine. YOU NEED TO FREAKING READ THAT BOOK ITS SOOOOO GOOD gonk crying I love it soo much, that I reread them all the freaking time. And I don't know where the second one, Frost Bite, is, and I'm freaking out man, FREAKING OUT! scream gonk evil wahmbulance )
Dimitri noticed her actions, and calmed himself down. He put on a wry smile. "Go talk to him. It could be photoshopped."
Savanah searched his face for a minute, then nodded. "Okay. Thanks, Dimitri."
He smiled now, a full smile, but without teeth.
Savanah went back to the others, and stared Adrian down. "Okay...I want to know if that is real, when that was, if you were drunk, or high, and if you say yes to the first, and yes to the rest, I'll be...not good, but better. If you say yes to the first, and no to the rest, I'm killing Andrew, and you don't even want to now what's going to happen to you, buddy boy." Her voice went dark. Then she looked at Kaidne. "And I don't particularily want to know what you were going to say." She looked at Jet. "How in the HELL did you find that without purpousfully searching for it?"
Dimitri came up behind her, making sure she didn't attack anyone. Savanah leaned on him, suddenly tired.
"I swear to god Adrian...you are the biggest pain in the a**, handfull, and complicated person I have ever known..." She sighed. "Its a good thing your cute, and that I can handle that semi-well. But your taste in friends is starting to piss me off."
Dimitri put a reasuring hand on her shoulder. He was a really good friend when he didn't want to be a silent mime like dude.

Jet had slipped his labtop away. "Hey, some stalker sent tht to me." Jet walked past adrian. Adrian growled and attemted to hit Jet. But Jet ducked and Kick out the back of Adrians knee. He fell to the ground. Jet just straightned up and left with Kaidne, both where glaring at Adrian.
Adrian got up and sighed in a pissed of tone. "Now listen. That was a year or two ago. I was at Liz's house. It was her party or some thing. And andrew and I where the only guys there. We where playing truth or dare and I made the mistake of picking dare. And thats what Liz dared me to do. She is one of those sick twisted yaoi fan girls. Trust me, I didn't like it and wish to never to that again. But hey, I would do any thing on a dare. Well, not any more. I've learned my lesson. So if your going to get mad at some one, get mad at me or Liz. Andrew was the victom here. Andrew a great guy. He was my only friend growing up. He never left my side. If you ever had a life long friend, you should understand. And I'm not going to take any crap about him. Plus, what I did in my past life shouldn't concern you. I could have been high, I could have been drunk, I could be bi. You shouldn't freakin care what happened two years ago. I'm sure there is some thing in your old life I could get mad at. But frankly, I don't want to know. So, please, leave my friends and family out of this. All that matters is here and now. Thats all I care about at least." Adrian ended his rant. hoping he hadn't gone to far. But may be thats what it took to make her understand.

Savanah could have yelled. She couldn't have screamed, punched, and murered him. She could have done a lot of things. But instead, she just looked at him. "Adrian...I think it would be best if we took a break for a little while, until everything is sorted out. Okay? It would be better on both of us. We could decide if dating each other is good for us, or if it only hurts us. We'll do what is best for both of us, alright? You could sort out your past stuff, and I can sort out mine. Remember, Adrian, I've only dated one other guy. And that was for years. I'm not good at these kind of things. Coal and I...we never had problems like this, so its new for me. And I think a break for a little bit would be good. I'm not breaking up with you. Not even close." She asurred him. "But...it'll give us time to think. Okay?"

