I know that Axel got lost and accidentally went to Sand, where he felt the chakras of the various jinchuuriki there. As for Outou, I only read about her going to Cloud and asking for some type of weapon I think it was.... Not to sure, I kind of only skimmed through the posts sweatdrop .
