Description: Well, like the name states, it's a metallic rod that is put on puppets. These rods are used to channel the user's chakra to a puppet, allowing him to control said puppet. The user can only control a maximum of 3 puppets this way and it takes 5 chakra points per puppet every three posts to be able to do this.
Weakness: Well, the rods are made out of metal, so they can attract electricity pretty easily, meaning that a lightning jutsu would make them unusable. Also, by simply pulling the rods out, even if it's just one, the technique is rendered useless.

Hinote Tosatsu Isn't that just a fancy way of using puppets without strings? I can't approve it if it is. Sorry it took so long to get to. I honestly have no excuse, other than I hadn't noticed. Technically yes, but, it can be applied to other things, such as dead bodies, obviously the dead bodies won't be able to use any kind of technique. I just wanted to make my puppets a bit more original, cause really, Akura is just a "regular" puppet user; as regular as they can get that is.

Description: Honestly, it's nothing more than a compact crossbow designed to be used covertly and without waving a large slab of metal or wood every where. The crossbow can fire darts or bolts but almost all projectiles are virtually soundless when fired. The ammunition for the 'handbows' are very small, never more than six inches, and release barbs once they penetrate a target. The bow is still strong enough to knock a shinobi off their feet when they are taken by surprise, but this is only at close range.
It takes a full post to reload.
Weakness: Due to its size it lacks the power and range of a regular crossbow, unable to fly more than seven meters or pierce anything harder than light armor(a flak jacket is considered light armor).

@Martin: Seems like a basic weapon. I don't see anything wrong with it. The only thing I ask is, is this a weapon available for all Oto shinobi or just a select few?

I think it should be available to all Oto shinobi, at least Genin in rank. I can remove the poison.
The reason I did not want it in the custom weapons section was because I wanted it to be sort of mass-produced for Oto-nin...And I didn't want it to take up my Custom Weapon Slot.

Description: Invented by Tsubame Itsuki, she happened upon this idea one day while taking her daily stroll around Konoha. On her way pass the park, Itsuki spotted a small group of kids throwing rope with two rocks attacted to each end towards the ladder of the playscape. As she watched the kids whip the 'string' towards the metal rungs, she soon figured out that the objective was to get as many of their strings on the higher rungs. Notcing how the 'string' wrapped itself around the rung gave Itsuki an idea for a capturing device.
By testing out different combinations of various items, she eventually ended up sticking with the idea of combining a long metal wire with two small metal weights. Holding it in her hand, Itsuki decided to take it a step further and began thinking up different ways she could use lauch this binding conviently. In the end itsuki was reminded of how some people have weak throwing arms or maybe bad hand eye cordination, so to make up for it, Itsuki knew she needed to come up with a way to help her launch the binding and the idea of a gun came to mind. As she furthered played into the idea, Itsuki got more crafty and made it as complicated as it is today. A three layered weapon consisting of gun, weapon and wire. On average, the speed of the wire flies spinning towards its target at approx. 120m/hr.
Gun - Silver with elegant weaving designs. Simple and light weighted for easy handling.
Bullet - Black oval capsals that contain the binding
Wire - A black thin metal wire w/ two small weights at the end. Each weight is approximately 5g each.
Weakness:
- Chances of hitting are below 50% when target is past 12ft.
- Gun can only hold two bullets at a time; will easily require constant reloading
- Metal wires only 5mm thin and easily cut through by weapons imbeded with chakra
- Length of bind only 2.3m including weights (hard to wrap around wider opponents)

@Martin: Make the edits and submit it to weapons. Call it a blueprint rather than a custom or something. Should be no problem with something as simple as a crossbow being mass manufactured.
@Lilly: That's definitely a weapon. One thing though. The string flying at 120 mph would behead someone if you aimed for the neck. I'd tone it down a bit if you intend to catch people instead of bisecting them.

Description: A specially made brush, designed by Yasashii to enhance his sealing abilities. The brush is by all appearances a normal brush. However, the tip of the handle is abnormally sharp, able to pierce flesh easily. The brush is capable of absorbing any blood touched by the tip of the handle, and storing it within. Once blood has been obtained, it can be used in one of two ways. One, it can be released again through the handle, coming out in the same state as when it went in. The second way, is by releasing the blood through the brush itself, at which point it can be used for drawing seals.
The blood is held within a specially designed storage seal, making it possible to hold large amounts.
For clarification, the brush itself is only six inches long.
Weakness: Being a simple brush, it is easily broken, unable to withstand any significant force. The brush can also hold as many samples of blood as the user wishes, but only has one holding chamber, so the blood will be mixed, making it useful only for making seals with multiple users. The brush also cannot simply suck a person dry of blood. It’s only able to take a small amount at a time, usually only enough for a single use.