Adrian looked as if Savanah had just stabbed him. She might as well have. It would hurt less. What she was saying wasn't that bad, but the thought that this was all his fault, felt as he had just jumped off a clift. Every single little thing, every promise he was going to make, shattered. The words he wanted to say lost all meaning. He didn't say it in time. He didn't say it out loud. And to hell, he did not feel satisfied. Adrian looked away from savanah. Not wanting her to see the dead dreams or blazing pain in his eyes. HIs thoat felt scratchy, and his lungs felt heavy. He thought about falling to his knees, and begging, begging and pleading with all he had, losing all his dignaty seemed like a small price to pay right now. But he didn't This is waht savanah wanted. And if its what she wanted, best to not protest. Love is about making sacrafises. "Fine." Adrian muttered, just above a whisper, just loud enough for Savanah to hear. He knew he was about to lose it. So he turned tails and headed out the door. He walked around to the side of the house. He leaned ageinst the wall and slid down to the ground. Tears starte down his face. He didn't make an attemt to whip them away. He needed to suffer. He knew savanah wasn't officially breaking up with him. Yet. but now with him out of the way, there is nothing stopping her from running to Dimitri, and when she does, she is never running back. And if that happened, Adrian didn't know if he could stick around. She was almost litterally the only reason he was still here. He nearly hated ever one else in the hose. And if Savanah left him, there was only one thing to do, and being like Jet was not it. He had some thing other then savanah. He had a little baby girl back in L.A. And she needed her daddy. But he woudln't go yet. Only after savanah tells him its over, then he will take off. Adrian pulled out a peice of paper from his pocket. It was some thing andrew told him to do. To show savanah he really cared. It was a Promise. Not those cheat a** note to explain what couldn't be said. It was simply his words in writing. With his signature on it. It was as close to writen in stone as he could get. He read it: I'm going to be here for you from now on. I'll be a man of my words. I want to honor you mother. I want to stand out in a crowd for you. A man amoung men. I want to make you world better then its ever been. You've been stratched to the limits but its alright now. 'Cause I'm going to love you. Like no body's loved you, and I'll earn you trust making memories of us."God." Adrian tossed the promise away from him. Every thing he wrote was already broken. It means nothing now. Every thing he was going to do, say, ment nothing any more. Turns out, you can't change some one. ANd no matter how hard he tried, adrian could just not change the jerk he really was. Savanah went outside, sighing. Okay, not a good idea. She found Adrian, and sat down beside him. She looked around. "Its really pretty here. I've never really noticed that. I've been busy doing other stuff." She pulled her knees up to her chest. "You know...I don't like Dimitri. Okay, he's hot. He's really tall. He has a wicked cool accent. Okay, whatever. I'm not doing this because I want to date him. I'm doing this, so you can have some time to finish up stuff from home. Get finished with Liz. With Andrew. Whatever you need to do. Its not for me, Adrian. Its for you. I'm not going to get mad at you for stuff like that anymore. I just want to make sure you really want to be with me. Or, if you love your home too much, and want to go back to Liz. I never want to hold you bad, Adrian. I love you too much. I love you way too much. Your too important to me. And if you think that when a hot tall dude come's in, I'm just going to drop something like this, and run to that, no! I'm not that stupid. That's your job, blondie." She grinned. "And I'm not implying that your blonde. I know your blonde." She pushed him gently. "And if you don't want to take a break, I'm all for it. I just want to know your happy, and not looking back on something that could have been." She pushed the hair out of his face, and wiped away the tears. "And if I don't make you happy, I wouldn't want to hurt you. That's not my goal. I love you." She smiled gently.

Okay, that was it. Adrian wrapped his arms around Savanah and hugged her tight. Thank god. He didn't mess his whole life up. She didn't hate him. FOr god sake he ws about to leave to make her happy. Looks like they do think alike. He had thought about staying in L.A. raising Julia, but he didn't want that. Well, yes he did, he just wanted this more.
"If I wanted to stay in L.A. hock up with Liz agian and have a semi normal family, I would have never come back. But, yeah, I Want to stay with Julia, but she has Liz, she has andrew, and my parents love her to death. But you. You have teyson, you have coal, but I know Julia will be fine with out me there, so, there really was nothing stopping me from coming back. Andrew is dating Liz, so both of them are taken care of. My perents are sad that I left, but they said it was going to happen sooner or later. So they're okay with it. And that basicly every thing back home. Every thing and every one is fine. I have no reason to look back. This is my life now. Thats nothing but old news. I think I can finally forgive all the crap I have done in the past. Now, you the only thing I see." Adrian looked at Savanah and wiped tears from his face. "Crap look what you've done to me." He glared up at Savanah, but couldn' keep it up. He cracked up and smiled. "Okay, fine, call me blonde. I guess I shouldn't care. Blonde, red, close enough. Blondes are stupid, Reds are ugly. Okay, not Joey. I guess I can go inbetween." Adrian just looked at Savanah for a second. "If you didn't make me happy, then would I be this big of a wreck. Really, i thought you could just tell that from the way I look. And damn." Adrian rubbed at his eyes. "These stupid contacts are starting to hurt my eyes. Stupid things. But that can wait." He looked back up and smiled. "If i didn't love you like hell, then i would already be gone. You are all I have here. I have a baby back in L.A. I know it may sound cruel, but right now, you matter more to me." ADrian smiled and wrapped an arm aroudn Savanah. "It is beautiful out here isn't it."

