Gwen of Air 13 ((*crying inside* Please stop killing the men...there are only ten of them. You can't randomly cut through five and expect there to be more.)) ((Gwen, I think all your men are dead. IT SEEMS YOU NEED MORE TINY TINY MEN. But really, what kind of person can EASILY kill five trained soldiers? E is a psycho who has been training for 20+ years and he struggled with FOUR.))

Tak T. Ickz ((@Demondays: Quite alright. I can understand how you might think that. Don't worry, though, I have planned that out already, and it only includes Tak and Schloop. (I'm getting too attached to Schloop.)
Anyways...POSTAGE!))
Tak flinched as she realized that (a), she had lost the princess, and (b), the rebels were going to fight back. Her panic rose as she watched two of her men slammed into a tree, and a third almost cut in two by a scythe. Thankfully, the two who had been thrown were only stunned by the chi (they had taken worse before), and Tenn (the one who had been attacked) blocked with his sword. Still, this wasn't a good situation. Thankfully, Tak was good at getting out of not good situations. This one wouldn't require as much tact.
"Pull back, men!"
Tenn, who had his sword in an offensive position, turned to look at her curiously. "But sir, the plan!"
"The plan has gone down the proverbial urine pot! Listen to me now, I'm telling you to save yourselves and retreat, dammit!"
If there was one word to describe Tak's men, it would be 'obedient'. The men turned tail and ran, stopping to grab the two stunned men who had been previously hit with the Chi blast. That made her smile. At least they cared for each other. She would have been more worried if they hadn't.
Tak's eyes searched for Schloop. He was the smallest, and the thinnest, thus the lightest. As he passed her, she grabbed him by the shoulder, whispered something in his ear very fast, and threw him. Clear over the heads of the rebels and over the trees, into the part of the forest where Aki and Hana should probably have made it to by that point. At that point, Tak realized that she was possibly going to be gang attacked by the terrorists, and, with self-preservation strong in her veins, turned and ran like the wind. She would meet up with Schloop later and capture the princess and her mate. Hopefully the little kid could hold their attention for long enough for her to get there.
And hopefully her men would have the common sense to just keep running.
Meanwhile, Schloop landed (quite painfully) in front of Aki and Hana. He looked up, realized that they were the people he was looking for, and sprang to his feet, ignoring the pain of being thrown like a boulder in a catapult. He gave a salute and a cheery grin to the two. "Please, oh, please! Please be my prisoners, sir and sir!"

After his initial attack Renka shifted into a slightly more defensive stance, which was apparently unnecessary since their leader called for a retreat. He briefly questioned the sanity of the person that threw the kid, but when he saw where he was thrown, that quickly left his thoughts and he headed toward the direction of the prince, his aide and one of the enemy.

Aki was about to respond when, suddenly, Satoshi jumped out of a tree and landed close to them. "Prince Akihiko, come along quietly unless you want to test an assassin," he said. "I won't let you take Aki!" Hana told him. "Then you leave me no other choice," Satoshi said. He pulled out a small vial of an unidentified liquid and threw it onto the ground, smashing it. A gas rose from where the vial hit the ground. Aki noticed that the gas smelled a bit like medicine. Realizing what it was, he tried to cover his mouth and nose, but it was too late. The gas had already entered his system. Ragnarok fell out of his hand as he got lightheaded and fell to his knees. The last thing he saw was Hana collapsing to the ground before his world went black... Satoshi walked over to the unconscious prince as the sleeping gas dissipated. "Not exactly how I usually do things, but the king probably wants him alive," he muttered to himself. He looked at Schloop. "Return to the general. Tell her I'll take the prince to the king." He turned around, but quickly looked back. "Oh, and don't touch the sword." Then he picked up Aki and took off in the direction of the king.

Laptus Borielle Azure Warrior/Mage/"Speak or Spells"/'Thoughts'/ Actions/Describing "My prayers go up to Bevaita..." As he got close, more soilders came to surround them. The group began to resist the soilders at that point. It was then the commanding officer of the soilders panicked and ordered a loud retreat. One of the officers began to argue, but he was cut off with a sharp relpy "Our plan has gon down the proverbial urine pot! Listen to me now, I'm telling you to save yourselfs and retreat, dammit! At that remark Laptus snickered and at the ridiculousness of it. 'Is she a fool??' The men took heed of her command and took a swift retreat, bringing along with them their injured friends. Laptus did not realize the woman's true intention though. As they we're making their sound get-away, the woman had set he grip on they boy who had spoken out loud moments ago. Her hands went into a firm grip on his clothes and she hunched her shoulders. At the last minute he understood and saw as she threw him (with such monstrous strength) into the air. He soared above the heads of his comrads and landed hard on the ground before Aki and Hana. He was quite amazed that the woman had thrown a boy with such imence precision dispite the weight! Never the less, he knew anyone from Gaildor would be concidered a threat so he whispered "Niru! Areto!" With that the spell would hopfully take effect. The boy's eyes would very soon close and fall into a deep sleep. "And may my heart bleed for you..."