Description: A different take on the regular Chakra pills, these pills force the eater to expulse their chakra in a manner that is akin to that of a Konaga, but unlike a Konaga, they won't recover so easily. They have just expulsed all of their usable chakra and are treated as having only one chakra point, being fatigued, Famished, and as borderline unconsious, if not out cold. If they were not knocked out from the purge, then they have three posts before they are, and everything they do is treated as academy ranked, such as running , or trying to continue a fight.
When used on a host, it provides a single post where they can not use their innate cloaked/tailed abilities. ( such as the Yonbi can spew Lava for one turn, or the Nibi can't raise the dead, but benefits they gain still remain, Hosts can still manipulate demon elements up to a C rank level if they can do it without chakra cost, such as the Ichibi, or the Yonbi. )
Weakness: Getting someone to eat it will prove difficult, unless you get them to willingly eat it, in which case, you are amazing, or they are retarded.

@Hinote: Hey man ^^
I don't really have much of a problem with it except for the blood that it can hold. Well, not really a problem but more so a clarification. With this special 'seal' that holds the blood be more so like a different dimension that can hold the blood? As well as, how much can that storage seal hold before it reaches it's limit?
@TV: So, if in fact someone does force someone to eat those pills, how long would it take one to digest for the affects of the pills to actually work? Then, seeing as it is being digested, would not the affect of the pills be slow working in decreasing the chakra pool of the opponent?

I don't know the exact times, because I don't know where the regular chakra pills are for the guild. Basically it works just as fast, and it makes the body purge itself completely at once, like a Konaga.
So, it works as fast as a chakra pill would, and one post. but if you are in close quarters, you're going to get hit with their chakra, like when a Konaga lashes out with their chakra, it hurts those around them.

Hinote Tosatsu Large amount is really only in there to excuse the fact that it's probably going to be used to hold more than would logically fit in the brush handle. As for how much it can hold total... Hadn't really thought about it, but considering having a ton of extra blood in it would outright ruin any seals made with it due to having too many sources, it won't have all that much in it at any given time. Probably a pint max. It's basically a storage seal, yeah. As I told Greg, it's not likely to hold more than a pint at a time, simply because more than that would be completely pointless. Most likely, when using the thing, I'd only take enough to make one seal at a time anyways. ~ On the chakra pill... Thingy... The reason Chakra pills work the way they do, is because it's just a ball containing a specified amount of chakra. The user buys an empty shell, fills it up over time, then ingests it when needed. The same wouldn't work in reverse, with a pill forcing chakra out of the body. If such a thing could exist, it's be extremely complicated to make, have a fairly high rank, and be classified as a poison.

@ TV: Yea, I'm going to have to agree with Hinote as... it seems to be quite a powerful thing. So here is what I want try to compromise with you:
- Based on the knowledge of something quite similar to this in the show, I'd like to say that these pills should be B to A Rank tech.
-To create the pills would take that of a medical nin with the knowledge of B to A ranks ( Know at least 5 of either/or) and to 'buy' the pills would mean having the permission of a Jounin or higher. Now if you want to do this secretly (seeing as I have a evil character myself and I know going through such things is troubling) how about it takes 10 good and decent sentenced posts to acquire 2 pills. In order to get more, you will simply have to post another 10 Posts
- The Pills can't be so instant seeing that their are poisoning the person by attacking their chakra. how about a 3 post minimum, that will exhibit the opposition losing 5 Chakra Points (on the first 3 posts), 10 Chakra points ( On the Second set of 3 post), and 15 Chakra Points ( on the third set of 3 Post) and etc. Where they are, after every third post, losing more and more chakra at an ascending level?
Does that sound fair to you? As well as to you Hinote?

Well, It is kinda like the stuff that doctors give you to vomit. If anything it would take three posts to kick in, but it would be sudden, and complete.
Everything else I'm okay with, but It is a purge for a reason.