Savanah smiled. "Yeah...it is. Now...why are you so freaked out about a break? Its just like, resting for a while. Nothing big. Couple's do it all the time! It doesn't mean anything. And why are you so insecure about Dimitri? Okay, I'll admit he's damn hot, and he doesn't look like that damn Adam Lambert, but he's just really nice. Means as much as Coal. Coal's like my brother." She giggled. "Okay, that sounds awkward, since we like, made out and stuff." She laughed again. "But whatever."
Carter flew around the corner, and was streaming past, when he paused, seeing Savanah, back tracked, and slammed into her arms. Savanah choked, when he knocked the wind out of her. He was breathing hard, like he was terrified, but he was smiling.
A big wolf trotted and looked at them. He crouched, and growled playfully. Carter squealed in terror/joy. He leaped at the wolf, and morphed into his tiny fox form in mid-air. He pawed at the wolf, as the wolf smacked him around.
Savanah recignised Dimitri's intense eyes. But she could tell he was much, much more comfortable in this form.
Carter hissed, and caught Dimitri's muzzle with his claws. Dimitri pretended to whimper in agony, and fell down. Carter leaped up onto his side, triumpant in his kill.
Savanah laughed, and clapped. "Oh Carter. Its not polite to kill newbies."
Carter shifted back, and stepped off Dimitri. He inspected his face, trying to see if he was really dead. Dimitri jerked up, causing Carter to squeal, and fall back, giggling his little head off. Savanah smiled.
Carter ran over to Adrian and Savanah. "Mama! Daddy!" He cried, crashing into them, and wrapping his arms around both of their arms.
Savanah froze, gapping. She stared at Carter for a second, then Adrian. Holy shi...

Adrian was stuck speakless. Daddy? Did he really say that. Well... I better get use to it.
Adrian didn't know what to say. Normaly, this would just be a fun game for him, but seeing as he really is a dad, it ment alittle more. He didn't want it to. He didn't want to be so emotional struck by such a small thing. It was small, wasn't it?
Adrian turned to look at Savanah, and said the only words that registered in his mind at the moment. "Well, I guess Julia's got an older brother." Adrian smiled, strangley he was slightly happy. "In theory." He turned back to Carter and hugged the little guy.
Adrian was distracted by what sounded like a fight, coming from around the corner. He started down to the other side of the house, pulling Savanah and Carter with him. He poked his head around the corner of the house and saw two wolves, brawling with each other. One was huge. Dimitri big, may be bigger, he couldn't tell, and it was a light brown and grey color. The other one was small, maybe great dane sized, and was dark aubern. Adrian recegnized the small one right away, considering he had it had tried to eat him. It was Jorden. And there was only one other person big enough to be the other wolf. Micheal.
Micheal clawed at Jorden and tried to grab him around the neck, But jorden whipped to one side and slashed at micheals side then darted to the other side of him, and using the entire force of his body tackled the big bad wolf. Micheal didn't make and attempt to get up, admitting defeat. Jorden looked up and his intense red eyes caught sight of the group. He jumped off of Micheal and walked over to every one, tail held in a classic alpha manner.
Adrian didn't want to stand any where near Jorden. He had seen his strangth and power once before, so he cept his head down and eyes on the ground. Just his presence made Adrian nervious.
Jorden looked around and spotted Dimitri. He trotted over to him. Jorden looked up at the newest member of his pack. Or at least it will be a pack. He studied the new kid. He was strong, that was obvious. And if he was as skilled at Micheal, being what 35 years as a wolf, then Jorden would be nervious. But for some strange reason, he felt no threat from Dimitri. Just the kind of people he liked.
Jorden sat down and cocked his head at Dimitri and just stared at him. As if waiting for him to do some thing.