While Laptus took care of the boy Bjorn planted himself in front of Renka. His massive claymore stood between the huge man and Renka. "Follow your coward of a commander." he instructed in his calm, quiet voice. "Follow her, and you need not die."

.:Mical Sendrid:.
Mical was angry no- not just angry; affronted, bitter, chafed, displeased, enraged, furious, galled, heated, indignant, maddened, nettled, outraged, piqued, riled, sore, turbulent, uptight, vexed, wrathful- and so many other things! He had been firing bolt after bolt into an effigy of the King's advisor. Not only did the man not pay what was owed but he had taken his information and sent an assassin to capture the prince. No one crossed Mical or they soon found themselves wishing they hadn't. He had taken their lies before, "They didn't have the funds at the moment." Horse s**t. No more, maybe someone in Faren would pay him?

Surprised when one of the princes' group jumped in front of him Renka skid to a stop with a puzzled, then a slightly annoyed expression, "Leader? You insult me sir, I'd never side with such people..." He said with a stern, but gentle voice, leaving his scythe at a sort of harmless way.

.:Mira:. .:Tassr Yedredt:.
Tassr left his two compatriots, who were now drunkenly singing songs of bravery and such. "Faren sympathizers," He furrowed his brow in thought, "Now?" He shook his head. Yes, the citizens of former Faren weren't treated as well as they should but the King HAD spared them long excruciating deaths. The king had never been a stable man but his rule was better than dying so Tassr put up with it. Tassr stretched then went to go find the doctor.
Mira saw Maka's glance and imagining what she saw, mentally grimaced. She had forgotten to take her cloak and her last set of clothes were on the mend so all she had on was her training clothes. Taking out a piece of string she tied back her hair. "Uhm this Ickz person she isn't," Mira tried to find a suiting word, "a judging person right? 'Cause these are my training clothes and I like my hair long though not smart in a fight its-" She stroked her ponytail in thought.

Laptus Borielle Azure Warrior/Mage/"Speak or Spells"/'Thoughts'/ Actions/Describing "My prayers go up to Bevaita..." He didn't get to see the boy fall unconciouse because his attention was directed somewhere else. An assasin had jumped from the close-by tree and was confronting Aki and Hana. It was also then that Selina had jumped towards the fray. Almost instantaniously, the assasin had thrown what it looked to be a small vial filled with some sort of liquid. When the thin membrane of the glass shattered to the ground like a faucet shower, gas erupted from the spot and began to spread. The effect was almost immediate. Hana fell to the ground first, then Aki followed. Selina was the last to fall to the ground, but in her last moments concious, she let out a whistle. Probably to get someone's attention and to save the prince. Laptus stared in shock, but shook it off and began to move after the assasin. 'Even if I cannot defeat him, I can still tail him!' Doubt hovered above him though. He might need help... Bjorn! Boy! He waved his hand in notion to follow as he ran.
"And may my heart bleed for you..."

"Save yourself then. If you do not ally yourself with people like her, then don't waste your life here. This business does not concern you, friend." Bjorn said, trying to work at some diplomacy. He wasn't bad at it...hit or miss, mostly. Before he had a chance to see the effect, he heard Laptus call his name, and saw the motions out of the corner of his eye. "You are lucky...your honour remains intact, unlike mine." Bjorn said with a slight bow. Then he took off toward Laptus, keeping his front to the soldiers.

((@Stefisgarden: thanks..apparently Reno smacking Rude is quite amusing to many people. X3 )) Renka was just going to respond to the man when the cautious kid called out for both of them. He then followed the one called Bjorn and kept pace with the man, "I won't ask you to trust me...but my parents would be ashamed if I would stand aside and let something happen to one of the Faren royals." He said as he hefted the scythe back onto his shoulder, as he always did when he needed to get somewhere.