Dimitri saw Jorden's tail held up high, as a proud alpha. Dimitri lowered his excited tail to about 90%. Beta, or even a rung lower on the dominance scale. It was a sign of respect, and submission. He lowered his body, and rubbed his head on his muzzle, like a pup would do with a mother, when it wanted food. It also showed that Jorden was dominant to him.
Carter hugged Adrian's leg, and watched the exchange between Dimitri and Jorden. He was soaking up all the information into his little brain, like a pup. Or, in his case, a kit.
Savanah lifted Carter up, and parked him on her hip. Carter reached out, and grabbed Adrian's hair, and tugged gently, not enough to hurt though. But then, he decided that he wanted to tug on it some more, and yanked as hard as he could, nearly ripping his hair right out.

JOrden was alittle stuck by Dimitri's strange gesture. (Jorden is not that up to date on wolf dominence) He looked down at Dimitri, his devilish eyes questioning. Was this some kind of respect, or was.... jorden didn't even know. But best that he started learning.
Micheal trotted up to Jorden and Dimitri. He noticed Dimitri's actions but didn't mimick them. He had been doing that for seven years straight. TO his own father no less. Growing up in a pack, more wolf orentated, was not Micheals ideal life. So he ran away at 17, leaving that spot for new alpha open. (Micheal was supost to be the new alpha after his father.)
Micheal looked over at Jorden and saw his confusion. It was about time to up date him on every thing he needed to know about a werewolf pack. Micheal sighed. That was for later. He turned and left.
Adrian felt Carter tugging on his hair playfully, and thought nothing of it. But then Carter yanked harder, much harder. Adrian yipped and hit Carters hand away. "Damnit!" Adrian snapped. He so wanted to smack Carter, yet again, he didn't. If any one else did this to him, they most certainly would get a broken some thing. But this was a little kid. Adrian couldn't hurt him. Even if he wanted to, Julia would haunt him.
Adrian calmed down and rubbed at his head. Ow. That really hurt. He check to make sure one, his hair was all there, and two to see if he was bleeding. Luckly, his hair was there, and he wasn't bleeding. But it still hurt.
Adrian turned his attention to Carter. "You don't do that. Under stand?" His voice suprisingly calm, but stern. He looked down and stroked Carters arm. "I'm sorry I hit you. Just know, thats not okay. Yous shouldn't hurt people. At least not on purpose. But I know you didn't mean to hurt me. So," He looked back up at Carters face and smiled. "Just don't do that again. Please."

Carter burried his head in his adopted mother's chest, ashamed, embarresed, and guilt stricken that he had made his adopted father upset. "Sorry Daddy..." He wimpered.
Savanah kissed his forehead, then Adrian's head. "I know you didn't mean to, sweetie. Remember, your a lot stronger then you should be, because your a were. But that also means we can take pain, but we still hurt. Go mess with Dimitri."
"Uncle Dimitri!" He giggled, leaped out of Savanah's arms, and wrapped his arms around Dimitri's neck. Dimitri nuzzled Carter's head.

Adrian leaned on Savanah alittle. "That really hurt." Adrian whined jokingly. But the pain was no joke. "But, I guess I'm going to have to get use to it. Kids are suck a hassle."
Jorden had Shifted back and walked up to Savanah and adrian. "What was with Dimitri. All I did was look at him. Any of you care to explain?"
"Oh I will!" Johnathin yelled from the window ubove them. "Your an idiot. Enough said." He leaned back in and shut the window, cutting off any chance of a come back.
Jorden glared at the window for second, then turned and left, heading back into the house.
Adrian leaned on savanah even more, resting his head on her's. "I'm tired." He whimpered.

Savanah walked forward, letting Adrian fall on the ground. "There. Now you can go to sleep." She kicked his side slightly, and went over to Dimitri and Carter. Dimitri shifted, and swept Carter up into his arms.
"That was like, submission crap, right?" She asked.
Dimitri nodded. "Guess there was no need though. I could have looked him right in the eye, and he probably wouldn't have given it another thought."
Savanah frowned. "How did you learn all that?"
He shrugged, trying to keep Carter's grabby hands away from his long hair. "I spent a lot of time in the woods watching wolves. I learned a lot."
She nodded. "Cool."
Teyson ran out of the house. "Hey, you ready?" He asked Dimitri. Dimitri nodded, and let Carter down. He ran over to Adrian, and nuzzled up to his chest, waiting to see what happened. Savanah sat beside the wall, curious too.
"Try to dodge me." Dimitri instructed. Teyson nodded. Dimitri assesed Teyson for a second, then he lashed out, fist colliding with Teyson's shoulder, foot swiping his legs out of under him. Teyson grunted, falling to the ground.
They tried that exersize a few more times, Dimitri giving him pointers. Then, Dimitri told him to shift, and dodge him. It sounded easy. A wolf dodging a person without claws, and the extraordinary reflexes. But soon enough, Dimitri had Teyson's body pinned to the ground as easy as if he were sparring with Carter.
Teyson shifted back, disgruntled. "What am I doing wrong?"
"Nothing." Dimitri murmured. "I just have years of experience. In time, you'll recignise a body's movments, track them, and calculate how to deflect, dodge, and disingage them."
Teyson took on a wry look. "Sounds like a lot of math work."
Dimitri shook his head. "Battle instincts. Your primal instincts, human and canine, will soon take over, leaving your brain all but out of the exuation. Thoughts are really just a nusance that get in the way, when you need lightning fast movments. It take's time though."
That was the most Savanah had heard Dimitri speak. He really did take this seriously.
Teyson nodded. "Got it. Now what?"

Adrian looked over at savanah, the carter came over and nuzzled him self ageinst his chest. Adrian nearly did fall asleep, right there, on the grass. he wrapped an arm around Carter.
Some one came up to Adrian and kicked him on the side. Not so softly. "Ahhhh." Adrian hit away some one as he sat up. "What!?" He looked over and saw some body he didn't know. He looked like Joey, only with brown hair and hazel eyes. Adrian cocked his head to oneside and looked up at the mystery man.
"Where's Joseph, Joe, Joey, what ever he goes by." The guy tore his gaze away from Adrian and looked around the house and yard. then turned back to Adrian. "Names Jacob. I'm looking For Joseph Rader. I heard he followed Jet here. You know where he is?"
Adrian just looked up at him for second, as if his brain wasn't working. "I'm Adrian. And..... Last I saw he was in the living room." Adrian pointed to the front door. "Right in there."
Jacob smiled at Adrian. "Thanks."
Adrian looked down at Carter. "What the crap was that about."
Jacob walked up to the front door, and saw a scarish looking man. Long dark hair and what looked like red eyes. For a second he thought about turning tails and running. He knew he must be a wolf. Why else would Jet even be here.
Jacob walked timmidly up to the man. "Um.. Hi. I'm looking for my brother, Joseph, i mean, Joey. I heard he was here." Jacob paused for a second. "Oh, my names Jacob. So you live here."
Jorden stood up and walked over to Jacob. "I'm Jorden, this is my house, and yes, Joey is here." Jorden motioned to the door. "Right over there." He smiled welcomingly. It was people like Jacob he liked. People who asked permission to traspass, un like Coal, which was still at soar spot for Jorden.
Jacob smiled in return, nodded once then walked past Jorden to the door.
Jorden sat back down on the front steps and watched the teen wolves play. At least thats how he puts it.
Adrian shrugged and stood up, pulling Carter with him. He hiked the boy on his hip and walked over to Savanah. He wrapped his free arm around her shoulders. "הנוראים, משפחה קטנה משלנו. כמה נחמד. אני אוהבת אותך." Adrian smiled and kissed savanah on the cheek.
